  1. How do you want me to pay for your product when the company that you use cant handel Mastercard. I dont have VISA. 2CO says that you should use Paypal. Is that possible

    I get this: If your purchase is declined with a MasterCard, please select a different payment type.

    NO, i don’t have any other card (maybe use Paypal that works with Mastercard?)

    I did get this error:

      If you are have an issue during the purchase of the plugin. So please contact the support of the 2checkout.com, as its our authorized reseller. The support of 2checkout.com is respond very fast. And yes, there is possible to use the paypal for making the payment (you are need to select the payment using the paypal at the bottom of the checkout page).

      • I contacted them but I think you might also press them to make it work, it’s your products. Right now I am trying to find the option to pay via Paypal but I can only choose credit cards.
        A little hard for me as a customer and need to work this way in order to buy your product, I had hoped that you would do it for ME so I could place orders and purchase your products. Not so good to let customers call attention to all that is wrong and then let the customer do the work in order to buy … not good customer service if you ask me.

      At the live demos are the paid versions of the Booking Calendar.
      At the free version of the Booking Calendar there is no tabs in the settings as some other functionality. Please check the features of the each version of the Booking Calendar at the “Feature” page at this site, and if you will interesting in some version you can make purchase of that version.

  3. Hello-

    I’ve got many problems with the calendar at the moment, but I’d like to start with ALIGNMENT. I am trying to align this on the top right side of every page I add it to. I tried using a ‘frame right’ tag but it looks bad. Can you provide me with a list of tags or codes and where to add them to align this to the top right to be even with the photo slider. Here is the page:

      Sorry, but I am get the error “Page Not Found”, when try to open that page. Probably you are not published it for the regular visitors at the your site

  4. Hi,

    I am trying to set up a booking system for a climbing tuition website. I would like to set up two calendars for each of the courses they offer. One of the courses is 2 days, one is 4. Is there a way to set up different minimum bookings for each calendar?

    • Hello.
      It’s possible at the Business Small and higher versions.
      Its possible to define the different number of minimum days selections per specific resource, by adding the specific JavaScript before the booking shortcode into the post or page. You are need to activate the range days selection using the 2 mouse clicks at the general booking settings page, of course.

      So please, add this JavaScript into the post or page, before the bookingshortcode (please add it in the HTML edit content mode )
      Also pleae, note, its will work, when at the page only one booking form of the specific resource.

      where 7 – its your minimum number of days selections. You can specify there different number.

    I am quite pleased with your plug in, and am considering purchasing an upgrade if I can get it to stay working! However the theme all shifted to the left, and will not go back unless I deactivate this plug in.

      Please send the link to the page at your site, where this issue is exist, (the booking calendar have to be active in that moment). So then I will check and help you in fixing this issue.

          • thanks for your prompt reply. I feel really silly that I cant find this file in my dashboard. I go to appearance/ editor but this file does not show up

              try to use the FTP for accessing to that file.
              Or try to select some file from that folder, and then check if that file is appear at the list (the wordpress can not show all the files at the edit menu, but after selecting of some file the system can re-update of the listing files).

      Yes, the possibility to add new field or modify the exist one, in booking form, is possible at the any paid version of Booking Calendar. You can make it at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form. You can recheck it at the live demos.

  7. Hi, Im using the TwentyTen Theme, WP 3.4.2, Free Booking Calendar and get this error message when trying to book:
    Error during inserting into BD

    A few other problems from the client. Thank you for addressing these:

    1) Current booking limit is 50 days. Would like to be able to increase this.
    2) Is there a way to book one week or one month with one click?
    3) On the bookings page inside WordPress, the icons on the right side such as the green circle for approve, or pencil for edit disappear if you hover over them with the mouse cursor.

      1) If you will need to select more than 50 days in a future, you are need to make this customization:
      please open this file: ../booking/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php
      find this code:

      var multiple_day_selections = 50;

      and replace it to your number of selected days.
      2) Yes, its possible at the Business Small and higher versions, you are need to activate the “range days” selection feature at the General Booking Settings page.
      3) Please recheck at the General Booking Settings page at the “advanced settings of JavaScript loading” section, that you are DO NOT disabled any of the JavaScript library.
      Its also possible, that the CSS of plugin is conflict with some other plugin, so please try to deactivate one by one other your plugins for rechecking that its not conflict with Booking Calendar.
