  1. Hello,
    I have the requirement to select multiple timeslots in the booking calender.
    In my test (rangetime multiple) it did not work.
    Is it possible?

      Unfortunately, its does not possible to select several timeslots (possible to select only one), if you are using timerange shortcode:

      [select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 - 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" "18:00 - 20:00"]

      Instead of t timeslots selection you can use start time and end time selections or start time and time duration selections shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page:

      1) Star time and duration of time shortcodes, like this:

      Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"] Time Duration: [select durationtime "15 min@@00:15" "30 min@@00:30" "45 min@@00:45" "1 hour@@01:00" "1 hour 30 min@@01:30"]

      for ability to book several consecutive hours during a day.

      2) Or you can use start time and end time selections or time entering shortcodes:

      Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"] End time: [select starttime "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "19:00"]

      • Hi,

        the start time and end time works. However, it does not prevent double réservations.
        I want to rent an equipement to a single person, but with Start time and End time, there are no limits to the number of reservations.
        It almost work with dropdown for start times and duration times. The start times already reserved are greyed out, and not available to click, which is good, but the durations are always available, so you could have the following configuration equipment reserved at 9am for 30 min, and someone could reserve the same equipment at 8.30 am for 2 hours. There would be an overlap.

          The selection of start time and end time or duration of time is available in drop down lists, but when visitor select specific option for time, that already booked, and try to submit new booking, so then system will show warning that this time already booked, and its does not possible to submit this booking. So prevent of double bookings will work in this case, as well.

          In case, if you will have some issues with this, so then please check this.
          Please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
          If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

  2. Hi.
    I have imported google calendar events successfully on my site, but it only get synchronized with one of my resources (resource ID 1). I would like it to import it to all of my resources. I have pasted in the Google calendar ID to all of my resources, but it is working only on ID 1.

      It’s have to work with all booking resources. You can retest it by manually import at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Import - .ics” page.

  3. Hi, I have the small business version of the booking calendar, however my client wishes to work / be available for 2 days a week. How can I book out the other weekdays, or show that they're booked / unavailable? Thanks

      In any versions of Booking Calendar you can disable specific week days for all calendars at the Booking > Settings General page in Availability section.

      If you need to define only specific week days different from booking resource to booking resource (calendar) as unavailable or to set as unavailable only specific days during specific seasons, so then its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.       • Hi, as this was only purchased 24 hours ago, what is the price to upgrade to the medium business please? Alternatively, do you have a refunds policy, as it is not clear that a medium business version is required, when my client is the only one person in the business.

  4. Hi, When the client both approves or declines a booking the email goes to the site admin's email instead of the the person who made the booking.
    After the email's "To:" the visitor's name and number is written, example: John Smith (HM2M2QHNF8) but the email address is the site's admin.
    What setting do you think is wrong?

    • Hello.

      At the Booking > Settings > Emails page iN Approve and Decline tabs of specific email templates you can specify only from email address. Also you can activate to send copy of this emails to admin email by making specific checkbox checked at these pages.
      But general rule for these emails to send email confirmation to the email address of visitors who made the booking, and fill this email in the booking form.

      Please note, you need to use shortcode like this [email email] at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      In case if you do not receive emails st all.

      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is ‘sending emails via php’ option and it can resolve that issue.

        I think site admin is getting emails because under Resources the User is set to site admin.
        I changed each resource to the client's admin. His username [administrator] is now showing but it is in red. Is this red lettering correct?

    I have a website with wordpress 4.9.6 fr
    and booking calendar 8.2.
    I have inserted this shortcode on a page : [booking nummonths=2]
    and everything is fine except the calendar dosn't show the month at the top of the calendar, and so people don't know wich month it is !
    Could you help me ?

    • I tried different calendar models and with the black model, I have the months....
      So it's OK.
      I suppose we don't see the months because of the font color...in the other models.

        Yes, this issue because of css conflict. If you want you can switch back your calendar skin and then I can check about the css fix how to show those titles, during today evening later.

  7. Hi, When I export the calendar, the feed included the Booking ID Number and the first name. Is it possible to remove the first name so only the ID number is included?

      You can configure it at the Booking > Settings General page in titles for Timeline. This info is exported to the .ics feed.

  8. Hi,

    I want to adjust the available spaces for a single resource based on the date.

    E.g

    Resource has two available spaces on the 16th July. On 17th July, the same Resource will have four available spaces.
    I want both to be the same resource and same calendar.

    Is this possible and if so can you help me please?

      With the same booking resource it’s does not possible. Only in case if your set capacity for this booking resource as 4 and then make blank bookings for some days to reduce the capacity on 2

      Usually you can have 2 booking resources with capacity =4 and capacity = 2 And then to have seletion of booking resources like in this example https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/

      About capacity.

      If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

      • Okay, thanks for the help!

        On Friday our resource has five spaces.
        We filled two of these spaces in person by telephone (not through Booking Calendar) and these go into our real-life journal.
        So I need to remove two spaces on booking calendar for the resource now on Friday.

        But we have the same resource with five spaces on Saturday.
        Nobody has come to us in person, so all five spaces are empty.

        I hope this explains our position better. I think if I could adjust the availability of the child resource, then I could remove those days from one of the child resources thus bringing the availability from 5 to 3 on that certain day.

          You can just can add one booking for 2 slots at one day. And then create other booking for 5 slots at other day. You can add it at the Booking > Add booking page in Admin panel.

  9. Hi, another question

    We have one resource calendar with several dates a person could book.

    On some days are different start and finish times.
    Is there a way to make it show a different time for certain dates of the same resource?

        Is there any way to do it?

        For example, can I make two resources: one with Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM and another with Saturday 2:00PM to 5:30PM.
        Then show both of them on the same calendar?

    I've bought the Small Business version of your plugin. But when I check, it says I'm running on the FREE version. My purchase registration is My [cutted]. So, 2 questions:
    1. How do I activate the full Small Business version?
    2. How much do you charge for configuring it for me? (Simple config: 1 b&B, 2 season rates/prices; choose dates, pay with PayPal. Automatic emails.
