Hello.
Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is ‘sending emails via php’ option and it can resolve that issue.
We're having troubles with the return URL after the payment. The user is not recieveing any confirmation e-mail and after paying they're redirected to an unfound page, although all the fields in the system are filled correctly. Can you help us?

We've tried everything and still the visitor is not recieving the e-mail. We try to send a test e-mail and this goes well. But after the payment, the visitor does't recieve a confirmation e-mail (even though the configuration of e-mails is correct) and also Booking Calendar doesn't recognise the payment of stripe, although we've recievet the payment in stripe. Can you help us, please?
Hello.
1) Booking Calendar is sending emails just after creation of the new booking or if you approve the booking. But does not send it after payment.
If you do not receive the emails at all then install some smtp plugin.

2) What exactly issue do you have with Stripe right now. Please send screenshot of this issue and send configuration of Stripe from the Booking > Settings > Payment page. Send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
Thank you.
Okey, so what is happening is that Booking Calendar doesn't recognise the payments of stripe, it stays as "pending" and previously we had this working, there's something inbetween stripe and booking calendar that is not working. After correct payment in the booking it appears as "unknown payment". What can we do?
Ok, unfortunately I don't need all the features of the Business version so that it seems to expensive to me.
Thank you
Good afternoon,
We have de Multiuser Singlesite 8.7.8 version and are encountering following problem:
When doing a search from the plugin search form, when we select an entry date and an exit date (both using the corresponding shortcode - [search_check_in] and [search_check_out]), the search results show resources that already have a reservation made for that date range. It also happens, sometimes (not always), that it shows resources on dates that are not even available for booking.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,
Carlos
Hello.
Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
A new approved booking is showing in the "Booking Listing" view, but not in the "Calendar" overview of the plugin. Other bookings are displaying correctly on the calendar - any idea why this would occur? I've disabled WP Rocket already to verify not caching related.

In the booking list page, at data collumn (first name, last name, email...), there are two fields that are empty (check in date and check out date), but in the last collumn (booking dates) dates are set correctly.
Could be that the problem?

I have a few quistions for my booking system (Business large version 8.8 ):
1. When someone has booked a boat for 100 euro (and in our case pays 25% upfront) and later want to change the object for a boat of 110 euro you do not see a change in price. Is it possible to fix this?
2. Is it possible to mark bookings when people have checked in? In the booking list I see the option mark as onread, or mark as read but when is do this I see no changes. Or maybe it is possible that when people checked in / payed the total amount, the color of the booking changes.
3. is it possible to change the order of the field in the booking list. In the calander It's possible to change this, but can I change it in the booking list? Now you see first name first and I want last name first. And maybe set it in alphabetic order
