  1. Hi!

    Somehow the plugin doesn't mark the first and the last datums as partly booked anymore. The calendar shows a available datum. When in the admin panel, the booking shows its booked... What's wrong?

      1) Please be sure to use latest version update 8.3.2
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      2) Please be sure DO NOT activate to show last day of selection as available day at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      3) Finaly probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.

      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    I get this error message

    The time(s) may be booked, or already in the past!

    for my 12pm - 02:00 pm and full day 09:00 am - 05:00 pm. My other time slots are working fine. Any idea where it comes from? I m on business medium and the website is:

    • Hello.
      Please be sure that you have configure values of timeslots in 24 hour format. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

      Also if you select the start time form one day like 23:00 (from 20/08/2018) and other timeslot like 02:00 ( drom other day 21/08/2018), Then you need to select 2 days in calendar 20/08 and 21/08.

      It’s does not possible to make booking of this timeslot 23:00 - 02:00 only by selecting one day, because it’s means that start time already older than end time in one day. You need to select 2 days for times intersected midnight.

    And what happens when i write three persons in the calendar, and the price is the same as one person -when i have different price??

    • Hello.
      1) In mouse over tooltip is showing ONLY DAILY COST, which does not depend from the selected other options.

      2) You can use the [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page for showing total booking cost of the booking depend from selected days and other options in your booking form.
      Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

      It’s seems that you incorrectly configured times at the Booking > Settings > Form page

      or in case if you have activated change over days the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section.

  6. user error right at the start, lol.

    so i've come to some complications while testing if the GOOGLE EVENTS IMPORT worked and

    i've set my calendar to public and my calendar ID shows: growellprolc@gmail.com

    this is the message i continue to get //

      Please try to specify the number of imported events as 100 (not the 0).

      Otherwise, please try to import events from google calendar via .ics feed.

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      Export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  7. i m using booking calendar business large...
    i want to ask that i have created booking with some additional add on such like add on for breakfast, dinner, lunch, tour packages, extra bed. so when i test to select or the add on and make the payment..it only show the total amount to pay instead of the breakdown of the additional cost....please advice....what is the shortcode to be use or vice versa

    • Hello.
      Description.
      Its cost the depend fro m selected options in check boxes or selectboxes in your booking form, which you have configured at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
      But please note, this cost will depend from the value that you have selected in Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page and from the number of days selection but not from other selected options (like number of visitors selection).

      Configuration.

      You can show cost hints separately for the each items, that have additional cost at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

      For example, if you have configured additional cost for my_tax option at Advanced cost page, then in booking form you can use this shortcode [my_tax_hint] to show additional cost of this specific option. Add "_hint" term to name of shortcode for creation hint shortcode.
      You can use these shortcodes at the booking form AND in "Content of booking fields data" form.

  8. Hi,
    I have a requirement for clients to have an allowance of eg. 20 hours per month to book an office. But if they exceed that allowance they can opt to pay the going hourly rate for more time. Of course the quota would reset at the beginning of the next month.
    Is this something that can be achieved with wpbookingcalendar?

  9. How can i set the default form used in the admin section.

    There are two forms - public and admin. By default the public one is set in the admin side, im wondering if i can define what is preloaded when entering a booking in the backend.

      You can define for specific booking resource only one default custom booking form or standard booking form. You can do this at the Booking > Resources page.

      By the way at the Booking > Add booking page in admin panel, you can still select other custom booking form by using selectbox at the top toolbar.
