  1. Hello,

we are using the latest multidomain Version of the Plugin and currently facing this problem:
On a page the plugin is included two times: As calender only and form only. (Englisch and German Version)

It is working good so far, but when we I use the page in the german translation (+ Inkognito Mode) the following error comes up: " Request do not pass security check! Please refresh the page and try one more time.".

What can we do to clear that problem?
    What could be the problem?

Thank you very much in advance and best regards,
    Fred

    • Hello.

This error is mean that the request was not pass the security check, when NONCE field in booking form was not updates, and there some old value.
Visitor was load the old page from the browser cache and that form have no security nonce field or with old security nonce data, that's why that error is showing.
Usually is require just refresh the page in this situation.
This check is required for the prevent of the remote (CSRF/XSRF) attacks.

      1) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      2) If you still will have an issue so then please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Kind Regards.

  3. I am having trouble customizing the timeslots for my booking form to have a default duration time for every booking. I want the client to be able to select any timeslot from a dropdown menu then have that appointment have a default duration of 2 hours so the next appointment cannot be booked for 2 hours after that selected time.

I currently have coded a dropdown menu with the duration time with 2 hours being the only available option, but i would rather have the entire calendar default to booking appointments in two hour blocks.

Here is the current page configuration

Please advise how to code this properly. Thank You

    WP version: 5.3
    PHP version: 7.3.11
    Booking Calendar version: Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.7.1

    • Hello.
You need to use start time and duration of time fields in your booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page, like this:
      <p>Select Start Times:<br />[select starttime "08:00" "08:30" "09:00" "09:30" "10:00" "10:30" "11:00" "11:30" "12:00" "12:30" "13:00" "13:30" "14:00" "14:30" "15:00" "15:30" "16:00" "16:30" "17:00" "17:30" "18:00" "18:30" "19:00" "19:30" "20:00" "20:30" "21:00"]</p> <p>Time duration:<br />[select durationtime "2 hours@@02:00"]</p>
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields-settings-video-tutorial/
      Kind Regards.

  4. Hi,

The not available days (seasonal availability) are syncronized (ics export) as not available e.g. to Airbnb?

    Thanks

    • Hello.
No, Booking Calendar does not export unavailable dates (that defined as season filters) to ics feed.

Booking Calendar can export only exist bookings to ics feed for later import into the Airbnb or some other service.
      Kind Regards.

  5. Hi!

I want to show the booking form on the right side of the calendar (currently it is below). But if I do not use the "free simple form" thick box, I can not select the position of the form (I am using "standard" form). Could you please advise?

    Thanks

    • Hello.
The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1).
In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including free version), possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
Please watch more in this video: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

Please read the Booking Calendar version overview here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/

  8. Hello,

I have created a custom booking form that contains a start time and and end time. When I make a booking for a particular day, it will automatically block off the following day as well. When I look at the Booking Calendar Overview in the backend it shows me the booking I made with the given start, and end time, for the chosen day.

However, when I look at the front end calendar the following day is marked as booked. What am I missing?

I have aggregated two calendars in the front end, would that interfere with each other?

    WordPress: 5.3
    Theme: The7
    PHP: 7.3.11

    Thanks!

    • Hello.
      1) If you are using the "aggregate" parameter and in some of booking resources (which you are using in the "aggregate" parameter ) some dates are booked, so then in the actual calendar such dates will be marked as unavailable, as well.

      2) Be sure to use latest update 8.7.1 of Booking Calendar.
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      3) If this is not the case, and its some other issue, please send screenshot of your Booking > Resources page, screenshot of your shortcode with aggregate parameter, and screenshot of Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Form page, send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
      Thank you.

  9. Hello. I have the Business Small SingleSite 8.6, and I'm looking for the settings to auto send payment after booking, or make it require payment to book. is there's a way to do this?
    thanks.

    • Hello.
Unfortunately the auto sending payment request after the booking process is not supporting in the actual versions. Payment form is showing after each booking submission, so visitor can make the payment.

But you can activate the auto cancelation of pending bookings that have no successfully paid status. You can activate it at the Booking > Settings General page.
      Kind Regards.

      • Hello.
Unfortunately it’s does not possible as in your description. Each new booking will start this new booking from the new booking child booking resource (event of the maximum number of visitors per resource - your tent) in the previous booking was higher than number of booked Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/ .

In you case you need to have configuration of booking resources with pseudo booking resources, like this:

        Tent 1 (capacity = 20) max. visit. = 1
        - Tent 1 v2
        - Tent 1 v3
        - Tent 1 v4
        - Tent 1 v5
        - Tent 2 v1
        ...

        - Tent 4 v5

        Kind Regards.

  10. Hello,

we are using the multidomain Version of the plugin and want to achive the following:

We are having 4 tents with capacity of 5 persons each.
So when there are two incoming reservations: The first with 2 persons and another with 3 persons, these two should get into the same tent.
Or at least it should be possible that 20 persons can book on one date, and these persons will be put into these 4 tents automaticly.

I'm now facing the problem that when I make 4 reservations with 1 person. These 4 reservations will be put into 4 different tents, and it's full.

This is my setup right now:
I have set up 4 tens. 3 of them are subordinate to the first. All of them are set to max 5. Persons.

I tried some of the advanced configurations.
For example the first checkbox "Allow more bookings per day": Then it was possible to book more on one day, but it doesnt care about the guest limit.
Is there a checkbox I missed to check?

Thank you very much in advance,
    Fred
