Hi,
I am using the free version. This version provides the possibility of viewing only one month! I have set this in the system but still two months are being viewed. There are no other widgets on the page.
I only want one month! Can you explain to me what tot do?
Hello.
You can define how many months to show in calendar after loading in the Booking Calendar shortcode during inserting it into the content of the page or in settings of Booking Calendar widget, if you was added the booking form as widget. Please read how manually to configure Booking Calendar shortcodes here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
For example:
[booking nummonths=1]

I'm having difficulty since updating with the mobile calendar view. The mobile view only shows the first few hours of the day not the full 24hrs in the 30 day view, so as my bookings start at 16:00 my staff cannot view the bookings. If you could reply to this web support form by email I'll send you some attachment screenshots that should explain what's wrong.
Hello.
Please send screenshots and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Kind Regards.
my booking calendar on de site does not go beyond 2019. how do I set the calendar to continue? i am using Booking Calendar Business Small.
Hello.
If you can not scroll to the future months, so then please open the Booking > Settings General page and in calendar section for the number of months to scroll set value “2 years” or more.
In the General Booking Settings, I have formatted my start time drop down list and end times drop down list so that it shows as non military times for my visitors. However, when a reservation has already been booked and I mouse over a booked day in my calendar, it shows the booking as military time.
Hello.
1) Probably you have configured start and endtime fields at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
2) For showing correct time in mouse over tooltips, please set correctly the time format at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Admin panel section.
Kind Regards.
How do I add a link to the Terms and Conditions in booking form
Hello.
You can configure it in paid versions.
You can use configuration this checkbox in a way like this:
[checkbox* terms "I accept"] <a href="http://serve.com" rel="nofollow">terms and conditions</a>
I currently have a phone number field in my form. How can I prevent the users from entering text in my phone number field, and validate the user input? And where would I enter or place this validation code?
Thank you,
PHP Version: 7.2.22
WordPress Version: 5.2.3
Hello.
Booking Calendar support ability to enter only specific number of digits in the field.
Example of configuration:
<p>Digit Field:<br />[text* dig_field class:validate_as_digit] </p>
<p>Phone:<br />[text* phone class:validate_digit_8] </p>
Kind Regards.
Thank you for a quick response.
Would this be a valid configuration:
Phone:[text* phone class:validate_digit_10]
for a user input of "### - ### - ####" (3 numbers, a dash, 3 numbers, a dash, 4 numbers)?
And if I use the validate_as_digit class, should I use the "Maxlength" to limit the number of digits
the user enters?
Thank you.
Hello.
It’s does not support dashes there. Sorry.
Please test it at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
I use the plugin for a workshop reservation with childs and parents and i want to use the capacity concept to let my users tell how many childs and adults slots they wanted to booked. I'm a bit confuse because i've follow the instruction about the capacity concept and it seem like it doesn't working. Actually, a reservation doesn't book anything else but the parent ressource. The child ressource are like used just to define the capacity number. It's like my child ressource cannot be booked. So, all my reservations are staked at the parent level. Furthermore, a reservation with more than 1 people selected it doesn't decrease the capacity by the number off visitors selected, but only 1 by reservation. I have checked all the options that showed in the tutorial. What am i supposed to do ? Does any checkboxes in the options can be in conflict with the system ?
Thank you, hope you can help me.
Cheer. Paul Balmet
Hello.
1) Please be sure that in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page you are using this shortcode for visitors selection: <p>Adults: [select visitors class:col-md-1 "1" "2" "3" "4"]</p>
Only this reserved shortcode with name "visitors" can decrease capacity.
2) Be sure that these options at the Booking > Settings General page in advanced section was unchecked: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)" and "Use pending days as available"
and set as checked this option "Set capacity based on number of visitors"
and activate this radio option: "Display tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on total (fixed) number of visitors for the resource, which can be at free booking resource items."
3) In the Booking Calendar Business Large version possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic). Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/

Hi there,
I use free version.
1. Is it possible to set a certain number of available seats for the event?
2. Is it possible for the next customer to display the number of places available in the calendar?
Example: I plan a training for sixteen people lasting three days. The first customer reserves two places for the training days available in the calendar (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). I confirm booking. The next customer sees these days as "partially booked" with the information "14 seats left".
Is it possible?
Thank you, best regards
