I've loaded the free version and would like to purchase the professional version, but I'm not seeing the admin area to approve dates. Under my pluggins the setting are there but that's all I get. Any help would be appreciated...thanks

Hi,
I was testing the free version in order to eventually buy and have not been able to use the admin tool. There is no option for it.. Am I doing something wrong, or do you have to have the full version to see the admin tool.

Hi, i am very interested in buying a premium multisite version, but i have some question first:
1.
Is it correct that if someone wants to make a reservation then each day needs to clicked? why not give the visitor the options to click FROM - TO, and then have all days inbetween tagged?
2. Can an existing booking be modified/edited?
3. There are clients who would like to make a bookings more then a year ahead, but the booking calendar will not go further then 12 months ahead, can this be changed?

I want to change the email address where a new reservation will be send to. How can I do that?
I have the free version. This was my thought too, but I changed the admin email of the blog a while ago and the reservations are still going to the email address I had as admin email when I installed the booking calendar.

you need to deactivate and then activate Booking Calendar plugin. Also you need to set DELETE BOOKING DATA During deactivation (its will delete all booked data !!! ) but it will change emeil.
I will make correction of this situation at future version for do not lose booking data anymore.

When using the hours feature the booking requests will have the default hours submitted, not the ones submitted by the user.
FEATURE REQUEST:
I also wish for a view where the day could bee seen hour by hour with the booked hours neatly visible, like a dayplaner or outlook day view. Both in admin view and client view so it is easy for the client to find an free spot.
Most bookings will have a fixed length so it could be nice to enter a fixed duration for the bookings and the client just entering the start time for the booking (preferable by clicking from a list of available hours, or at least a drop down box).. (Think hairdresser or massage-clients doing self service booking).

Please uncheck at the settings page "Use time:" checkbox at Advanced sections ( its feature is usefull during range selections, but in normal way, when user is enter time, its have to deactivated, othervise its will overwrite time).
According day view feature, I am added it to my todo list, so its will appear at some future versions.

What do you mean by "range booking", is it a minimum of days to select for a booking or only a fixed range base on the week (one booking each week from monday to sunday for example => 4 bookings a month maximum).
1) My need as vacation rentals owner is to have people booking for at least five days (consecutive) wherever it's free on the calendar, is it possible ?
2) I think your hotel version miss a search tool by date that could return the name of the available rooms (a link for each room should be great to redirect to the post).
I am willing to purchase the full version if those feature are available.

1) I got my answer, if I select Range=5 and range begin ="any day of the week" it would works.

Hi there.. this plugin looks VERY promising.
I am considering using it for selling spots inside of a class. So we have 10 seats available for the 12:30 class, and another 12 seats available for the 2:30 class and so on> So there could be 5 different types of classes within the same day. Also, each class will have different pricing. I know i need premium for the paypal integration, but can it sell certain spots based on hourly?
Also, can you set different user types? So if a verified member books, they dont get charged but if a non user books they will be charged?

yes you need Booking Calendar Premium or Booking Calendar Hotel edition, please test both online demo, for be sure according functionality, which you need.
these versions are support booking for specific time, so its will divide day into sections. Also Diferent costs canbe assigning for different booking types (in your case classes) in each versions (Booking Calendar Hotel Edition also support rates for different seasons)).
According Diferent user types, right now its not supported.

If you use free version, so you need to change admin emeil of blog.
If you use Booking Calendar Professional, Premium or Hotel edition version you can chnage this emeil at the Booking > Settings > Emeil customisation
