  1. Hi!

    I'm thinking about using the small business version of this plugin. But to know one thing before purchasing.

    Is it possible to let customers maken a reservation for either an hour, a half day or a full day? Can't figure this out....

      Yes, it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small version.

      Example of configuration at Booking > Settings > Form page:
      <p>Select Times:<br />[select* rangetime "10:00 AM - 12:00 PM@@10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 PM - 02:00 PM@@12:00 - 14:00" "02:00 PM - 04:00 PM@@14:00 - 16:00" "04:00 PM - 06:00 PM@@16:00 - 18:00" "06:00 PM - 08:00 PM@@18:00 - 20:00" "Morning@@10:00 - 12:00" "Afternoon@@12:00 - 20:00" "Full Day@@00:00 - 23:59"]</p>

      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode. ~ You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.     i have bought the booking calendar today.
    I have 2 Questions.

    1. When i put a fresh calendar in my page, then i have all days available, but not all of these days will be displayed in the color for available days.

    2. Is it possible to manage all bookings for the Administrator without to go the long way from the WordPress back end to the bookings?

    We have one question before purchasing this plugin:
    Is it possible to allow users to book more than 1 child resource at the same time?

    For example: The superior apartments demo has 4 child resources, is it possible to have a dropdown on the superior resource booking page that allows the user to select 1-4 apartments and book the selected amount?:

    Also if the user selects more then are available for certain days will this be visible in the calender? So if the users chooses 4 but on a certain day only 3 are available will this be visible in the agenda at the moment the users chooses the amount to book (when he changes the dropdown, not when he clicks to send)?

    • Hello.
      1) Yes its possible.
      The selection of number items to book is defined in selectbox with name "visitors" (its reserved name for such type of bookings) at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      For example:
      Number of items: [select visitors "1" "2" "3" "4" "5"]

      Additionally you need to activate this option "Set capacity based on number of visitors" at the Booking > Settings General page in advanced section.

      2) The availability is showing in mouse over tooltips, when you mouse over specific day.

      Just for do not have misunderstanding. Under calendar, in calendar day cells is showing number that is defined Today day - "11" of October. Its does not availability.
      You can disable to show this numbers at the Booking > Settings General page in form section.

    I have a pre-sale question:

    I have to build a motorhome rental site and one of the features needed for the booking system and that of a minimum booking time, for example, a minimum of 3 days.

    So to explain better:

    I want to know if I can set a minimum booking time for a specific product.

    Example: in August, if you book on the 5th of August, the minimum booking time is 7 days.

    Then Slots of time predetermined on the basis of a minimum of days of booking.

    is it possible?

  5. The booking calendar is not showing all 7 days of the week in responsive view (below 782px)

    In an attempt to get the right column timeline to expand, I've tried modifying via CSS the left column via my child theme, and then even the timeline.css file to no avail.

    I'm certain there is an easy fix for this.

  6. Hello, we have a Business Large calendar and want to start using Coupons. Is there a way of creating a coupon that can only be applied to bookings for November so the coupon code won't work if you try and book something in December etc?

  7. Hi

    I cannot find the option "Use pending days as available" in the settings.

    I think this is the setting I need so that the front-end calendar does not show or block bookings that are 'pending'. We only want to show Approved bookings as Booked in the customer view of the calendar.

    I a using booking calendar on site chatapodlesem.cz. When the plugin is active main menu is not working and is collapsing automatically. When the plugin is disabled menu works without problem.

      Thank you for interest to the Booking Calendar.

      I can suggest that its can be conflict with bootstrap library loading.

      Please note, Booking Calendar is using Bootstrap library 3.3.5, if your theme or some other plugin is using other (older or newer) version of bootstrap so then possible an issues.

      You can disable of loading Bootstrap library in Booking Calendar at front-end side. But in this case, any popover tooltips (where usually showing booked times or times or availability will not show in Booking Calendar).

      So please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced section click on " Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading " then set as checked this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End ". Click on "Save changes" button.

      Also please do not set this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Back-End " as checked, because otherwise, will be some issues in booking admin panel.

  10. I have my calendar importing OK from Airbnb

    I am testing a google calendar, import works ok too.

    In settings > Sync > export -.ics i want to export WPBM to this test google calendar.

    When I click the export button for the single resource I have, it opens a blank page and nothing happens - so there is no ICS file to upload to google calendar. I dont recall how I got that URL into the resource BUT there is no way to delete it and try again...

    I've read through all the FAQ and I can't figure this out...any help appreciated...I think there is an issue with the url.. Please help.

      If you get error during generating .ics feed.
      In case, if you start import of .ics feed into Google Calendar by URL "Other Calendars > Add by URL", then in the point #3 you need to configure URL that ending with wpbm.ics. For example:

      /ics/apartment2/wpbm.ics
      1) So please try to configure link with wpbm.ics at the end of links at the Booking > Settings > Sync > "Export - .ics" page, like this:

      /apartment2ics/wpbm.ics
      After this click on icon near specific .ics feed url, its will open new .ics feed in new browser window.

      2) Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      3) Otherwise, please contact support of your hosting about rechecking your .htaccess file and some other security settings configuration that block access to such dynamically created feeds (please note its does not real files at the server, its dynamically created feeds by php script).
