  1. Is there a way to find all bookings that were made during the previous week?

    We're using the small business edition.

    1) Is there way to change availability in only one out of 3 calendars? For example. Seattle will be monday to friday. Chicago will be monday to wednesday and the last would be the same as Chicago.

    2) Is it possible to remind people 1 day before arriving to confirm or cancel booking?

  3. I need to change the admission price on our calendar, and not sure how to get it to show the new price. I changed admission prices to free per person on option one and $10.00 for option 2. Our webmaster had support configure for the form below, and we need to just change admission prices.

  4. Sorry, I can't see this in the FAQ.

    Is it possible to set the calendar so the user only has to select the start and end date, then every day in between will be selected automatically? A bit like a check-in/check-out system.

    I'm worried users might pick the start and end date and think the dates in between are booked, when they won't be.

  5. Sorry I have tried to read and understand the FAQs but I can't seem to get the sync to work. When I add the Airbnb sync .ics URL address I get a forbidden error "ERROR ~ Forbidden".

    Not sure why, as I got that URL from the Airbnb export options.

  6. Also getting this error when importing from Bookings.com

    [WPBM Error] Could not download URL [then the Bookings.com .ics]

    • Hello.
      It’s seems like in your server exist some security configuration or some other plugin that make blocking of downloading.

      1) Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      2) Otherwise recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file. And then check about your server configuration that can block such access.

      • Thanks for your help. I think I have it working now. At least I THINK I have. 🙂

        I can't run cron jobs on my hosting package. However, I have stuck the shortcodes at the start of the booking page and made the font white to hide the detail from users.

        It is my understanding that when someone visits that webpage (i.e. to make a booking) the import will be initiated then, so I don't need to rely on cron jobs for this, do I?

          Yes, its correct.

          2) I can not check the shortcodes at the page. System transform shortcodes to the code, so its does not possible to check.

    it's 9:19 and I cound make a reservation for this day 28/10/2019 and StartTime: 8:00 and EndTime: 9:00.
    I shouldn't make a reservation.
    The app manages that?

    • Hello.
      Please be sure that you have set correct timezone at the WordPress > Settings > General page.

      Please note, you will be able to select such time-slot in the booking form, but if you try to submit new booking, system show warning that its does not allow.

    How do I send an email to the person who has made a booking so they can edit their booking... do they need to login to edit their booking and if so where do I find their login details. I've created a page with the following short codes in them but they dont work. They link to https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/ instead of letting the guest edit their booking.

    • Hello.
      Visitor who made the booking, can see secret links (for editing own booking or listing of own bookings) in email, that is sendning after cration of such bookings.
      You need to use these shortcodes in the emails:
      [visitorbookingslisting] - inserting link to the page where visitor can see listing of own bookings [visitorbookingediturl] - inserting link to the page where visitor can edit the reservation

      Also you need to create new page with [bookingedit] shrtcode, and define URL to this page at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

    • Hello.
      You can make some editing of the exist booking (like adding new white space to description), and its will send "modification email" about the booking.
      You can configure such links in that email ( at the Booking > Settings > Emails page ) as well. So visitor will receive new email with such links.
