    I'm using the medium business type now.
    is it possible to set a 'no payment upfront' option for 1 of my objects?
    most of my objects needs to be payed upfront, but some are bookable without payment upfront.

      If you will set the cost for the booking resource as 0 at the Booking > Resources page,
      so then in this case, the payment form for this booking resource (calendar) will not show up after submit of booking, because cost of booking == 0.

  3. Hi

    I want guests to choose if they want to heat the pool for an additional cost per day. I setup the additional cost and made a checkbox I want them to check if they want the pool heated: Check this box if you want the pool heated for $35 per day. So if they check the box the pool heat times number of days they are staying calculates the charge for the pool heat and that works fine, but when I try to submit the form without this box checked I get this message: This checkbox must be checked. I just want this to be 0 additional cost if they don't want the pool heated.

      You have set your checkbox as "required field" at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      Please replace checkbox configuration from
      [checkbox* ... ]
      to
      [checkbox ... ]

      Just remove * symbol.
      Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

  4. 1) I can not see ADD NEW CUSTOM FORM page on settings form page. and i have just paid for this version? Whats up? what am i doing wrong?

      1) Please be sure that you have installed the Booking Calendar Business Medium version correctly.
      You need to deactivate any previous Booking Calendar versions and then upload and activate the Booking Calendar Business Medium version. Please check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/upgrade-from-free-to-paid-version/

      2) Then at the Booking > Settings > Form page you will be abale to create new custom forms.

      • Hi, Still no luck.
        I deactivated Free version, and de installed.
        I deactivated the Business Version and deinstalled.
        I reinstalled the business version, activated.

        I confirm Business version is installed, and i cannot see a CUSTOM FORM option in the FORMS menu.
        What can i do/check to see what is wrong?

  5. 1) Is there any way that I can somehow use the saved customer information like Name and Email address to send out a blast message to all people who have stayed in my properties. Can I somehow connect a CRM program to some tables to read those who have left their contact information? Would any ideas be very welcome? THe idea is i want to be able I would like to be able to select previous people who rented and send a message to everybody to return and maybe I give them a discount?

    2) Can I edit the email template using some other program that has more HTML capabilities? If so where is the files and what tool could I use?

    • Hello.
      1) No, there is no options to coonext other CRM system to Booking Calendar, yet.
      the bookingd data about previous bookings saved into the wp_booking and wp_bookingdates table in your databse. Please note, the booking data saved in specific Booking Calendar format.

      2) You can edit email content using HTML at the Booking > Settings > Emails page. Just be sure that you have set email format as HTML.
      You can edit also email template file. You can override this email template in this folder ..../{Booking Calendar Folder}\core\any\emails_tpl

      Disclaimer. Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because almost have no free time.

        2) The problem i see is that non of my enhance HTML editor options are in your editor options... is there any way to allow your HTML editor to also have access to enhanced HTML editor features? Is your editor very very basic? I want to make the email look much more professional. What would you're recommendation be?

        Is the only recommend that you would edit the template with another editor?

  6. How would I show the terms and conditions in a lightbox/modal window.

  7. Hi we have booking calendar medium and cannot edit our bookings at the moment.

    When you click on an individual booking and click edit, the profile appears empty and does not give the option if editing anything, especially the date. We used to be able to edit bookings.

      Please be sure that you have correctly configured the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      If for this booking was used some custom booking form, so then you can switch the custom booking form at the Booking > Add booking page in Actions toolbar.
      Also for specific booking resources you can set specific custom booking form as default at the Booking > Resources page. Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/custom-booking-forms-video-overview/

      Otherwise, its probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

        Please note that this is the 5th major issue we are encountering with this plugin, and it has been a major problem for us since we bought this version.

        We are not happy at all.

        We will be removing it from our page.

          Its seems just because of mis-configration of plugin, if any other plugin apply own CSS to booking form.
          1) For example, if you have created some new custom booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page, and then receive the booking for this custom booking form at front-end side, but do not assign this custom booking form as "Default" custom booking form for this booking resource at the Booking > Resources page, so then system will load fields from "Standard" booking form, and if you have different fields than in your custom form, so then during editing you will not see info in this fields, because its different form and fields.
          How to resolve.
          - Please recheck if you are using custom booking form for this booking resources at the front-end side.
          - if you are using custom booking form, so then please open the Booking > Resources page and set for specific booking resources as default this specific custom booking form. Save changes.

          2) Otherwise, its possible that some other plugin apply with own CSS to the booking form, and you do not see content of fields, because color of text can be the same as background color of fields. For resolving this issue, you can sent the link to this page and we will check what is the reason of issue, or you can try this procedure for finding reason of an issue. Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    We are using Business.Medium.SingleSite.7.0.Beta.10 for a single vacation rental. The calendar displays overlapping reservations where one party will check out and another will check in. We use the cost tooltip on mouse hover for available days, and want to disable this on the checkout day if there is already a reservation for check-in later that day.

    Is there a way to do this?

      Basically system does not show mouse over tooltip, when on the same already exist check in booking and check out bookings. I was made test booking from 14 to 16 of February. And at 16 of February mouse over tooltip is not showing, because on 16 of February already start other booking.

      But in 14 of February the cost hint is showing, its because there is no any check out booking at this date, in other words, you can still select dates from 13 to 14th of February, and that's why the popover tooltip with cost hint is showing at 14th of February.
