  1. Hi, I have the MultiUser Multi site version 7.2
    Wordpress 4.8
    Php 7.0

    I have a booking system based on hours (e.g. 01PM-02PM) and everything works well. But when I'm trying to book from 11PM to 12AM the system doesn't allow me to book and shows a warning window saying that the time is already booked or the time is in the past. Strange because there aren't any other bookings and the date is in the future. Can you help me please?
    Thanks

    • Hello.
      For the 12AM you need to define time value as 23:59 instead of 00:00 in your timeslot shortcode at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.
      Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J for showing browser console) and try to fix them. ~ You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.

      You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.

      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue. ~ If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.

      Kind Regards.

  2. How can I download a report of who booked and what days? I want the full name and date on the report so i can create a check in sheet of attendees.
    Thanks!

  3. Hello, one question about BOOKING CALENDAR. How can i change to get a different possition of calendar and booking form, to be horizontal not vertical. Cheers

    • Hello.
      Its possible in the any paid versions of Booking Calendar. You can use the standard "booking form" template for showing booking form and calendar "side by side".

      Please open the Booking > Settings > Fields page, then in the action toolbar, select "2 Columns form template" and click on "Reset" (or "Both") button, to reset the exist booking form customization to the default one.

      You will have this booking form customization:

      <div style="float:left;margin-right:10px;   " >  [calendar]  </div>
      <div style="float:left;" >
           <p>First Name (required):[text* name] </p>
           <p>Last Name (required):[text* secondname] </p>
           <p>Email (required):[email* email] </p>
           <p>Phone:[text phone] </p>
           <p>Adults:  [select visitors class:span1 "1" "2" "3" "4"]  Children: [select children class:span1 "0" "1" "2" "3"]</p>
      </div>
      <div  style="clear:both">
           <p>Details: [textarea details 100x5 class:span6]</p>
            [captcha]
           <p>[checkbox* term_and_condition use_label_element "I Accept term and conditions"]</p>
           <hr/><p>[submit class:btn "Send"] </p>
      </div>

      Click on "Save changes" button and then test it.
      Kind Regards.

                ( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )

                1) then find this code:

                        $booking_form_field_values6     = get_bk_option( 'booking_form_field_values6' );

                        $my_form =  '[calendar]';

                and replace it to this code:

                        $booking_form_field_values6     = get_bk_option( 'booking_form_field_values6' );

                        $my_form =  '<div style="float:left;margin-right:10px;   " >  [calendar]  </div><div style="float:left;" >';

                2) then find this code:

                        $my_form.='  <div class="form-group">[captcha]</div>';

                        $my_form.='  <button class="btn btn-default" type="button" onclick="mybooking_submit(this.form,'.$my_boook_type.',\''.wpbc_get_booking_locale().'\');" >'.__('Send' ,'booking').'</button> ';

                and replace it to this code:

                        $my_form.='  <div class="form-group">[captcha]</div>';

                        $my_form.='  <button class="btn btn-default" type="button" onclick="mybooking_submit(this.form,'.$my_boook_type.',\''.wpbc_get_booking_locale().'\');" >'.__('Send' ,'booking').'</button> </div><div style="clear:both;"></div>';

          • Hello.
            So your issue, relative of missing ; at the end line of last customization.

            Please replace this line:

            $my_form.='  <button class="btn btn-default" type="button" onclick="mybooking_submit(this.form,'.$my_boook_type.',\''.wpbc_get_booking_locale().'\');" >'.__('Send' ,'booking').'</button> </div><div style="clear:both;"></div>'

            Just add ; to the end of that line.
            Kind Regards.

  4. Hello,

    We are using Business Medium v7.2.

    We have added cost fields into our "Content of Booking fields data for email templates and booking listing page" in the Forms settings:

    Lodge booking: [original_cost_hint]
    Cleaning fee: [my_cleaning_hint]
    Additional guests: [visitors_hint]
    Tax: [tax_hint]
    Total Cost: [cost_hint]

    We use this to give the customer a cost break down in the emails and to keep a record in our bookings. We often give customers discounts and update their totals. But we are unable to adjust this displayed rate without going into the calendar and creating custom costs for days and regenerating the booking. Is there a simpler way for us to create and display updated totals in this form that displays in the customer's email?

