Please note, the Booking Calendar sends the email in settings of your active website locale, or in selected locale.

If you approve the booking from the booking Listing page, the system will send the email in the locale of your active admin panel (of your user).

If you want to send this email in a different language, then you need to select a specific language near a specific booking by clicking on the "Globe" icon, and then click on the Approve button. Please check the attached screenshots.
