      1) Can you send the link to your EXACT page with booking form, where you are having the issue ?

      2) Relative emails.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

      Kind Regards.

        • Hello.

  1. Hello,

    I tried to display the form on right side of the calendar. But it only shows the calendar, not the form. In the HTML-Code the where the form should be is empty ().

    • Hello.
      Please be sure that you have inserted the Booking Calendar shortcode for the booking form instead of only availability calendar. So please try to remove exist shortcode and I set new one.
      Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

      Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
      Thank you.

  2. Hi, I have set the Calendar under the Personal paid with two resources.

    On the Bookings page to view the bookings, the list of bookings works ok but when clicked in calendar view, it shows only one resource (even though both resources is clicked to show) and that resource shows the comments "Recoverable" in the calendar area even though there are bookings to show. Really odd.

    Your help with this would be most appreciated.

    Using Divi theme

    • Hello.
      Is it in admin panel at Calendar Overview page ?
      If yes, then please be sure that you have selected both booking resources in Filter toolbar and click on Apply button to refresh view.

      If it’s some other issue, please send screenshot of this issue to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

    Hello,
    I tried to configure different calendars for different services on my website. I created different calendars, themes, forms and extras (one for each service).

    When I try to make a reservation and complete all the data, the book now button does not appear in the calendar where it should be, but it appears in the first calendar that I created. No matter which calendar I complete, the "Book now" button appears in the first calendar created.

    • Hello.

      1) Please be sure that you have inserted only one Booking Calendar shortcode for booking form, like this:

      [booking type=1 nummonths=2]

      into specific page. Just recheck that you was not added only "availability calendar" as widget to the sidebar at the WordPress > Appearance > Widgets menu, and do not inserted such shortcode [bookingcalendar type=1 ]

      Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/
      Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/

      2) Also please be sure that at the Booking > Settings > Form page you have added the "submit" button shortcode into the booking form, like this:

      [submit class:btn "Send"]

      3) If you still will have this issue, please send screenshots of your inserted shortcode into the post or page, send screenshot of Booking > Settings > Form page and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.
      Such view (when no bookings, and you need to scroll to future days), is showing, when you do not have any bookings for exits follow up days (months), the bookings will start showing when you scroll to first months/days, where you are having the Bookings.
      I will add this issue to the todo list for importing such view in future updates.
      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.
      Unfortunately Booking Calendar does not have api or some hooks, for the similar tracking bookings after submitting the booking, if you are showing “thank you message” instead of redirection to the “thank you page”. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

      Kind Regards.

      • I think you misunderstood. Whenever someone submits a booking the "Thank You" message will appear. This message is being triggered by some javascript code.

        In contactform7 I can just take this listener and add it with Google Tag manager. Is there a function like the one below as well for calendar?

        document.addEventListener( 'wpcf7mailsent', function( event ) {
        window.dataLayer.push({
        "event" : "cf7submission",
        "formId" : event.detail.contactFormId,
        "response" : event.detail.inputs
        })
        });

        • Hello.
          Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not have some triggers for similar actions.

          You will be need to insert manually some JavaScript code inside of this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/js/client.js

          After this code:

                              document.getElementById('submiting' + bk_type).innerHTML = '<div class=\"submiting_content wpdev-help-message alert alert-warning alert-success\" >' + new_booking_title + '</div>';
                              makeScroll( '#submiting' + bk_type );
                              jQuery('.submiting_content').fadeOut( new_booking_title_time );
                              setTimeout( function () { location.reload( true ); }, parseInt( 1000 + new_booking_title_time ) );  //FixIn: 8.1.2.14

          Disclaimer. Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because almost have no free time.
          Check more about new features here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/need-new-feature/
          Thank you for understanding.
          Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

  4. Hello
    when a user makes a reservation using the smartphone, even if he says that the reservation has been made, the system does not create anything in pending and does not send the email.

  5. Hi BookingCalander,

    I've purchased the small business license and I am encountering a problem that I can't find the solution to.
    The client got a bed and breakfast, where you can book rooms or the whole house.
    Now I want to put in, if someone books a room in that same time span the whole house can't be booked anymore.
    Also if someone books the whole house, it's not possible to book the rooms itself in that time span.

    Can I connect the objects we use for House, rooms etc.? So the calender of the rooms is automatically blocked when the whole house is booked?

    Many thanks in advance

    • Hello.

      In case if you want to show as unavailable some dates or times in all calendars (booking resources) if some booking was made in only one calendar (booking resources), so then it’s possible to configure it with “aggregate” parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcode.

      Please check more about " aggregate " parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcode here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/

      This parameter make the dates in calendar unavailable if these dates was booked in some other booking resources.

      So your configuration can look like this:

      Booking resources at the Booking > Resources page:

      - House ( ID = 3 )
      - Room #1 ( ID = 4 )
      - Room #2 ( ID = 5 )

      And you need to insert the Booking Calendar shortcodes like this

      House

      [booking type=3 aggregate='4;5' ]

      - Room #1 ( ID = 4 )

      [booking type=4 aggregate='3' ]

      - Room #2 ( ID = 5 )

      [booking type=5 aggregate='3' ]
      ....

      If some Room will be booked for specific date(s), this dates will be unavailable in House calendar.

      And if House will be booked for specific date(s), so in all Room s (booking forms), these dates also will be unavailable.

      Kind Regards.

  6. I have the booking calendar set to display 3 months at a time. In all browsers on desktop and on iPhone, the arrows allowing you to advance to additional months work fine, but on an iPad, these arrows are not visible. They seem to get cut off on the right in landscape mode but are visible in vertical mode. Are you aware of this? Is there a fix? Here's the page: https://cascadiahikingadventures.com/how-to-book-your-adventure

    Also, some dates on my calendar that I have "booked" by setting them aside as my own dates show up as as shadow/outline numbers instead of Booked ("Someone is out hiking today) or "Reserved. Confirmation pending." But I don't know why this happens. Can you help

          .bk_calendar_frame { /* Define the width of calendar to the 100% of the device screen*/
              width:100% !important;
          }

      and replace it to this code:

      @media (max-width: 769px) { /* iPad mini and all iPhones and other Mobile Devices */
          .bk_calendar_frame { /* Define the width of calendar to the 100% of the device screen*/
              width:100% !important;
          }

      2) Relative issue with showing days background, its because of CSS conflict with your actual theme. Please make this fix.
      Please open this file https://cascadiahikingadventures.com/wp-content/themes/mintwp-pro/style.css

      .entry-content table tr:hover td{background:#dddddd;}

      and replace it to this code:

      /* .entry-content table tr:nth-child(2n) td{background:#f8f8f8;}
      .entry-content table tr:hover td{background:#dddddd;} */

      Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.

      Kind Regards.
