    Is it possible to see how many available items for each day on smartphones and tablets? I know it is possible from the computer/pc if you put the mouse on the specific date. But is it possible from smartphones and tablets?

      Currently it's does not possible. sorry.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.

    We are about to buy the plugin for Personal option, but we doubt if with this version we need to have one single page for each item, because it means we need to create lots of pages just with one calendar. Or is it possible to have one booking page and change the calendar per item. Do you know what I mean?

  5. Hey there,

    we are using the multidomain booking plugin and I was wondering if it is possible to have different settings for the calender to set day ranges.

    As default we have set up a day-range of 5 days + . So you have to select minimum 5 days.
    This works great so far.

    But we need to have for some rooms the possibility to select from day 1. So no minimal day selection.

    Is it possible to configure that?
    If not, can I somehow insert a little hack for it to make it possible?

    My customers use a WordPress 5.7.1 and a Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.8.1 WPBC and their business is a lodge booking services, I setup the website for them including your booking solution.

    Here is the problem, hoping you can help me find a solution:
    If a customer makes a booking and don't go to the end of the Paypal payment procedure for any reason, the booking appears as payment unknown but remains blocked and is not cancelled automatically after 15 min as I set. Am I doing something wrong?

    • Hello.
      You can activate the auto cancelation of such bookings during specific time at the Booking > Settings General page in auto cancelation/ approval section.

      The Auto cancelation starts work when someone open the front end side of your website. 
      Please open the page with your booking form, and then check your booking at the Booking Listing page, relative Auto cancelation. 

      Please note, auto-cancelation can execute every  1 hour (or other period),  if you have configured CRON at  your website or if some visitor is visited your website,  and cancelation  time exceed that  specific "auto  cancelation " time duration from  last  cancelation . 

      If nobody  visit website during "1 hour" (or other period of time),  so  system  just  does not start script for initializing  checking about  (auto  cancellation,  etc... ) some bookings. In this case,  you need to  configure CRON script at your server. Currently  its working with  pseudo-cron functionality:

       WordPress Cron is what many people refer to as a “pseudo-cron system.” The difference is in how UNIX cron and WordPress Cron take action. A typical UNIX cron system runs in this order:

      - A time tied to an action occurs.
      - Cron runs the action tied to that time.

      With WordPress Cron, it works a little differently:

      - A visitor comes to any page on your WordPress website.
      - WordPress Cron checks each cron event to see whether the scheduled time has passed.
      - If the scheduled time for that event has passed, then WordPress Cron executes any actions tied to that event.

        The auto cancelation is currently active and set to cancel non paid bookings over 15min. But still, when a customer stop the payment procedure along the way not completing it, the dates of booking are blocked and not canceled after 15 min. And as the system is sync to Airbnb, it blocks also the dates there, which is annoying for my clients.

        Can i configure a CRON task to make it wright and what syntax should I use to do it?
