  1. Dashboard / Booking / Settings / Payments / PayPal
    We're using PayPal Standard.
    In the "Advanced" section there is a field for:
    "Cancel Return URL from PayPal"
    We don't see a place to enter this in PayPal. And the the Booking help sidebar does not mention it:

    "To use this feature you must activate auto-return link at your Paypal account.
    Follow these steps to configure it:
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click the Profile subtab.
    3. Click Website Payment Preferences in the Seller Preferences column.
    4. Under Auto Return for Website Payments, click the On radio button.
    5. For the Return URL, enter the Return URL from PayPal on your site for successfull payment."

      You can configure cancel URL only in the Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal page.
      It’s will be transferred to PayPal during payment process.

  2. I'm having issues syncing my google calendar can someone help I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have followed all the steps. I have a feeling i'm not inputting my google calendar ID correct which says is my gmail account does that sound right.

  3. I would like to know how to add multiple time slots onto the same days... like on January 20th we have different meetings for example 10-11 11-12 12-1 1-2 etc.

    • Hello.
      The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

  4. The 'WP_BK_PAYMENT_FORM_ONLY_IN_REQUEST' was already set to false. However, I changed the 'WP_BK_SHOW_DEPOSIT_AND_TOTAL_PAYMENT' setting to True and then it worked. Shows 2 Paypal buttons but that actually suits us well, so ok with this solution.

    I have a problem with the plugin,free version.The number of children must be grater than 0,

      1) At that page is showing booking form not from the original "Booking Calendar" plugin but from other plugin "caldera-forms"
      Please contact support of that plugin, relative issues in form at this page http://bila-bb.it/index.php/prenota-subito/

      2) In the original "Booking Calendar" plugin you can configure and edit form fields at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Just open this page and then edit specific field. You can check how is looking like Booking Calendar interface here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/screenshots/

    Sorry for my English I'm French

    Is it possible to define closing periods with a black color for example.
    I found in the settings how to prevent the reservation from the date of the day with the function "Days of unavailability from today" but I would do something like this:

    close from 18/1/2018 to 31/3/2018
    open from 1/4/2018 until 30/9/2018
    close from 1/10/2018 until 31/12/2018

  7. Is there a way to send/include a (pdf) invoice whenever a booking is confirmed? With data from form fields.

      Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support attachments (pdf files) in emails. Sorry.

      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

          Any attachments in the emails is not supporting.
          You can configure just directly content of the emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, using shortcodes that available in the Help section at that page.

  8. Hello, I am looking to purchased the Business Medium calendar and have tried out the live demo. I want to use the change over days option but when I set this and then try and book for two nights, it charges for three eg: check in on 22nd and check out on 24th is two nights. The booking then reads

    Dates: 22/01/2018 - 24/01/2018 (2 - night(s))

    Full cost of the booking: $90.00

    ...where one night is $30 and it should therefore read $60.

    Before I purchase, please could you advise if this is a mistake with the demo or if it will be a problem in the live version, and how I might correct it?

      Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and change cost from "cost per 1 day" to "cost per 1 night".
      Save changes. Test it.

            Example of configuration of such hints, at the Booking > Settings > Form page:

            Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

  9. Hi, I want to do .csv exports of my bookings, but what I see now is that the action tab is just not working when I click on it. I deactivated all plugins and also changed the theme, no results. The only thing I can see is the selection of days, weeks, months. I have Versie: 9.Business.Small.Developer.8.1.1 and latest version of wordpress

    p.s.: It saya javascaript (void) in the toolbar when I click on the action tab.

      Please open the Booking > Settings General page then in advanced section click on “+ Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading“ link
      And then be sure that this option “Disable Bootstrap loading on Back-End” was UNCHECKED. Then save changes and test it.

      Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme. Try again to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. ~ If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

  10. Hello,

    I have two party options for my booking platform - Gold and Diamond. However, we only have one group of staff forever on shift. So if somebody books the gold at 7th of Jan at 3pm, It's not possible for someone else to book the Diamond inventory at the 7th of Jan at 3pm.

    How do you do this?
