  1. Hello
    I would need the reservation list, when I change the "payment status" of a reservation (for example: partially paid) change the dates of entry and exit and the state of the reservation.
    Can be done?

        • Hello.
          1) If in point "B" you will change the payment status to "Partially paid", so then after you will reload the page, this payment status will have the different background color.

          2) But the "Pending" status of the booking will be the same, and the same will be background of this "Pending" booking label.

          You need to approve the booking (click specific button near booking to approve it), and then status of booking will be changed to "Approved" and also the background color will be changed, as well.

          So its 2 steps todo this. Change status of the booking and then approve the booking and then reload the page.

              Changing color must be there by default. Change the payments status in booking. Save it. AFTER THIS RELOAD THE PAGE

                I could see that the Admin panel of the Mussines Medium version is much more complete than the Admin panel of my Business Medium SingleSite version 5.4.4. Type: Business Medium.
                Should not they be the same?
                I did not update it? What could have happened?

    Having installed a number of booking plugin we have found yours to be the one that best suits our needs. The problem is that no matter what I try, I can't get the calendar to show pending or booked on the customer page. I have tried different themes and have changed the Google Maps plug-in from one you said caused problems with previous versions.
    Any help you could offer will be greatly appreciated.

      If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

  4. Hello there, i have the Business Medium SingleSite and i have some questions please:
    1. In admins calendar preview, there are some mistakes. First, the check-out date has blue color, so it looks like booked. But the check-out date should be white or half-colored, because it is actually available.
    The way it is now, confuses me very much, because i think that i have a booked day, when this day is available.

    2. In admins calendar preview, when i click on a booking, sometimes the popup can not be read. This happens if the popup heads to the upper part of the page, because there is no way to scroll up.
    So my suggestion is that the popup should always heads to the down part of the page, because you can always scroll down and see it all.

    3. When i manually add a booking from the "add booking" of the admin panel, it automatically goes on "pending" condition. And then i have to manually convert it to "booked".
    My suggestion is that it should automatically be in "booked" condition, when someone does a booking from the admin panel.

    4. When i manually add a booking from the "add booking" of the admin panel, i think the asterisks for the necessary, should be optional. Because as an admin, i can add a booking, even if i dont add the email or the phoen etc of the customer.

    5. On settings i can change the number of months or years, my calendar will be visible on my website. But i want to make it visual until a specific date, and not for specific months. For example i dont want someone to book now for next summer, i want them to book only until the end of next winter. In order to achieve that, i have to change every month the number of visual months.
    My suggestion is an option to have specific date (day-month-year) that the calendar can be visible.

    6. Also i cannot add a booking, if the calendar is not visible. For example i want the calendar not to be visible for next summer, but in the meanwhile, i organize my bookings for next summer and i want to add them to my calendar on the admin panel. In this way i will be able to see my bookings for next summer, but i dont want yet to be seen on my website.

      1) In actual versions of Booking Calendar in Calendar Overview page is not showing change over days. In this view, the check in and check out dates is showing as booked slots.
      If you have activated the using change over days (Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#change-over-days)
      and want to skip showing check out day in Calendar Overview and in Timeline. so then please make this fix.
      Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/admin/wpbc-class-timeline.php

      ( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )

      then find this code:

      $tms = $dta[1];
      and replace it to this code:

      2) In latest update of Booking Calendar the popup in Timeline and Calendar Overview page is always showing at bottom of the booking.

      3) Its possible in the latest update 8.2 of Booking Calendar to activate this option "Auto approve bookings after creation booking in admin panel" at the Booking > Settings General page.

      5) In general the ability to set availability per specific seasons, possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

      Changing color must be there by default after reload of the page.

      Change the payments status in booking. Save it. AFTER THIS RELOAD THE PAGE. Then you have to see it in different color.

      In any case you can change the background color of payment status "Complete" at this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/any/css/admin-listing-table.css
      in this code:

          Its not the simple altering of buttons in Booking Listing page. Almost all these buttons have the Ajax functionality, which require PHP and JavaScript code in different files, also different versions have these buttons in the different places.

          The main buttons is loacted at this folder ../{Booking Calendar Folder}//core/admin/wpbc-class-listing.php
          inside of this function:

    I see the calendars, I make my reservations, the total amount of reservations is correct, but when I want to pay with Stripe, I only have the amount of the main resource with as many lines as selected resources.

    For example:
    - resource 1: 1 day to 100 €
    - resource 2: 1 day at 25 €
    Total: € 125

    Payment requested: 2 x 100 €

      Unfortunately, if you are using 2 calendars, and only one booking form, relative to this instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/booking-many-different-items-via-one-booking-form/

      its does not possible to show only 1 payment form at the end of booking process. There is showing payment forms for each of your booked booking resources.
      Please note, in any case you can send payment request from the booking Listing page. You can view about this in second part of this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/deposit-balance-payments-video-overview/

        When I arrive at the payment page, I have 2 lines to pay the 2 bookings, but they are identical, and it is the total moment for the 2 bookings.

            - resource 1: 100 €
            - resource 2: 25 €
            Total amount: 125 €

            And at the payment level, I have 2 lines with the total amount: 125 €, whereas I should have a line at 100 € and a second line at 25 €

              Ok, just retested in details this.
              I was tested with Booking Calendar Business Medium version update 8.2
              And I was used the configiruation of booking form, like this:
              <div style="float:left;margin:10px">[calendar]</div> <div style="float:left;margin:10px">[calendar id=2]</div> <div class="payment-form"> <div class="form-hints"> Dates: [selected_short_timedates_hint] ([nights_number_hint] - night(s))<br><br> Full cost of the booking: [cost_hint] <br> </div><hr /> ....

              In most cases the system is working correctly. For example, if you have costs like in your example,
              system show payment form for 100 and second payment form for 25

              Except Stripe payment system.
              If you have using the Stripe payment syste, so then here will be the same cost (2 times) for only 1st booking resource.
              E.g.:
              - resource 1: 100 €
              - resource 2: 100 €

              instead of correct
              - resource 1: 100 €
              - resource 2: 25 €

              This issue because this payment system is use ajax for loading payment scripts, and its load data from the page in your page relative to the first payment form.

              If you will use any other payment form, so then its have to work fine.

                Please note, all this info about the cost that is showing just above the payment buttons.

                If you was asked about the cost_hint that is showing because, you have activated this option "Show booking details in payment form" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page, so there in description about the bookings is showing only TOTAL booking cost for 2 booking resources.

    i've the Small business.

    Captcha has stop working on my plugin and i had to remove it to contiunue to receive bookings.

    On Safari it appears as an error and in Firefox just the name( captcha).

    All plugins are updated and theme.

  10. Hi!

    I see I have the options to choose if my users can book one single date, or multiple dates. But is there no way to set it so the dates must be connected?

    For example, If I select jan 1 and jan 8 then i want the reservation to be jan 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. And also I would like to remove the possibility to select a second date before the first one. Ie. If i select jan 5 I then cant select jan 2 as my second date.. is this possible?
