  1. Do you have Stripe Connect implemented as payment method?

    • Hello.

      Yes it’s supported in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.

      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet.   2. Hi! I'm using a dropdown list and want some options titles to have no option value to it and have them bold. Is there a way to do this? Considering the fact that it translates the (example) Hello@@hello into an option tag with value="what's after the @@)", would it be possible to make a script that verifies the content of value="", and if it's empty, it makes the option titles that goes with it bold?
    If it's possible to do that, could you possibly make the script for me please because I don't think I can edit that or I don't know where to go/start from.
    But if there's an easier way to make a title bold with no value(option) to it, can you show me how please?
    As I think about it, is there a way to make an option in the dropdown unselectable? Or if the option has an empty value="", it can't be selected? That would actually prevent problems with my clients form.

    • Hello.
      Its possible to change color and set such options disbaled, but its does not possible to set them bold (not all browsers suport such css).
      So if you will have in the booking form customization of the selectbox like this:
      <p>Select Your option:<br />[select yourslct class:wpbc_js_select "Hello@@" "1@@1" "2@@2" "Ohter@@" "3@@3" "4@@4"]</p>
      Please note, this selectbox, have some empty values for tile Hello and Other,
      and also this selectbox have CSS class wpbc_js_select
      then you can use JavaScript like this:

    For the export to google calendar, I would like to have the name of the resource instead of the name.

    How can I proceed?

    • Hello.
      Because during configuratiin of export at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export - .ics” page you configure .ics feed url for each specific booking resource, so that’s why the booking resource title does not exist in exported ics feed. Becaude each sodcicic feed represent specific booking resource.

      In Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions in booking form you can use hint shortcodes for showing diffetnt info. You can show also the title of booking resource. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

      For saving this hint as booking data you also need to use this hint in the “Content of booking fields data” form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      So now all new bookings in booking detsils will save title of booking resource. And when you will export bookings to ics feed this info willbe exist there, as well.

          It’s only possible to export bookings in such way.

          Please note. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

        Sorry I take your time but I dont understand.

        On Google calendar I want to display the name of the resource instead of the user name.

        The field [resource_title_hint] appears in the form but can not be sent to Google Calendar.

          1) You need to use this shortcode in BOTH "booking form" and in the "Content of booking fields data" form at Booking > Settings > Form page.
          2) After this you have to see this title of booking in the Booking Listing page. If you can see it, so then you can start export bookings.
          3) And during export from Booking Calendar to the Google calendar, in the event summary you will see info about the booking resource.

          But its does not possible to display the name of the resource instead of the user name in title of booking.

  4. Hi, I have a question.

    I just installed the plugin on my wordpress site.

    Is there any way, to mark of the calendar on the front-end if there has been two bookings on one day.
    With our service, it is possible to have two bookings per day?

    Is it also possible to let people choose between the different services when they book, and then they can see what is available to be booked that day.

    If this last thing is possible, then it should be possible for the user to book one of the services for one day.
    So in total two bookings, because we have two services.

    I think the most relevant thing is the dropdown you mentioned in the beginning.
    So with more calendars.
    However I am creating this for another person, so I can not buy it before they have seen how it works.
    So it is not possible to have a trial version before we buy it right?

      • I try to insert timeline but the table doesnt show like your timeline you show in your video ...it is split into half between resources and booking slots.....how do i make it like your video where the line in the middle justify to the left so it can show more bigger screens on booking slots? is this my template problem ?

          I do not sure that clearly understand about your isue.
          Please note, depend from the parameters in the timeline its can be different view for month, week or day view. View for one booking resources or for multple booking resources, because of that there will be the different view. Its the same as in Calendar Overview page in admin panel, so please recheck it.

          Otherwise, please send the link to your page and exact shortcode that you are using.

          Also please explain what exactly view do you need, please send the link to the video and second of this video, where you see needed timeline view.

  7. Hi,
    when I activate "Use check in/out time" and the "Unavailable time after booking" for 2 days option in the demo (business medium version; without any other changes) it is still possible to make a booking even though there is a existing booking the next day(therefore the 2 days period after the booking is not given). Do I have to make additional configuration or is it just not possible?

      Its will work only for the new bookings, please make new booking then refresh the page, and you will see that 2 days after booking will become unavailable. Check out date will be in 2 days later.

        To clarify my problem: If there is an existing booking for the 29th of May it is still possible to make a new booking till the 28th of May (although it's just 1 day and not 2 days between this bookings).
        Am I doing something wrong?

          just made test booking for "May 22, 2018 2:00 pm - May 24, 2018 12:00 pm"
          System made as unavailable days in calendar from "May 22 to May 26"

          Of course, because you have activated the change-over days, the new bookings can be start at 26 of May, or end at 22 of May.

          If you need to set longer period of unavailable days, like check out date have to be at May 27, so just change the number of unavailable days from 2 days to 3 days at the Booking > Settings General page.

              No, its only set unavailable days after the booking process.
              So may be you need to set as unavailable some day(s) before booking (as well) at the Booking > Settings General page?

      then find this code:

  9. In the Search availability form as https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/search/ is it possible to add a range slider?
    For example, if I want the user to choose a value like 2 to 3, instead of a dropdown with just 1,2,3,4...?
    I just gave a look in the admin demo but did't find anything similar.

      Unfortunately in the original versions it’s does not possible.
      You can hide with css the selection of the visitors number. And then to use some third party slider and JavaScript for changing number of visitors selection in the search form depend from shifting this slider.
