  1. Hi,
I just recently upgraded to the Small Business version of this calendar so that I could utilize the time slots for booking sessions.
I work online and I have customers from all around the world, is there a way to get the calendar to automatically adjust based on the time zone of the person booking?

    • Hello.
Unfortunately, no. Booking Calendar is support is only one time-zone that you can define at the WordPress > Settings > General page in your admin panel.
      Kind Regards.

  2. The processing time of the booking is fairly slow, are there any tricks to improving this speed?

    • Hello.
      1) Firslty please recheck your system for any errors or warnings. Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

      2) Be sure to use latest update 8.2
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      3) Please be sure that at one visible page was not too many booking forms or selection of booking resources or timeline Together with booking form.

Try to have one booking form per one visible page.

      Kind Regards.

  3. One more thing, it seems that while i have one time slot pending, viewers cannot book on the same day for a different time slot, is there a setting i need to change in order to allow people to book different time slots on the same day while some are pending?

    • Hello.
Please be sure that you have correctly configured timeslots at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/

      2) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      Kind Regards.

  4. Thank you for your help thus far,
So when I set up a booking that starts on one day and moves into the next the booking tool splits it up incorrectly.
    For example:
Booking starts at 22:00 on Tuesday
Booking ends at 02:00 on Wednesday
    Booking lasts 4 hours

When the booking goes through it actually books:
    00:00 to 02:00 Tuesday morning
    22:00 to 00:00 Tuesday night

Is there any way to improve this using just the Small Business version?

    Aaron

Is it at "hide settings of powered by notice"

    Thanks.

  7. Hello,
I would like to know if the booking list can be displayed in the front-end as it appears in the back-end, showing the name of the member that has booked that date.
Also approve the bookings on the front-end, but restricted to a group or wp member.
    Regards,
    Carlos

  8. Hi, I'm using Booking Calendar widget on a bilingual site - English and German. WPML is installed on the site.
There is a different widget and settings for each page. When I duplicate a widget there's a dropdown menu "Display on language" so I set one widget for English and other widget for German.
English displays on page but German page gets 404.
Just checking if this is the correct way to add Booking Calendar widget for multilingual site?
Also, would I have to add the settings (price etc.) twice for each widget (English & German) or one setting for both?
    Thanks!

    • Hello.
      1) Relative of having the 404 error. You need to create new language for specific page. Its relative to WPML, and not the Booking Calendar. So please contact support of WPML for configuring your website in 2 or more languages.

      2) About how to configure Booking Calendar in several languages. Booking Calendar is support WPML plugin. You will be need to configure booking form, email templates and may be some other options (like labels) in 2 or more languages, relative to this instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/several-languages/

      3) You will be need to enter price/availability only once per booking resource (calendar).
      Kind Regards.

  9. Each accommmodation is on a Woocommerce product page. The product page is translated into 2 languages.
Is using a Booking Calendar widget for Wooocommerce product pages ok or is there a better way?

    Thanks!

    • Hello.
      1) You need to insert the booking form shortcodes into the each translated page.
Or you can add the widget of Booking Calendar to each of such pages. Both variants possible.
Just please note, in the Booking Calendar Business Large version search availability will work only for booking forms, that insrted into content of post or pages.

Please read more how easily insert booking form or availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

      2) Also please note, Booking Calendar does not support integration with WooCommerce payment gateways.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

Please watch more in this video: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-payments/

If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/

Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      Kind Regards.
