  1. Hello,
    After installing the personal paid version, the free version data migrated to the personal. I really liked that, because I did not have to configure everything again. Now, I wonder if I uninstall the free version, will I lose all data? When I click delete the free version, the program asks me if I want to delete the program and the data. I have this doubt if I will lose all the data. Thank you

    • Hello.
      If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
      This option "Use pending days as available" must be unchecked, as well.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

    On email notifications, when a booking is made, how does one get a notification sent to two emails?


    • Hello.
      You can send notifications about new bookings to the several admin emails. Just open the Booking > Settings > Emails > New (admin) page and in field 'To' configure emails in a way like this:,

      In other email templates you can set checked this option " Copy(ies) " and then define there additional emails.

  3. Hi I have a problem regarding the booking form when used in the widget. It doesn't change the title name so it fits with the name stated in the dashboard. as you can see here the same room number 404 is on all the callender forms, but when I change the language to eks. english, the room numbers change to the right title: This happened after updating to the newest wordpress.

    I'm using the paid version of the plugin

    Can you please help me out?

      Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

  4. Cottage rental reservations, using version 5.4.3 Business Medium Single Site version. Cost configuration is set to "for 1 night". We want to give a 10% discount with a reservation of 7 or more nights, but the Valuation Days feature seems to only work with days. If I set an entry as "Together 7 days = 90 % for all days" then it will apply the 10% discount when 7 *days* (=6 nights) are selected - we want it to apply when 7 *nights* are selected. I verified it still operates this way in the current demo. Is there a way to make it operate the way we wish?

    • Hello.
      "Valuation days" is withking only with days.
      But you can have this cost setting in "Valuation days" for having the same cost calculation like in cost per 1 night.
      For example:

      For "LAST" day = 0 $ per each day

      Where LAST it's reserved term for definition of last selected day.
      Please note, the order of such costs settings also have a sense. Do you can have "For LAST" at the top of list, if together keyword is used percentage cost settings.

      We recommend to update your version to the latest update 8.4.1 of Booking Calendar.

  5. Hello
    I have set up a form to be filled out in order to schedule a booking
    I see the form automatically requires the user to check a box titled " I accept term and conditions"
    1. I have no idea what term and conditions this relates to....
    2. how can i remove this? it is unnecessary for me at this stage


    • Hello.
      This field is not required, so you can remove it from the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      Please open that page, and just remove this shortcode:

           <p>[checkbox* term_and_condition use_label_element "I Accept term and conditions"] </p>

    How can I set up a reminder email to be sent at a chosen time before the booking date? To remind individual the booking is coming up....

    • Hello.
      Unfortunately, the email reminders ( that is sending before or after specific amount of time to some action) does not support in the Booking Calendar. Sorry. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

      Booking Calendar support only email confirmation, that appear after specific action, like creation of new booking or approving of new booking, etc...
      You can activate and configure such email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

    I have seen situations with the booking calendar, where payments are not automatically approved.

    customer submits booking online (booking is status pending/awaiting payment)
    submits paypal payment
    booking status remains as (pending/awaiting payment)
    booking calendar auto-cancels booking, send customer email
    customer submits duplicate payment.

    upon viewing, it seems that 1/10 bookings are not correctly having their payment status updated.

    this seems to be a bug.

    • Hello. have activated auto cancelation of pending bookings that have no successfully paid status after specific amount of time, if the booking is not approved, and do not have the successfully payed status, this booking can be auto canceled after specific amount of time.

      But you are need to be sure that all "good" bookings have to be approved or have the successfully payed status.

      Because if you are using the PayPal standard integration and your visitors is made the payment for the booking, but do not click on the "return link" on PayPal site to your site, so Booking Calendar do not know that the payment is successful, and this booking can be auto canceled with that feature.

      So sometimes its possible that the successfully payed bookings will not have this status and that's why can be auto-canceled, if you do not approve them.

      Ideally (for PayPal) you will be need to activate and correctly configure the PayPal IPN system, at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and in the PayPal account. So in this case the PayPal have to send the messages directly to your booking system.
