Hello.
Please recheck that you was made these bookings for the EXIST booking resource (from the Booking > Resources page).
Otherwise please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/lost-bookings/
Kind Regards.
yes, i have verified this as well and followed the instructions in your link. In the WP dashboard against bookings, it has a number against it for all the notifications (pending bookings), however, the dashboard summary says i don't have any bookings. Also if you click the link through the email to approve the booking it will take you to the booking in the booking listing page and show you that one and no others. The only other way i can find it is searching for the booking ID
Hello.

Hi! Thanks for the plugin!
In the Front-end, if an user is already logged in, is it possible not to type the name, email etc, to make the reservation? Or is there some way to fill the form automactly if an user is already logged in? Just select payment method and click book?
Hello.
Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Form section activate this option “Auto-fill fields”, to activate auto-fill form fields for logged in users.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
When a guest requests availability on the website in the booking system, it automatically turns to "pending". I don't want this. I want to be able to put it on pending myself. How can I do this?
Thanks Rick
Hello.
New created booking by default have the pending status. If you want to show all pending bookings as available dates, so then you can activate this option at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
If you just need to automatically approve all incoming bookings, so this feature available in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions. And you can activate this option at the Booking > Settings General page in Auto cancelation /approving section. You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Kind Regards.
Thanks for your quick reply.
The point is, when a guests checks for availability he/she automatically receives an email in which we tell them that we will check the availability of the requested dates ASAP. When we have availability for the requested dates, we want to be able to put the requested dates on pending manually. With that action the guest will automatically receive an email that their requested dates are "under option" (pending) and they have 48 hours to confirm the booking or the option will expire and other guests can request those dates.
How can we manage this?
Hello.
You need to activate the option “show pending days as available” at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section. You can reconfigure the email about the new booking at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
Then for making the date as unavailable you need to approve this booking. You can configure the “approved” email at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, in a way as you want (so basically it’s will be email that you put requested dates to pending list ), but in reality it’s approving of the booking.
Unfortunately other functionality does not available in the Booking Calendar.
It’s does not possible to have the booking for 48 hours for confirming by visitor or Otherwise booking will be expired. This functionality does not available in the plugin. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
Is there a way to add a field for a discount code (to be applied to total cost) to the booking form?
cheers!
Hi, is there a way to adjust the width of the calendar and center it align?
Hello.
1) You can define the width of calendar in the Booking Calendar shortcode during inserting it into the post or page.
Please read how manually to configure Booking Calendar shortcodes here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/#booking-options
For example: [booking type=1 nummonths=1 options='{calendar months_num_in_row=1 width=300px cell_height=30px}']
2) And you can define the "centered" booking form with calendar at the Booking > Settings > Form page in Toolbar (available in the Booking Calendar Free version).
Kind Regards.

Another question, is there some way to pay the amount of money of a reservation, monthly?
For example, if the reservation is 1200€, you can pay 100€ each month of the year, I know there are platforms that manage this (you have any recomendation?), but, I dont know if we can integrate this easily.
Please let me know!
Thank you in advance, I really appreciate that.
Hello.
Unfortunately, in the Booking Calendar such subscripts payment does not available. Sorry.
I can not suggest some other way todo this with Booking Calendar.
Kind Regards.
Hey,
is there a way to change the the units of the calender in the daily view?
Customers book timeslots. Each timslot is 1.5h long.
The Calendar should display this range instead of 1h so we get a better overview.
Hello.
Unfortunately, at the front-end side Booking Calendar plugin support only the "inline month view" calendar, where visitors can select the date,
and then select specific time-slot in booking form. Day view in such calendar does not support.
In "Timeline" possible to show the day view. But its only for "read only" mode, you can not submit the booking from the Timeline.
You can test it at this page https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/
Kind Regards.
