Hello.
1) You can activate the "Multiple days selection" mode at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section.
2) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Fastest Cache". If you are using it, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Thank you.
Hi,

But I noticed that this is not available in my version.
I'm sorry for the effort.
Glad you like the colors. If you want to use them I would have a suggestion:

Bonjour,
Merci
Hello,
I just bought the Business Small SingleSite 8.6 version in which it seemed to me that you could register for appointments by choosing your schedule.
But I do not find this possibility in the settings.
Could you tell me how to configure this feature?
Thank you
Hello.
I do not sure what exactly functionality do you need by this: "...register for appointments by choosing your schedule..."
1) In the Booking Calendar Business Small version possible to make the bookings for specific time-slots.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
2) In case, if you need to set as unavailable specific days in calendar during specific seasons, so then its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
3) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).
Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Kind Regards.
Dommage !
Thank you for your answer, very complete but useless : the videos are totally obsolete and do not correspond at all to the current interface.
My version is supposed to handle taking RV, hour by hour, but I still do not know how to do it.
It's rare that I'm not happy. But there I spent hours trying to figure out how it worked, without success.
I'm not very good at computers, but still: this program is far from intuitive.
In addition it is expensive: I really lost my money ...

Hi
Is it possible within the admin to set some days as unavailable? I don't mean Monday every week, I mean if you want to put Thursday 6th as unavailable, or Tuesday 20th.
Thanks
Gina
q2: Can i put these codes anywhere in the booking form or in a pop-up so visitors can edit from for the front end without waiting for an email?
Thank you
Hello.
1) Hash must be in the link, ow we can not make identification of the booking.
You can use in your emails links like this: <a href=“[visitorbookingediturl]” rel="nofollow"> Edit booking </a>
So your visitors will see only Edit booking text.
You can cancel this booking at this page: [visitorbookingcancelurl]
Thank you, Cornubia
[siteurl]
In the email received by visitors it looks like this, and doesn't work
You can edit this booking at this page: Edit booking
Could you advise
Thanks
Hi again,
Looking at the reply I just sent you the no follow code you gave me to resolve the problem has worked in my email to you! but it didn't work in the email I set up tp send to visitors and in the email they received appeared as a line of code - what have I done work? can you tell me how to paste it into the email template?

