    • Hello.
      the showing cost of the booking depend from selected days and options in booking form, possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
      You can use this shortcode [cost_hint] in booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page for showing cost of the booking in real time.

  2. Hello,
    I would like to associate a group of resources only available to a particular event "A" (with a season filter "A") and at the same time, I would like to associate another group of resources only available to another particular event "B" (with a season filter "B" at the same dates).
    How can I set my search form to display results from the the group of resources depending on each event?
    Or is there another way to make it work?

    • Hello.
      You can define days in calendars for specific booking resources as unavailable and only specific days (which you can define in season filter) as available for specific booking resource(s). Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

      Configuration. You can create or season filters at the Booking > Resources > Filters page and then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page set days from specific season as unavailable for the specific booking resources.

        But if there is two season filters with the same dates?
        The search form below will display all the resources from the dates associated with the season filters even various season filters are set because they have the same dates.

        [search_button]
        Am I wrong?

          May be I do not clearly understand you, but here is example.

          Currently I was created new season filter in live demo of Booking Calendar MultiUser version for user "owner1", where define January month (at Booking > Resources > Filters page ) as unavailable month for booking resource Royal Villa (ID = 14) (at Booking > Resources > Availability page).
          And because of this setting, this villa does not show in search results for search request for January:
          http://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/search-results/?check_in=2017-01-10&check_out=2017-01-10&visitors=1&bk_no_results_title=Nothing+found.&bk_search_results_title=%7Bsearchresults%7D+Result%28s%29+Found.

          • This example works with one season filter.
            In my case, I would like to work with two events (A and B) at the same date : from 01 may to 05 may
            I set ressources like this:
            -- resource 1, resource 2, resource 3, set with the season filter Event A
            -- resource 4, resource 5, resource 6, set with the season filter Event B

            the search results display all resources (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) if I choose the date from 01 may to 05 may.

            how can I make a research for the event A, and display resources 1, 2, 3, set for this season filter?

              - Please be sure that you activated specific season filter at the Booking > Resources > Availability page (set checkbox near specifix season filter as checked at the left side of specifi filter).

              - Also please clear search cache at the Booking > Settings > Search page before testing.

              If you still will have some issues, please send screenshots of your configuration season filters and availability and link to the page with search form to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

              Also what version update of Booking Calendar do you use (you can check it at Booking > Settings General page ).

                I am sorry but it seems that I'm not very clear in my description.

                I have set a season filter named Event Yoga with dates: from 17 march to 19 march.
                I have set 3 resources (1,2,3) reserved with this event, checked at the left side of this specific filter (Event Yoga).

                Then I have set another season filter named Event Danse with dates: from 17 march to 22 march.
                I have set 3 resources (4,5,6) reserved with this event, checked at the left side of this specific filter (Event Danse).

                In the search form when I set checkin date to 17 march and checkout date to 19 march (for the Event Yoga), the search results display resources 1,2,3,4,5,6.
                I would like to display only resources 1,2,3 which are set to the season filter Event Yoga.

                Do you think it could be set in the system?
                I use multiuser single site licence.

                  • No, conditional logic as in your example is not working with search forms - its only for booking form fields inside of Booking > Settings > Fields page.

      Unfortunately, the deposit value can be fixed cost it percent from total booking cost. It's does not possible in actual versions to apply some cost formula to deposit calculation. Sorry.

    * We are interested in buying the 'Booking Calendar Business Small'. I wanted to know if any support for customization is allowed if we buy the single site edition.
    * There is no option to integrate Indian(INR) payments like; PayuMoney, PayTM, Visa, MasterCard, etc.
    * Pls explain us how to change the currency symbol to Ruppee as all our transaction will be in INR and provide us more details on 'Sending Payment Request by Email' functionality.
    * Do throw some light on managing 'Resources'.

    • 1) Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support your payment systems: "integrate Indian(INR) payments like; PayuMoney, PayTM, Visa, MasterCard, etc."

      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

      If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like PayPal or Sage Pay gateways. Please check more about this here: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/

      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      2) In Booking Calendar is listing only currencies that are supporting by specific payment system.
      Its not really depend from the Booking Calendar plugin.

      If "your currency" is not listed in the currency list of specific payment system, so its does not support by this payment system.

      3) Please read firstly this article about the correct configuration of the "payment link" :

      Then open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and configure and set active the "Payment request" email.

