Probably you are have some JavaScript error at the page, and thats why the Calendar is not visible.

When I do a "edit note" is it possible to get a better info that a note is done? Now the litle Icon just changing color to orange (instead of yellow)
Mybe see the note that is done or a bigger icon that say NOTE
Somthing I can do? Or is there somthing you can think of to add..

But right now if the some note is exist for the specific booking you can see the note icon in different color,
and if you will mouse over that icon you will see the popup with text from that note.

Im Using your Plugin For free for a Restaurant as a trial and then if it goes fine we will purchase it,
the only problem that i have is that if some on book a table on a specific day after it that date is not available to another customers to book on the same day.
how can i come over this problem and solve it?

Probably you will need to check the Business Large version, because only at this version is possible to make the several reservations for the same FULL date.
At the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability.
Also at this version is possible to set the rates, which will depend from the season filters, plus you can set the more advanced cost for the booking, where cost is depend from the number of selected dates. Also you can set additional cost for the option selection at selectboxes or checkboxes at your booking form. this additional cost can be fixed sum or percent from the final cost of booking. You can even activate and configure for the resources the deposit payment feature, what is mean that visitor will pay at the payment form, the part of the final cost of the booking. This version is also support settings availability per each booking resource, which is depend from the season filters.

it was working correct bud now it is not possible anymore to save the advanced cost form for a resource.
I make a resource it is oke
with cost and rates i give a price per day is oke.
than with valuation i make a structer i can save that is oke
Than i make with fields a form for the resource and save it is oke
That at last i go to advanced cost and pic the form of the resource and put cost info in it than i save the the info and there it going wrong when i look back to the advanced cost form from the resource there has nothing chanced.
Do you now what is wrong with it because it was working all the time.

please recheck at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at the top form you are do not use any "non standard characters" (like percent or & or umlauts or "," etc) in the names or values of the checkboxes or selectboxes. Just make a test with saving these shortcodes with the "standard simple symbols" and then test saving of the cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
I bilt the site total new last copple of days. and get the same problem again after making about 15 different resources with 15 different forms en differend cost.
is there mayby some limitations in the program for the amount of visitors or something. because by the latest resource it stops working i change de form to 1 visitor it works then i change the form to 2visitors it works and further but by 7 visitors it was not possible to change the advanstcost.

no, there is no any limitations in the plugin about that functionality.
May be there is limitation in the memory at the server, so you can try to increase the memory of the server, or try to deactivate the other plugins and try to configure that settings, when only the booking calendar is active. But I think its have not to be a reason of that issue, because the settings page have not to take much of the system resources.
So, if possible check the error.log at your server configuration for searching about the reason of that issue.
On this moment we bild already three sites because we get the error. bud we now have count the cost plases in advansed cost and we think there is a limitation because when i change 1 form and lower the cost plases a can change a other one .
We think the limitation on total cost plases over all the forms is 999 cost plases maby you can look .

The problem can also be in number (too many) of fields or in usage Simenon standard characters in the fields, as I am mentioned in the previous message.

oke i have start new account bring wp 3.4.2 on it change nothing load your plugin 4.0.1 LB.
activate your plugin change nothing to the settings.
the open in fields the standard form and change the amount of visitors to 50 end remove child choice.
Go too resourses en test advansed cost it works.
after that i make new forms with standing on standard make new give a name so the form is the same as standard. That i do 19 times so now i have 20 forms with 50 visitors.
i try to change in advansed cost of the last form to change the cost it is not possible.
i go back to settings field and change the form to 49 visitors go back to resourses and advansed cost and what i can change the cost so there must by a limit on your cost total cost places and it have nothing to do with characters.
pleace can you tell my where i can find the limet check.
or you have built it in or it is a bug but maby you can help my out

I check it on your demo there was no problem .i start find problem on my own server and i think i have solve the problem.

Probably your booking resource have the cost = 0 or you are deactivated the payment systems at the Settings > Payment page, that's why the system is try to redirect visitor to the "Thank you" page after visitor is made the booking. But it's seems that the URL to that "thank you" page is also wrong. So please open the General booking settings page and set there correct URL to the "thank you" page.

I have managed to persuade the booking calendar to allow access to more than 2 months in its display. The website is https://stanwixcommunitycentre.org.uk
It is working in a wordpress MU install at the moment using woothemes Buro theme with a blue subtheme. The calendar is inserted into to tabs within that framework. 1 tab per resource. I am having great difficulty getting hyperlinks to show at the moment - just white links on a white background. So that makes it difficult for customers to select more than two months for their bookings. Any advice? Is there an updated version of my plugin notes above.

Then, I disabled all my other plugins and changed my theme back to the default... WP Twenty Ten....
Then I disabled AdBlock Plus...
Add Booking Page still won't load.... FireFox 16.0.2 says "waiting on server"
There are no javascript errors showing in Firebug because the page never loads.
Script appears to be looking for an external source and not finding it...

Please open for the editing some page or post in your blog at the WordPress admin panel. At the edit toolbar, where is different buttons for the text formatting, you have to see the button with calendar icon. Please click on it. Then you have to see the popup configuration dialog, where you will be able to configure the parameters of the booking form, and after that insert the booking shortcode into the post. Now you are need update the post for saving changes and then you can test this post at client side of you blog to check the booking form with calendar.

I'm having trouble with unchecking "Email Sending". Even if I uncheck, the email gets sent to customer If i make a change to the booking.
When I reload the page the "email sending" is checked again...

I changed the code and it still sends e-mail when I uncheck.
There is also another problem: When I change the resource of a booking, an email gets sent. This e-mail to the person does not contain the actual dates and time, it only shows [check_in_date] and [check_out_date]..
BUT when I edit a booking and update it, then the correct date and time is shown...
Why doesn't the time and date show in the "modificated e-mail" when I change the resource? I want it to be shown...
