I assume this option is so that the Administrator can save a copy of what the send to the customer.

In plugin exist configuration of sending email about new booking to admin - it’s “New (admin)” email template. There you can configure to and from emails.
Also you can configure separate email template for sending to Visitor who created new booking. There you can define From email address. And “to” email address it’s filed in the booking form that filled by visitor.
Email template about approving/ setting booking as pending / move to trash , etc ... it’s emails that are sending to visitor - “to” email address from booking form. In these email templates you can define From email address.
You can also activate sending copy of such emails to administrator. System by default take “From” email address as email adresssof admin. So copy of these emails can be sent to “From” email adress.

I get it... but what is purpose putting a FROM in the New (admin) email template? The from is FROM the Calendar program.What do you expect a person to fill in on the FROM field of the New (admin??
That is why i asked your who was ADMIN... if you could define an email address of WHO was admin... you could send the owner of the calendar plugin an email also... For instance... i wanted to yous Sales@casaxelha.com as the FROM, but Admin to be admin@casa xelha.com

The first reason, its because all these emails are sending after action from admin.

1) You can send email about "NEW booking" to several emails, by using ";" in emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails > New (admin) email page.
2) All other emails can be send (as copy) only to one email address, which you can specify in field "From" at the each email tabs.
I will send screenshots with description about this directly to your email, because its seems here is some misunderstanding.
3) Do you need to have some code customization for ability to send copy of "Approved/Pending/..." emails to some other email ?

This section confused me as well. When you setup the resource, you can select and admin for that resource. To me it would make sense to grab the email address this person and when the checkbox to copy the admin it would automatically pass the administrator assigned. I have 50 resources and there are 50 different managers, the last thing I want to do is setup 50 different templates so that I can have the admins of each copied when a reservation is made. Is this something you guys can consider relatively quickly, or provide me with a work around. I don't see much of a point of assigning a administrator per resource if you need to create an email template for each when you want them to be notified when their own resource is reserved. Looking for any additional information you can provide to help me work around this issue.

The main purpose of Booking Calendar MultiUser version its have independent booking admin panels for the different users.
When you activated booking admin panel for specific WP user at the Booking > Settings > Users page, you will create fully new booking admin panel for this user.
And during this process is created own email templates for this user. By default in the email templates is using EMAIL from profile of this specific WP user.
So each activated user is having own EMAIL in emails templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
Also each such wp user (by default have 1 booking resource.
But if you was logged in as super booking admin user, and try to create new booking resource (calendar), and want that this booking resource belong to some other WP user, you can reassign it at the Booking > Resources page. In this case, all new bookings for this booking resource will be sending to the email (that configured in booking admin panel of this specific user), by default it email address from profile of this WP user, if its was not changed at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, when logged in as this specific WP user.
What exactly additional customization do you want to have in your version ?
Because currently (see above description) I do not really understand what exactly you want to change.

Basically, our process is fully auto approval. When a user requests a resource we auto approve it, however we would like the admin assigned in the resource to receive a copy of the approval. What I would like is simple, a shortcode to be used in the from box on the approval, deny, trash, modify entries that would add the email of the administrator assigned to the resource. That way when I check the box to copy the admin, and I have placed the new shortcode in the FROM field on those email templates, that the admin on that specific resource would be sent a copy of the items I have checked to "copy to admin"
Does that make more sense.
We do not have folks login to manage the resources from the portal, they are there to receive copies of the message so that the end user and the admin can converse directly should there be additional questions such as directions, location, etc.
I hope that sheds some light on what I am trying to accomplish.

New update 8.1.2 have improvements in having "To" fields in the "Approved/Pending/Trash/Deleted/Edit/Payment request" email fields.
So you can specify there one or more emails separated by ; for sending copy of such emails to other email address. Please note, these email templates in the Booking Calendar MultiUser version unique for each activated "regular users" (as any other filed in the email templates for Booking Calendar MultiUser version).
So may be this will resolve your issue.

This way, in combination with the TO field you added, I can use that shortcode in the TO section and not have to hard code values and I can still utilize a single form instead of one for each Super Admin. Much easier maintenance.

So now, you can use in functions.php file of your theme or in some other plugin, the ability to override To field to your email address.

The "[denyreason]" shortcode can be used in the "Pending / Trash / Deleted" email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
And is will work, only if you will select some booking(s) at the Booking Listing page, then switch to the Action toolbar, enter your reason of cancellation, and then click on the button in "Action toolbar" (like Pending / Trash / Delete ).
Do not click on the button near specific booking, in this case, the "[denyreason]" shortcode will not be used in the email template.

2) The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

Calendar's date numbers show on top of menu on twenty seventeen theme. Only the date numbers are displayd on top of the menu, nothing else from the calendar does this. See screenshot:

1) You can show all your bookings in the timeline (the same view as in Calendar Overview page in admin panel), but in read only mode. You can insert it to show only for one booking resource, like in this example: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/
