Hello,
I bought the Booking Calendar Business Large version on june 2019.
I had created specific accounts for back office users magaging reservations, using the role of "Reservation manager" that works very well, until last week when I have installed Woocommerce.
Since, when back office users are loggin to the /wp-login.php page, they are identified as customers of Woocommerce and are oriented to the login page of Woocommerce customers/buyers, instead of the specific page to manage reservations.
I have desinstalled and reinstalled the last version of the Bookin calendar plugin, without change : it seems it is not a problem of application or code oh this plugin, but of parameters inside the database.
Using the role of "Contributors" (or more, like "Administrator") that is standard but has more rights, my users can work. But it is not satisfying because of the risks that somebody could post something etc..
How to resolve this problem without deleting Woocommerce ?

Hello.
Currently Booking Calendar support only standard WordPress user roles, like subscriber, editor, administrator, author. You can define the minimum user role to access to Booking Calendar menu at the Booking > Settings General page.
Other custom user roles does not supported. Sorry.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

The different payment systems have the different ways of updating (responding back to your website) data about successful or failed payments. You can check in Stripe how it’s was done in those payment systems. Function relative to response.
Your payment system can have fully different way of doing this. Unfortunately we can not help with such personal customization.

By default the response have to be to the wpbc_response.php file, which is located in the same folder, where all other payment gateways folders.
And then function which is located in your gateway file have to update the payment status.

Create the form to send was easy because of the Redsys documentation.
The response was quite more complex.
I update the payment status in the table prefix_booking and after that, i make an autoapproval with:
wpbc_auto_approve_booking($booking_id);

In your case in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions , you can use start time and time duration shortcodes:
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

After 6 months (from last payment) if you want to get updates for next 6 months it’s will cost $39,5 usd

1) Relative updates. If you do not need to get updates after 6 months, it’s does not obligatory to pay after the 6 months. You can do this after 8 months or other period, when you will be need to get updates.

Usually you need to login.
But you can configure your system and use special shortcode for approving without logging to WordPress.
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. I have create a Resource selector with:
-Resource 1 . Time Selection, with start and end time. 20€ per hour -Resource 2 . Time Selection, with start and end time. 20€ per hour -Group of 10 Resources. Day selection. 30€ per day
Well, I realized that setting cost per day and then calculate prices to all resources or set cost per hour and calculate prices again is the same thing.
But i have a problem, I have checked Time impact to cost "Check this box if you want the time selection on the booking form applied to the cost calculation"
With the time selection there is no problem, but with the group, when I select only one day, 60€ Cost appear(bad) instead of 30€.
If i add another day 60€(good) continues, and if i add a third day, 90€(good) appear.
I realised that if the cost is per hour, the day selection (group) NOT working well, but not time
If cost is per day and check box, day selection NOT working well, but time yes
if cost is per day and not check box, day selection(group) working well but not time
Question, it is possible to use both type of calendars?

It’s does not possible to set different cost, like cost per 1 day or cost per 1 hour for the different booking resources. It’s global option.
You just need to be sure to not use times selection at all in the booking form for group bookings. Or you can try to use timeslot like this
[select rangetime “All day@@00:00 - 23:59”]

It's a global option, that's why you can have to the cost of the resource different to do what you want to do.
For example.
In cost per day
You want a resource for 20€ hour, so the cost per day has to be 480€ = 20 x 24hours
In cost per hour
You want a resource for 20€ hour, so the cost per hour has to be 20€. Thats all.
In that way, there is no problem, the real problem is....
Are you telling me that I can't have both types of form (time, day) dependent of the resource selected?
All the resources with Hours selection OR all the resources with Day selection?
For me it's a very BIG problem! I have to types of spaces in a Coworking company. one for time selection and another for all day selection, my only problem is the small issue when you select only one day.

1) You need to open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and Set cost “per 1 day” and set checked this option “Time impact to cost”.
2) Then at the Booking > Settings > Form page for the custom booking form for resource where you need to make booking for full days you need to use this selectbox for booking entire day: [select rangetime “Full day@@00:00 - 23:59”]
In other custom booking forms you can use other times selection shortcode.

1) Pending colors for booking resources with specific capacity will start working when the number of bookings per specific days will reach the capacity of booking resource. Otherwise the days will be showing as available.
2) Unfortunately it’s does not possible to activate the “unlimited number of bookings” only to specific booking resource. It’s global option and it’s will apply to all booking resources.

For pending in group resource: If quantity is more than 1, appears like available, if quantity is 0, appears like booked, even if the bookings are not approved.
When the resource is single, is working well.
Why?
Do you have all bookings for that date as pending (and you do not approve any of them )?
I think, some of them are approved.

Usually you need to login.
But you can configure your system and use special shortcode for approving without logging to WordPress.
Its require to use [click2approve] shortcode at Booking > Settings > Emails > New (admin) page.
