I have small business version - is it possible to use a kind of check out system in PayPal where a user can book multiple, different time slots of a resource - so say every morning for a week - and only have to pay once at Paypal gateway?

The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

I have the personal version of the booking calendar, and it is breaking my sites navigation menu drop downs. I have verified this to be the case by disabling, testing, then re-enabling the plugin.

1) You can deactivate the loading of JavaScript and css files of Booking Calendar at all pages in front-end side, except several pages with booking forms. You can activate and configure this at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section after clicking in on “Expand JavaScript addional section”.
2) Some conflict can be if the theme is using Bootstrap library and version of Bootstrap is different then version in Booking Calendar. Booking Calendar is use bootstrap library 3.3.5. ~ In this case, possible issues with not showing mouse over tooltips at the front-ens side in Booking Calendar. Its tooltips for showing booking data, times and cost, when mouse over specific day.
You can deactivate loading of Bootstrap files of Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section after expanding “Adduonal JavaScript section”.

I have configured my "Booking Calendar Business Medium" to be able to make credit card payments through "Stripe" but when I have entered all the data (I am in the test environment; VISA 4242 {cutted} - 06/22 - 333) The server gives me a 403 Forbidden error. Can you explain me what's wrong? Can you help me?

Please be sure that your website is accessible from web. Because during response from the Stripe it’s send request back to your website.
Also please be sure that in the Booking > Settings > Payment page you Have configured all form fields assignments at the right side of the page.
Additinly, may be Stripe was send response with error description in the URL as paramater, that’s why you see this error but description about this issue must be in browser url.

Unfortunately, its does not possible to add new email template in exist versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. The integration of exist emails exist in many files, so its will require rewriting many files in plugin.

Please add one checked by default hidden checkbox to the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page: <div style=“display:none;”>[checkbox myfee default:on “”]</div>
Then at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page for the option
myfee set addional cost as 500 USD
In case if you do not need to increase cost for visitors seletion at all, then just set for visitors values the addional cost as 0
Save changes. Test it.

Ok, if you need that your cost for the booking always was as 500 USD, no netter from the days and other selected options in the booking form, so then everything is simpler.
Just remove all addional cost from the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Set all costs here to 0
Then open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and set instead of cost per 1 day the “fixed cost”.
Then open the Booking > Resources page and set cost per booking resource as 500
The problem is only in the cleaning service. I need a $ 500 cleaning fee in total. It does not matter the number of days or visitors.
In advanced cost I have already placed $ 500 in the corresponding field, with the option $

1) In case, if you need to sent email notifications about new booking to 2 different emails, so then check this.
Its possible to send copy of email to other email address only after creation of new booking.
If you want to send the email about the new booking, to the several (Admin) users. so you can use the emails in the form "To" in such format:
email1@server.com,email2@server.com
or like this, if the previous do not work:
email1@server.com;email2@server.com
Please note it's possible to set for the email, which are sending to the admin and do not for the visitors.
2) Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