Am I able to have all of the seasons show on the calendar at once, or do we really need to have them select from the drop down menu above the calendar?
I have many seasons and I dont want the user to select the season but directly click on the calendar dates with seasons corresponding price.
Please help.
Hello.
1) If you was meaning by "...have all of the seasons show..." ability to use in one calendar the different seasons availability in one calendar (like unavailable during specific Holidays or other days in specific season), so you can apply several season filters for the same booking resource (calendar) in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-season-availability/
2) But if you was meaning by that the ability to have the different availability for different properties / services (in terms of Booking Calendar its booking resources), so then its possible only in the different calendars.
Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources
I just want to show a calendar then the user can just select a dates without selecting a season then the plugin will calculate it base on the season Ive provided in the admin.
We just dont want the user to select a season in the dropdown but directly a date then let the plugin do the calculations.
I tried this shortcode - [booking type=9 aggregate='9;1;6'] but all the pricing is from season 9, are there any ways we can just show a calendar then the user will select dates then the plugin will do the calculations on that date base on the season? Please.
I tried this code [booking type='9,1,6' aggregate='9;1;6'] but it doesnt work.
Thank you so much for your help.
My version of the plugin is Business Medium
Hello.
1) Its does not possible to show in once specific calendar (in your example booking resource with ID=9) the rates from other booking resources (calendars) in your case other booking resources ID = 1 and ID= 6.
Its possible to show the different rates only in the different booking resources. And you can have the selection of booking resources like in this example: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/
Example of shortcode: [bookingselect label='Please select the resource:' form_type='standard' nummonths=1 type='9,1,6']
Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-resources-selection/
Hi!
I have a form with Starttime and Endtime. If i book all day, in the Endtime field, appear that the last hour can be selected. Also, in the calendar view, that day appears like partially booked when it should appear like unavailable. How can I solve this?
Thank you in advance.
Hello.
Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not mark day as fully unavailable if you are using "start time" and "end time" fields in the booking form and if all times there booked.
Its will mark as fully booked date, only if you will use "rangetime" field in the booking form.
But still, even with start and end time fields, system does not allow to make the booking for already booked times, of course.
We will improve this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.
Kind Regards.
Ok, THANKS!
Hello, I have a simple calendar of reservations by days and a certain time range to book visits. I would like to know how to block specific days of the year so that those days cannot make any reservation. How could i do it?
When exporting .ics files, they only show current bookings. Is it possible to export all bookings including past bookings? (I need this to automate data collection for my project).
Hello.
Please open the Booking Listing page, then configure in the Filter toolbar to show "All bookings" (select specific filters) and click on Apply button.
After this switch to the Actions toolbar and click on "Export All" button.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-listing-video-tutorial/
Kind Regards.
Great, that works, thanks!
Now I just need to work out how to import it into Google Calendar. Any ideas? (Google Calendar says it accepts csv files, but it doesn't import anything from this one).
Hello.
Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
- import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
- and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Ok, I was trying ics export originally, but had trouble getting an ics with all the bookings in (I had to manually combine the ics files from each resource, and then google calendar didn't like it). Is there an easy way to get Booking Calendar to export a single ics file with everything in that Google will accept?
Hello.
If you asking if it’s possible to generate one ics feed from the different booking resources, so Unfortunately it’s does not possible. Each booking resource can export separately own ics feed. It’s does not possible to combine such ics feeds into the one ics feed in actual versions of Booking Calendar and Booking Manager plugins. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
I have a problem with the form; in fact, the problem is that the available days on the calendar cannot be selected by clicking on them (nothing happens) and the form does not appear; the problem shows on different browsers. No JS problems or conflicts with other plugins and the theme, I used the same configuration a few months ago and it all worked fine. How can I solve this? Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I have questions relating to the bookingedit shortcode for visitors to edit or cancel their bookings.
q1; I have set up the booking edit page and inserted the code in the visitors email. The links appears successfully in the email but looks like this : https://www.cornubia.org.uk/manage-your-booking/?booking_hash=a542736734b7a290aa420da183034a05 and https://www.cornubia.org.uk/manage-your-booking/?booking_hash=a542736734b7a290aa420da183034a05&booking_cancel=1. My question is can I make this link appear in a shortened form without the "hash=" and numbers?
q2: Can i put these codes anywhere in the booking form or in a pop-up so visitors can edit from for the front end without waiting for an email?
Thank you
Hello.
1) Hash must be in the link, ow we can not make identification of the booking.
You can use in your emails links like this:
<a href=“[visitorbookingediturl]” rel="nofollow"> Edit booking </a>
So your visitors will see only Edit booking text.
2) No it’s does not possible. Sorry.
But it’s possible to see all previous bookings of visitor. If you need to show for users all past bookings of this user, then check here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/user-bookings-listing-video-tutorial/

Hi,
I tried pasting in the code to the visitor email as suggested like this:

You can edit this booking at this page: Edit booking
You can cancel this booking at this page: [visitorbookingcancelurl]
Thank you, Cornubia

In the email received by visitors it looks like this, and doesn't work
You can edit this booking at this page: Edit booking

I have many seasons and I dont want the user to select the season but directly click on the calendar dates with seasons corresponding price.
Please help.
Hello.
1) If you was meaning by "...have all of the seasons show..." ability to use in one calendar the different seasons availability in one calendar (like unavailable during specific Holidays or other days in specific season), so you can apply several season filters for the same booking resource (calendar) in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-season-availability/
And in this version for the different seasons you can define the different price - rates. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#rates
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/rates-daily-costs-video-overview/
2) But if you was meaning by that the ability to have the different availability for different properties / services (in terms of Booking Calendar its booking resources), so then its possible only in the different calendars.

Example of shortcode:
[bookingselect label='Please select the resource:' form_type='standard' nummonths=1 type='9,1,6']
Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-resources-selection/
2) The ability to define the different rates for the different booking resources (calendars) for the different seasons, possible in your Booking Calendar Business Medium version. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#rates
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/rates-daily-costs-video-overview/
Test it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/

Hi

How could i do it?
thanks!

The ability to define as unavailable specific days during specific seasons possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability

Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync
Please read the Booking Calendar version overview here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Please watch more useful video guides here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/

Hello.
Please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/can-not-select-days-on-calendar/

Thanks a lot for the quick answer, problem solved!
