  1. Admin booking form ignores mandatory inputs. We have a drop down list that under the admin section the person completing the form can ignore inputs. How I make it so even the admin has to complete mandatory inputs?

    • Hello.
      Its weird, by default in the booking admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page, even admin need to fill or required properties in the booking form.
      Did you make any customization of source code of Booking Calendar files ?
      Please try to update your version to the latest update.
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      If its does not help, please send configuration of your booking form from the Booking > Settings > Form page and screenshot of issue which fields, admin can skip at Booking > Add booking page. Is it during adding new booking or during editing exist bookings ?

    We're having trouble with the [select rangetime multiple] not 'multi-selectable'. I have the Business medium version and have tried changing themes and deactivating all plugins. Please let me know asap please,

      Please note, this shortcode:

      [select rangetime multiple]

      just define the different view of drop-down list.
      Instead of single line selectbox, the multiple line list view. But its does not possible to select several timeslots (possible to select only one), if you are using timerange shortcode:

      [select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00- 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" "18:00 - 20:00"]

      Instead of timeslots selection you can use start time and end time selections or start time and time duration selections shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page:

      1) Star time and duration of time shortcodes, like this:

      Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"]
      Time Duration: [select durationtime "15min@@00:15" "30 min@@00:30" "45 min@@00:45" "1 hour@@01:00" "1 hour 30 min@@01:30"]
      

      for ability to book several consecutive hours during a day.

      2) Or you can use start time and end time selections or time entering shortcodes:

      Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"]
      End time: [select endtime "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "19:00"]

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

  3. Hi there
    Can I add a dropdown to an addon? Users sould be able to chose how many of that addon they need (0, 1 or 2). It doesn't influence the price.

    My Calendar widgets doesn't work properly. When i try to push the two arrows on my widget it does not respond.
    My Settings on the frontpage https://skovidyl.dk i 3 months and backend 1 year.
    What am I doing wrong or can You suggest and fixes.

    How many I add a custom notes section that is found above the booking listings (rather than individually within each one of them)?
    The client's admin team need this as a general perspective of notes (instead of looking one-by-one for notes).
    Is there any hooks that can be used possibly?

      Sorry, I do not sure that clearly understand your question.

      In Booking Calendar possible to add and edit only one note (remark/comment) for the specific booking in Booking Listing page.
      Additionally, you can activate this option "Show / hide notes" at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Admin panel section, if you want to open notes section by default in Booking Listing page.

  6. Hi,
    From today i have a problem with the plugin (I have the version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.3.2).

    This is the error:
    PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/itasixjb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/booking.bm.8.3.2/inc/_ps/admin/br-table-export-feeds.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/itasixjb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/booking.bm.8.3.2/inc/_ps/personal.php on line 45

    The consequence is that when the plugin is activated, the entire site is down. I can't access to the admin panel too. When the plugin is deactivated (the hosting support deactivated it) the site gets back ok.

    How can I solve?

        Thank you for the answer, we'll try to update the plugin.

        No, we did customizations through wordpress only in the javascript of the site, but all the customizations were made weeks ago: the site went down last Friday and we don't understand why.

        Could it still be a customization problem?
        Could it be a problem of the theme? We use Jupiter theme.

        • Hello.
          No, its something different. Its like an editing in the PHP source code or because of some file missing. May be you was accidentally delete some file ?

          Or its can be because of PHP Server configuration was changed.
          Your server can not load php files by some reason (for example because of path deep "/home/itasixjb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/booking.bm.8.3.2/inc/_ps/admin/"). More info have to be in error.log php file in your server configuration.

          But firstly please try to update your version of Booking Calendar to the latest update.

  8. Can I add to the payment method the Gateway that is called PayDollar, for the premium version?
    The payment for the "booking calendar" plugin is a payment or are they annual payments?

      1) Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support the "PayDollar" payment system integration.
      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

      If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/

      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      2) It's one time cost. You can use your purchased version of Booking Calendar as long as you need on your website.
      Also, you can request free updates your version of Booking Calendar (if such updates ready) during 6 months after purchase of plugin.

    es gibt videos we man das plugin downloaded und aktiviert.
    aber wie man den Kalender richtig einbaut gibt es nicht. es wird bei vielen vorausgesetzt das man das weis und fertig.1. muss / soll man eine extra seite Buchung /preise einf√ľgen ?
    ich (bin warscheinlich als nicht studierter zu dumm ) kann nicht mal finden wie ich eine mehrtägige anfrage senden kann
    lange schreibe kurze frage.
    gibt es ein videomit sprache die den kalnder erklärt ?
    videos onle sprache sind toll aber wenn man anfänger oder nur grundkentnisse hat sinnlos.
    wenn die maus sich bewegt und macht klick klick aber um was es wirklich geht verschliest sich mir als anfänger.
    Oder ist das so gewollt ?

  10. Hello, may I ask is it possible to set number of available consultants before time slot is taken. Example: 2 consultants available for 10am-11am. 1 will book, meaning 1 more consultant left for 10am-11am. Until last 1 is taken. This will carry across to entire 'Consultancy' Resources. May I ask if it might be doable we have purchased Business Medium?

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar.
      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play anylogic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

      And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. Its can be look like this: http://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/
