  1. Hi - I'm using the selection of booking resource form. But how do I target only the 'selection of booking' field with CSS? Can I give only that field a class or ID? I've tried adding a class in the shortcode but I doesn't seem to work.

  2. When bookings are approved in the plugin, emails destined for AOL.com addresses are rejected by AOL servers.
    What are the sending server(s) and mx records to be passed to aol for whitelisting?

      With this question better to contact to support of your hosting company.

      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
      As suggestion by resolving this issue, please check this troubleshooting instruction http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
      And you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option.

    We bought the plugin. We would like to use the calender for four meeting rooms which have unique url's. How can we manage that. Is it possible to make an overview for a specific room at a specific url?

    How can we change te look and feel of the calender?

    I would like another help. I would like to put a condition into my form. In the FAQ section, there is also a good example of which fundamentals I have. There is a SELECT field. I should have a CHECKBOX or RADIOBUTTON field. I tried to resolve ON CLICK, there is no value or I can not specify (selected / not selected) My jquery script works well, even if I insert the jquery-1.12.4.min script in the field settings then only the calendar is lost a. So. How can I query and retrieve data for a CHECKBOX or RADIOBUTTON ?? (eg if you select because you are requesting an account, the customer will see the data fields required for this.

      I do not sure that clearly understand your question, but if you need to catch selection (clicking) on radio button via JavaScript code, so then you can use code like this:

      jQuery('input[name="radio_button_name"]').on( 'change', function(){    
        if ( jQuery('#id_of_one_radio_button_el').is(':checked') ) {   
          console.log( 'Your code here for checked radio  button' );
        } else {
          console.log( 'Your code here for not chekced' );                                
        }
      } ); 
      

      And for checkbox its can look like this:

      jQuery('#your_checkbox_id').on( 'change', function(){    
        if ( this.checked ) { 
            console.log( 'Your code here for checked checkbox' );
        }                            
      } ); 
      

      Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because almost have no free time. Thank you for understanding.

      • Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I tried this method but nothing. I have opened the console window for verification, but I have nothing to say about doing anything. Maybe the template itself does not use jquerry (jquery-migrate.min.js) Can this be a fresh one? Is there a limit? (Because if I put it in direct it is good, only the calendar part does not work as if it were hanging.)

          • Currently, these changes are still localhost since the booking page is already armed. But I'll copy the code I've put together for testing because you can still see the bug in it.

            • Hello.
              In this case, probabaly you are having some JavaScript error st the page.

              Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J for showing browser console) and try to fix them. ~

              You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.

              If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue. ~

              • Unfortunately, it did not lead to any results. I know that if I call the gig directly into the form field (jqurey - * .min.js) it works but it collides with the calendar and it does not show it. I probably have to find a different solution. 🙁

                  If you do not see calendar at the page, so its for sure some JavaScript error at the page.
                  And by the way you have to see calendar in admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page.
                  The only way to check what is the reason of this issue is to heck about this JavaScript error. the way how to find it, please check in my previous comment, otherwise, please provide some link to live website, so then I can test and check it.

  5. Trying on free version. When I receive the booking, how can I reject the book? So far as the admin, i can find only approved, moved to trash and add to calendar. Please suggest.
    May I know the prices to buy ? Once I buy, can I use the service for my subdomains too?

  6. Hello, we are building a site with the booking plugin and de calendar is inserted via the shortcode. It wont display and gives me an error: TypeError: jQuery(...).datepick is not a function[Meer info]
    Does someone know what could be the problem? https://debajes.site-engine.nl/contact/

    • Hello.
      Its seems that your actual theme is overloading jQuery library second time.
      Because instead of default jQuery version 1.12.4 (from WordPress installation),
      after this loading of this file: https://debajes.site-engine.nl/wp-content/themes/debajes/assets/js/vendors.js
      was loaded this version of jQuery 3.2.1
      And all previously defined JavaScript variables become unavailable, because of that you are having this issue.
      Please check more about this issue here: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/loading-jquery-twice/

      Please check in the settings of your theme, about ability to disable the loading of jQuery second time.
      Or contact support of your actual theme, to resolve this issue. Or at least let they load jQuery library in correct way via WordPress hooks.

  7. Hello,

    Just start with booking calendar. I have 2 questions about customising the background colours.

    1) do I need to modify the .css files in /wwwroot/wp-content/uploads/wpbc_skins ? Or is this only the pace to put the backup in case an update is performed?
    2) I see 4 .css files. Do I need to change all those files for a different background color? I only want to modify the calander/booking form for the clients?

      1) The files in this folder is useful for customization of calendar skin and using this skin in calendar. Additionally you will have saved this skin during update of plugin. Check more here: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/change-skin-and-colors/

      2) You can customize only the calendar skin and use there additional css for customization of jo form.

  8. Hello,

    I am wondering if it is possible to make changes to an already existing booking. Because I only see Activate/Deactivate and Delete.

    The only way I found is to manually delete and then add the new booking, but I was hoping there was an easier way.

    I am using the free version of the booking calendar.

      In the Booking Calendar Free version it’s only the way as in your description.

      In paid versions Of Booking Calendar possible to edit any bookings from Booking Listing page.

      Currently it’s support 3 fields of auto filling from user profile for logged in users, like “First Name”, “Second Name” and “Email”.
      Please check in your user profile that you have filled these fields.

    Why do not the bookings in the list stand out?

    Row: Booking 1
    Row: Booking 2

    They are now partly behind each other:

    Row: Booking 1, part booking 2
    Row: party booking2, party booking 3 etc

      I do not sure that clearly understand about an issue. Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.

      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
