  1. I have the medium business version of your plugin and I'm having issues with the set up. I have my properties entered that are room which we rent by the hour. I also want to be able to add on an additional cost of cleanup for room but can't quite figure out how to configure it.

    • Hello.
      Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions to configured this additional "cleanup cost" at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
      But before that you need to add some "checked by default" check box into your booking form:
      Cleaning service: [checkbox* my_cleaning default:on ""]
      You can have this checkbox also hided by default:
      <div style="display:none;">[checkbox* my_cleaning default:on ""]</div>

      After this you can configure additional cost for the "my_cleaning" option at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

  2. Hello

    I have the medium business version.

    At the admin panel at the booking listing page for the specific booking at the "notes section", I want to see
    the description similar to this: Total cost: $135.00 / deposit: $54.00, balance: $81.00 / - 11.11.2018.

    when "wpbc-constants.php" ('WP_BK_PAYMENT_FORM_ONLY_IN_REQUEST', true ); - dosent anything show in the "notes section"

    Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

    • Hello.
      Yes, its correct workflow with this constant setting to "true".
      Its because, during creation new booking, the visitor does not see the payment form at all and can not see payment form with payment for deposit amount (if deposit feature was activated). Its means that visitor need to pay (during payment request or on check in date) full amount).
      And that's why its doesn't show in notes section this info.
      Currently in actaul versions its does not possible to show such info in notes section, because the payment form after the booking process does not initiated at all, that's why we can not record notes for the deposit amount.

      But before sending payment request, you can edit cost and notes section for specific booking in any way as you need.

  3. Hi, I have bought Personal SingleSite 8.1, I use WP 4.9.1, it's possible create form for each calendar?
    and it's possible leave free the pending days in calendar booking and not free the days confirmed?

      1) The ability to create differnt custom booking forms at the Booking > Settings > Form page (for differnt booking resources) possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Please read more about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#custom-forms

      2) if you need to set pending bookings as available days in calendar, so then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version or its will require customization in source code.

      You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

  4. How can I get a more user-friendly booking calendar? I want a customer to see fully blocked out days on the calendar, not just colored numbers on the calendar. Also, the days are colored different colors even though its the same customer.

    Is there a contact phone number to speak to a real person live?

      1) Please note, the Booking Calendar have the standard interface for the availability calendar, where possible to show booked, pending or available days in inline months view calendar. May be you are having some issue in your calendar in your website, so you can check how is looking like these calendars here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/screenshots/

      Other statuses of the dates, is nit supporting in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

      2) Please note, you can change calendar skins at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section in your admin panel.

    • Hello.

      If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache" or autoptimize. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

    Great plugin! Is it possible to combine the two parameters for select-day (season and weekday)? I want to manage different minimum of bookingdays for different weekdays in the same season. (example: in Highseason on saturday minimum of 8 days, but on sunday minimum of 7 days. Can't find a solution for this..

      Such functionality possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

      1) You need to define 2 different season filters: one season filter that include only "Saturdays" during your high season, and other new season filter that include only Sundays that include during season filter. You can create them at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
      Suggestion, you can create "conditional days season filter".
      For example if you will create season filters with names like these: "Sun_High" (Only Sundays on High season), "Sat_High" (Only Saturdays on High season)

      2_) So then you can insert the Booking Calendar shortcode for such type of days selection as in your description, like this:
      [booking type=1 nummonths=2 options='{select-day condition="season" for="Sun_High" value="7-99"},{select-day condition="season" for="Sat_High" value="8-99"}']

    I'm the owner of a dog walking business and would like to use your plugin so that my clients can self-manage their appointments.

    I want to know if it's possible to remove the payment gateway on the calendar entirely? I just want users to be able to create/manage/delete their own appointments without paying anything - payment will be handled separately.

    Is it possible to limit the number of reservations a person can make on the calendar based on user metadata?

    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated, thanks,

      1) You can deactivate all payment systems in the Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
      2) Unfortunately this feature "limit the number of reservations a person can make on the calendar based on user metadata" is not supporting in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

    I have version "Business Small SingleSite 6.1". We use this calendar to manage a Lawyers schedule. We'd like to add a second Lawyer and second calendar with all the exact same fields on a separate page.

    How can I duplicate the calendar with a blank schedule without impacting the current calendar? The first calendar is "Mediation Calendar". I created the second one as "Schnapp Calendar", but I don't understand how to format it without deleting other content.

    I have a free version that I have just installed on my WordPress (latest version as it is a new site).

    I made all the configuration needed (available days, forms, etc...), I have integrated the booking form and calendar in one of my pages and...impossible for visitors (or admin) to book online. You can click on the day, but then nothing happens. I have spent hours looking for something I might have missed, but saw nothing. Can you help me please ?

          I was made test booking at your page in booking form, and have no any issues with creation of new booking. May be you was misunderstand about functionality of Timeline (at the bottom of your page). Please note,  this "Timeline" view is only for showing availability, Visitor can not select days here.
          The ability to  select  dates possible only in the booking form as in above example at  your page.

    I am using Ver. 8.1 (Business Small, 03.01.2018). We are using WPBooking for renting out various rooms by the hour. we would ike to use the ICS-Export to include our rooms in listings (meetingrooms.com, spacebase.com, deskbookers.com).

    Is it possible to restrict the ICS file so that it does not include the renters name, email-address etc., only the information if the room is booked or not? The booking ID could be the "Summary" in the ICS file, but everything else we are not allowed to make available for privacy reasons.

    How can I configure Booking-Manager to do that?

    And another question about Booking-Manager: Is it possible to have each ressource produce its own ICS file (room1.ics, room2.ics, ..)? We would need to produce new ICS files for each of our rooms at least every 4 hours.

      1) Please read more about how to configure export to .ics feeds here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync

      2) Please note, for "Summary" field in ics feed, Booking Manager is export data, that you have configured at the "Booking title (admin panel)" at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Listing section. Its the same value that is showing in titles of booking pipelines in Calendar overview page.
      And for "Description" field in ics feed, Booking Manager is export all booking data from the "Content of booking fields data" form from Booking > Settings > Form page.

      If you need to chnage it so then you need to make a fix in this file booking-manager/core/wpbc/wpbm-bc-export.php
      by replacing this code:
      $eventobj->addNode( new ZCiCalDataNode( 'SUMMARY:' . trim( $title ) ) );
      to this:
      $eventobj->addNode( new ZCiCalDataNode( 'SUMMARY:' . trim( '' ) ) );
      and by replacing this code:
      $eventobj->addNode( new ZCiCalDataNode( 'DESCRIPTION:' . ZCiCal::formatContent( $description ) ) );
      to this:
      $eventobj->addNode( new ZCiCalDataNode( 'DESCRIPTION:' . ZCiCal::formatContent( '' ) ) );

      3) The different .ics feeds for the different calendars (booking resources) you can configure at the Booking > Settings > Sync > "Export - .ics" page.
      Please recheck FAQ article about this configuration from point #1

      4) Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
