  3. Is there a way to change the calendar Bookings feed to in outlook from the primary calendar to one that I created?

      If you asking about the url of the feeds that generated by Booking Calendar, then you can configure them at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export - .ics” page.

      1) Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.

      2) Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

  5. I have two questions:
    1. When my client gets a payment I'm getting an email with the Subject "Verified IPN" with a lot of code like this:

    2. My client isn't getting all of the details that are on the original form like time and mailing information when she gets the email notification. How can I make sure she gets all of that information?

    • Hello.
      1) You can deactivate receiving such emails at the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal page in ipn section.
      2) Please configure correctly the “Content of booking fields data” form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

  6. Hi,
    I'am using WP Booking Calendar (version 10.35) and the Modern Event Calendar (version 5.17.6).
    I found that when I activate WP Booking Calendar plugin it delayed the event date by one day. However when the WP Booking Calendar plugin is deactivated, the Modern Event Calendar work well.
    I paid both of the plugin, so I don't want to change them and I don't know how to manage this error with WP Booking Calendar...

    • Hello.
      In the Booking Calendar you can deactivate the loading of JavaScript files and load them only at the specific pages with booking forms of Booking Calendar plugin. You can activate it at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

      Please recheck the similar functionality in other plugin to avoid such conflict.

  7. I updated my theme and now I can not see the previous bookings, it shows a pop up with total number of bookings that I got but when I click to see them or see the details, there is nothing there. Any idea how to solve this ?

      It’s possible only in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version.
      If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

      • thank you for your reply, do we have a option to capacity counter based on time slot?

        like we have 10 seats in 3 session a day morning afternoon and evening, user can see remaining capacity in specific time slot.

          Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion bellow.

          A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

          In lower versions of Booking Calendar possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.

          You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

          You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

          You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

          B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).           Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

    Is there a way to block email addresses from registering? I'd like to stop certain email addresses from booking open slots on the calendar.

      Unfortunately it’s does not possible.
      Sorry.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

  10. Hi

    Is it possible to change color of the dates in the calendar, if I only have 2 ressources available on the specific date? E.g. I have totally 14 ressources. Would be great if the calendar would change for yellow color if I have less than 5 available items.
