In the second step it’s does not possible to show calendar second time there. Instead of that it’s possible to show cost and dates hints there second time.
Please send your actual booking form configuration from Booking > Settings > Form page ti dupport @ wpbookingcalendar.com , then we will check and send updated form.

Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them. ~ You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.

Is there any way how to solve this situation:
My client has a hotel and wants more language sites. The structure will be like this:
en.examplehotel.com
it.examplehotel.com
es.examplehotel.com
As unfortunately his WP theme does not support WPML, he will have a separate WP installation on each of these domains. On each domain there will be a copy of a hotel presentation in corresponding language, each site interlinked thru flag with her counterparts.
Now the problem: Is there any way how to have your system spread accross all these sites but functioning as one? Of course I need when there is a booking from spanish site, to see it on the english site as well. Obviously I also need a corresponding language of the booking form on each site.
In other words does your plug-in work somehow cross domains? Because each of the language sites can be considered (and is) as a different domain, right?
I know it would be the best to switch platform and use WPML, but I am not able to force him to do it.
Sorry if this is a silly question - I am not a specialist.

Unfortunately its does not possible to sync bookings between these 3 websites, because its will be fully independent installation of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
For be able to use plugin in different languages, usually customers are using special translation plugins, like qTranslate or WPML on the same website!!!
(Meaning just stupid duplication of every single page and translating it from scratch)
Am I able then to use a different language of a form on each language site? And also I am able to send an e-mail in corresponding language? (All this without using WPML or similar plug-ins)

Basically, its what WPML or qTranslate plugins is making.
In any case, Booking Calendar is load translation in locale that currently active at your website.
So simply create new pages without changing locale of website, is not take affect.
That's why such translation plugins (WPML or qTranalate) can help.

So what you are saying is that I am able to use multi-lingual booking forms/e-mails on one WP installation just by changing some form parameter on every single language page I make (even by hand)?
If you will not use any translation plugins at your website, so then WordPress by default support only 1 locale for website, which you can define at the WordPress > Settings > General page (select language). So its does not possible to set different locales, as in above description to the different pages.
And the trick about setting different locale for the different pages is making by translation plugins (like WPML).

All of the emails sent by this plugin are going to spam or being blocked, so customers are not seeing or receiving them. We are using Mandrill and all emails sent via the contact form on the website are going through Mandrill and being delivered successfully, but the booking plugin seems to be bypassing Mandrill. We also have SPF and DKIM records for the domain. We are using version 8.1.1

Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins. So if you are using some other mail plugin, like "WP Mail SMTP" plugin, then these emails are 'sending via php' by this plugin.
In any case, relative troubleshooting spam issue.
1) Please try reconfigure Subject and Content of the email template.
Make it simpler. Its possible that your server or email account, can block sending/receiving such emails.
2) Please contact support of your hosting about rechecking mail.log (and error.log) about sending emails by your serve and rechecking reason of not delivery.

I have a client who wants to use the booking plugin as their primary booking software. They want their Outlook Calendar to implement the booking plugin so that it displays when they are free or busy. They also want to display when their bookings are on their Outlook Calendar. From what I understand this is called 2-way syncing.
I have tried to import an ics feed using the booking manager and import the booking plugins but it's importing it twice.
If there is a way to do this what is the order of importing and exporting?

Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
Export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

When an appointment is deleted from the Outlook calendar it's not affecting the Booking's calendar. Is that something that is only changed in the Bookings Listing? Or should it be changing it?

For a client. We have our events set to auto approve. I have all emails turned off except Admin (new) and Approved. Yet each person that reserves a time automatically gets sent 2 of the exact same approved emails. Is this a current bug? What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

You have to receive 2 different emails not the same. One email about the new booking was created and other email about that this booking was approved. Please recheck configuration of your emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

I am working with the business large version of your plugin. After receiving a booking I want to sent the customer a payment request through the back office. The screen for the email to sent is open but I cannot edit or sent the email.

In the popup dialog, that is opening during sending payment request you can enter only “reason of payment” which will be inserted into the email template of “payment request” instead of [paymentreason] shortcode.
You can configure your payment request email at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
I know but when the pop-up dialog is there I cannot do anything even not closing it.

1) Firstly please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced section under JavaScript advanced section, please be sure that you have NOT set checked some options there. So all JavaScript libraries was loaded.
2) Ok, then probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

We recently bought the plugin instead of the old hack. We've chosen the right one with the customer, based on the demos available on the pages. The plugin was installed under a completely clear empty wordpress, nothing remained from the old one, but even in the database. But I ran into a strange thing.
Purchased version: Business Medium SingleSite 8.2.
In the demo it is possible to create a unique form of the form in order to create your own html code, while in the purchased version it is not included. Because of this difference, you can make a unique booking form because the demo is misleading and misleading, and so deceiving even imaginable we got a wrong version because we did not get what we saw.
Probabaly you have activated to use simple booking form configuration. Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Form section please DEACTIVATE (set unchecked ) checkbox for using “Simple booking form”.
Then open the Booking > Settings > Form page and in the toolbar you have to be able to create several custom booking forms.

At this page http://www.examplehotel.com/services/en (must be active en_US locale).
At this page http://www.examplehotel.com/services/es must be active es_ES locale).
And at this page must be http://www.examplehotel.com/services/it active it_IT locale.