    Thank you!

    • Hello.
      Unfortunately it's does not possible in some other way.
      The hints are reupdating only in case when new booking is crating or when you make editing of the booking.
      Kind Regards.

      • OK. Is there a way to separate the email template and the booking listings on the listing page? So we can have the price breakdown on the listing, but not in the email template?

        thank you for your quick replies.

        Bret

        • Hello.
          You can remove from email template this shortcode [content] and then customize this email template in the same way as "Content of booking fields data" form at Booking > Settings > Form page. Just do not use in emails some shortcodes that you do not need.
          Kind Regards.

          • this worked great, thank you! but I see that all the fields from [content] show up when the customer clicks the link to go to the payment page that uses [bookingedit]. Is there a way that I can remove this from [bookingedit]?

            thank you again!

  5. I’m setting up a directory of dog walkers/sitters. There may be 1000 dog sitters/walkers in it.

    I would like each dog walker/dog sitter to have their own bookings calendar which they can update themselves and which allows them to price their services per hour themselves.

    I would like dog owners to be able to access any of the dog walkers/dog/sitters calendars and make a booking and pay me and for the payment to be divided 80% to them and 20% to me automatically.

    Which of these things can your bookings plugin do?

    Thanks.

    • Hello.

      Probably you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

      1) In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your dog walker/dog sitter - "owner") have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/

      Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that the each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo. You can read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/

      Please test the live demo of Booking Calendar Multiuser version here: http://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/
      Admin Panel of Multiuser version (here you can test several admin panels functionality): http://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/admin-panel/

      2) But in this Booking Calendar MultiUser version all payment, after booking process is going to the "account of the owner". Booking Calendar plugin does not support dividing payment 20% to your account and 80% to users account.
      Probably you will be need to send invoices manually at the end of months to your users for payment for the service.

      You can check overview of different Booking Calendar versions at this page: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/

      Also you can test live demos http://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.

      Kind Regards.

  6. Hi, I am getting a 404 not found error after trying to send the form, any ideas what would be causing this? the last time I checked the site it was working fine.

    Thanks for your help!

    • Hello.
      If you have 404 not found error, after submit the booking and this booking exist in your admin panel, so then probabaly you have specified at the Booking > Settings General page URL to the "Thank you" page (where system try to redirect) that does not exist. Please open the Booking > Settings General page and recheck that you have set URL to the exist "Thank you" page, or instead of redirection to this page please set showing "thank you" message.
      Kind Regards.

    • I'm running WP v4.8.1 and Booking Calendar v7.2. This error only started occurring after I updated your plugin to the latest version. Previous to that, it was working fine. I'd really appreciate any help in remedying this as soon as possible.

      • I have tried both options in the Action after booking is done. Show "Thank You" message & Redirect visitor to a new "Thank You" page.

        I had originally had it set to thank you message, but also tried the redirect.
        http://harrylakelodge.com/thank-you
        does indeed exist. but the form isn't working with either

        • Hello.
          No, its seems some other issue, then with "thank you page". I was try to submit new booking from this page http://harrylakelodge.com/request-a-reservation/ and its appear error before showing submitting booking.
          Try firstly this.
          1) Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
          If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
          We just need to find the reason of this issue.

          2) Otherwise please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

          Thank you.

  7. Hi there,

    I have purchased the Business Small SingleSite plugin. It seems the captcha is failing and sometimes the temp image isn't showing. Could this be the caching plugin I am using (WP fastest cache)?

    Please advise

    • Hello.
      Yes, the cache plugin can be reason of this issue.
      Please recheck for any cache plugins. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.
      I was checked your website, you are having multiple JavaScript errors at that page, like this:

      17:59:52.100 ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined 1 load-toolbar.js:1:1

      For ability to see JavaScript error(s) you can press Ctrl + Shift + J for showing browser console and check errors.

      You can try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      So you can find, what plugin or theme is making this conflict.

      Kind Regards.