      If you are want to request from the visitor to pay the some sum, you are need to make these steps:
      - Edit the cost of the booking, and enter the sum, which will show at the payment form. You are need to change the cost and then press the save button to save the new cost.
      - Press the send payment request button to send the email with link to the payment form for the specific booking.

    Sometimes, on wpbookingcalendar business large one site, some bookings disapeared without someone do something.
    We don't understand why and we need help cause it could be very complicated to nanage bookings from custumers.

    • Hello.
      1) Please try to update your version to the latest update. You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
      2) Please be sure that yo do not activated the "auto cancellation" of pending bookings that have no successfully paid status at the Booking > Settings General page in "Auto cancellation" section.
      3) Sometimes, when you try to make booking in "parent booking resource", and availability is show specific number of items among different child booking resources, you can submit the booking. During this booking submission, if you have checked this option: "Disable bookings in different booking resources" (in sub-settings of "Set capacity based on number of visitors" option at advanced section of Booking > Settings General page), system try to check if this booking will be withing one child booking resources or its have to be some days in one resource and in other days in other resource. So if its happened, system will delete this booking, and show warning to the visitor. Its occur only during submit of the booking.

        The version I use is Business Large SingleSite 6.2.2, so I think it's already update.

        I disable the check box auto-cancellation, so we'll check if the problem appear in the future again.

          Additionally you can set "Change hash after the booking is approved" at the Booking > Settings General page in advanced section.
          Your visitors, who made the booking, will not be able to cancel or edit booking with previous booking edit link (from email after new booking), if you will approve specific booking.

          By the way, did you check bookings in the trash (its at booking listing page, in filter toolbar need to set showing bookings from exist to "trash" and set dates as "all dates", then apply filter to show all these bookings).

          And may be some user have access to your admin panel, and was made cancellation of your booking(s) by accident.
          Try to change passwords for your WordPress user (just in case).

    Is there any way of adding formatting to the message sent with the [paymentreason] shortcode? I would like to send detailed custom messages when I make a payment request, and would like to be able to add line breaks in my custom messages at the very least.

      Currently its does not possible for "payment request reason" in payment request emails, in actual versions of Booking Calendar.
      But I will add this feature to the todo list for having it in future updates.

    I am trying to use this system to set up appointments for a Reiki practice. I cannot see how to change the resources from charging by the day to charging by the hour/half hour/quarter hour, with an option to choose in-person or remote Reiki. Please advise. Thank you.

    • Hello.
      Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page ( in older versions, before update 7.0, you can find it in cost section at Booking > Settings General page ) and set instead of "cost per 1 day" - "cost per 1 hour".
      Also you need to activate this option "Time impact to cost".

      So when your website visitors select specific time-slot, cost will be calculated depend from cost of booking resource per hour and how many hours want to book this visitor.

      If you need that you cost increase, depend from how many visitors selected in your booking form, so then this feature available in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Please read more about this here: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#additional-cost

  8. One other question - I have entered the API and ID of my Google calendar, but the plugin is not importing my available/unavailable dates. How can I fix this? Thank you. I am using the paid small-business version.

    • Hello.
      Booking calendar support only import of events from the Google Calendar (not 2 sides sync).
      Info about it exist in any settings pages at plugin website and at help configuration page of plugin website: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-gc-events/
      The export functionality exist in our todo list for some future updates of booking calendar

      About configuration.
      1) Please recheck carefully step by step this instruction: http:/:wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-gc-events/
      Its latest instruction with screenshots of Google Calendar interface.
      Just be sure that you set your Google calendar public, also check in the popup dialog at Booking Listing page all parameters, like importing of "all dates" and not only "current dates", etc...

      2) Please open Booking > Settings > Import> Google Calendar Events Import page
      And recheck options: "Google API Key" and "Google Calendar ID" (in paid versions, each google calendar ID for each resources).
      These options must not contain any white spaces (empty spaces) at the beginning and at the ending of options.
      Usually during copy/past procedure, you can insert these white spaces, so you need to recheck that you DO NOT inserted any white spaces there. Its most common issue.

  9. When adding a "selection of form" form with multiple resources, the form does not change when the resource is changed. It appears to be only loading the "standard" form.

      Pleas open the Booking > Resources page and for each specific booking resources set as default specific custom booking form.
      After this, please replace your shortcode in page to this:

       [bookingselect type='7,8,9,10,11' selected_type='' nummonths=2 label='Please select your party size:' first_option_title='Please Select']

      You need to remove this parameter: form_type='standard'.
      Then test it.
