I have another problem i've set that on Fridays in the morning they can book always from 8:00 to 9:00 every 15 minutes for example from 8:00- 8:15 and after that from 8:15-8:30. but now 2 bookings have come in and the calendar is already displayed as no longer free, why ?
They must be 2 free dates
Hello.
I do not sure that clearly understand about this issue.
Your configuration of timeslots can be looking like this at the Booking > Settings > Form page: Select Times: [select rangetime "8:00 AM - 8:15 AM@@08:00 - 08:15" "8:15 AM - 8:30 AM@@08:15 - 08:30" "8:30 AM - 8:45 AM@@08:30 - 08:45" "8:45 AM - 9:00 AM@@08:45 - 09:00"]
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
If you still will have some issue, please send screenshot of your configuration or configuration of your booking form and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send it to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com and explain once more about what exactly issue do you have (what exactly days or times was booked in a way, that you do not want to have it so ) ?
Thank you.

Displaying the calendar and booking form is all good except, nowhere during this process does it display the number of days or total cost.
When I then press submit all that is shown is a paypal button but no indication of total cost, a number of days, date range of selected booking or cost per night etc...
I'm sure there is are short codes to do this as I have seen it in your video demos but I cannot find it and your search function on this forum does not work -- it returns all results!
Anyway some code, or direction as to where this information is or how it can be implemented greatly appreciated

Ok thank you, I thought that it would be a versioning issue.
I will review.
Thanks
Ok so the upgrade costs MORE than if I were to buy the Medium Busines outright!!
If I bought the Medium business instead of the small business the difference would only be $75. NOw it is $120
Is that correct?
I'm ok to pay $75 to display some dates but not $120!
Is there something you can do to offer me the upgrade with the discount?
Thank you
Hello.
The cost of upgrade from lower to higher version of Booking Calendar is little higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.
Please read more about costs of upgrades from lower to higher version of Booking Calendar here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/upgrade-to-higher-version/
Please contact info @ wpbookingcalendar.com about getting some additional discount for your upgrade. We will check how we can help you.

Refreshing is not working. Not working for sorting or adding new bookings from google calendar import. Any solution
Hello.
I do not sure that clearly understand your question.
A) If your issue relative for ability to import new bookings from Google Calendar into the Booking Calendar,
so then please recheck carefully this instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, Booking Calendar can import only new events, its does not import events, that previously was imported into some booking resource (even some other booking resource), and even if you have moved this booking into the trash.
Check this:
1) Please recheck about any lost bookings https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/lost-bookings/
You need to delete them completely - its means move them to trash and then erase booking from trash.
2) Be sure that your .ics feed have some bookings.
3) Please be sure to specify correct parameters in the Booking Calendar import shortcode like start and end times, url path to feed, its must be accessible, etc...
B) If you was asked about the sorting bookings in the booking Listing page, so you need to select sort order in filter toolbar and the click on "Apply" button to refresh listing. Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-listing-video-tutorial/
Hi,
Sorry if I wasn't too clear.
Importing working absolutely fine.
But when I'm logged in into my back end, and see automatically imported items, and lets say approve them, they should disappear and go to the list. I have to refresh whole page to see them on the bottom list.
When I go to Booking Listing - Filters, actually nothing works there. Whatever I choose from dropdown menus - nothing happens. Looks like refreshing is not working properly. Checked on Safari and Chrome. Fresh wordpress 4.9.8 - Avada theme if that has any impact.
Hello.
When you approve the bookings, so such bookings become approved ONLY in the Booking Calendar.
Please note, in Booking Listing page, when you select some elements in the Filter toolbar (like sort order), so then you need to click on "Apply" button in this Filter toolbar, for getting effect in the listing of bookings.
Please i want to sincronize the calendar of my wordpress website with AIRBNB calendar.
I copied https://www.airbnb.it/calendar/ical/28999536.ics?s=e648fb71e822cf4ec9c5ddc7db538e32 in the website, but as it seems is not working.
So I am thinking to export the calendar of my website to AIRBNB, but I have to copy there the URL of my website calendar and I am not finding this URL.
Can you help me please?
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
Export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Kind Regards.
Im wondering if there is such a thing as scheduling by timeslot for zipcodes and close proximity. In other words. Were a service business. unlike appointment scheduling for haircuts, or nail polishing appointments, were in the field all day servicing customers in 1 hour blocks. If there is a slot available lets say for 1 PM, and the technician is in 33012 and this customer books an appointment for the 1pm slot but is in 33121 (20 miles away), We are obviously not going to make it. What seems to be a better solution is scheduling by zip code. The customer types in their info (Including zipcode) and the software will look to see there are any available appointments in 33121. If there are any available appointments in that zipcode, display the times available in one hour blocks. If there are none, search surrounding zipcodes. Is there such a thing for scheduling using these plugins?
Hello.
Unfortunately such functionality of defining available time-slots based on zip codes is not available in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
Can I resize and reformat the rate on the calendar?
eg instead of $200.00 - can I make it: small dollar sign - larger, bolder amount - with no cents?
Hello.
You can define do not show the cents in cost at the Booking > Settings > Payment > General page.
Relative custom style for currency, please send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
Thank you.
Hi a question about syncing back to AIRBNB.
- I have synced already with AIRBNB to booking system - OK works great.
- Part of that sync has imported Homeaway bookings that have been previously synced to AIRBNB
- When THAT between AIRBNB and HomeAway sync happens they only share a little bit of information between them...
- Import into Booking calendar shows these with whatever information is available, which is good.
- But, when I import them, as there is no email address stored, booking system fills in the email address with wordpress admin email
My question is WHEN I now export/sync back to AIRBNB will this sync that AMDIN email to these bookings...I dont' want it to.
I dont want to sync back without knowing what will happen because I do not want to 'ruin' AIRBNB.
Hmm. Ok. having a little trouble deciphering that FAQ.
Perhaps you can answer 2 questions directly.
1) When I export, will it OVERWRITE or DUPLICATE bookings on the other systems? AIRNBN for example?
2) Will it overwrite the email details - with the wordpress admin details - into the existing bookings?
"In paid versions of Booking Calendar, plugin export to "Title" field of specific event configured "Title" of booking that is showing in Calendar Overview (timeline) page in booking pipelines"
The way I read this means that it will sync what's in Booking system according to the Title...but there is not detail with respects to whether it check for previously ID'd bookings or matching/comparing of booking IDs to ensure things are not duplicated.
Hello.
1) Its depend from this external service, like airbnb. Please contact support of airbnb, and recheck if it OVERWRITE or DUPLICATE or SKIP bookings, if some bookings already exist in the system.
2) Its the same as in point #1
3) During import of bookings from external sources, Booking Calendar is check each event by unique UID of event. And if such booking, already exist in the Booking Calendar, so then its will not be imported again. That's why in description of import is mentioned that system import only NEW bookings from .ics feed.
Even more, in the import .ics feed shortcode you can define this parameter import_conditions='if_dates_free', to import only bookings, that will fit to available dates in specific booking resource.

Probably you have inserted into the post or page the Booking Calendar shortcode for only availability calendar without the booking form.
Please remove this shortcode and then insert new shortcode for booking form with calendar.
