I'm getting an error related to captcha on the console, but after deactivating the captcha plugin and clearing cache the issue persists.

Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

Hi again, we managed to solve the issue, thanks a lot for your assistance.
In the back end, right now, there's currently three filters: exist (pending and approved appointments), rejected / trash and any.
They need to filter it to show only the pending appointments; we don't need anything fancy... is there anyway to change that?

Unfortunately, its does not possible to reconfigure the booking admin panel for do not show other approved and trash bookings there or filter toolbars. Sorry.
Its default workflow of the plugin, and its does not possible to configure the booking admin panel to skip some statuses of the bookings.

After this you can expand down the "Filter toolbar" (in paid versions) by clicking on down arrow under the toolbar at bottom left corner under toolbar,
and then you can click on "Save as Default" button. Its will save such Filter parameters configuration as default in your filter toolbar.
And its means that each next time when you open this page you will see this configuration of filter toolbar - for showing only Pending bookings.
But its does not possible to remove the "Approve" / "Trash" buttons / statuses from toolbar and bookings. Sorry. I do not sure that its will be possible with future updates, because nobody else was asked about this feature, and if in future such options will disappear its can be great confusion for exist users of plugin.

Booking calendar seems to have developed an issue with editing by using the hash link in the confirmation email. When clicking to edit a booking - edit can take place but when the booking is saved the page refresh results in a error "your hash has probably expired". once this has happened a user cannot edit any booking or view any previous bookings with the hash url from the email.
This doesn't happen when deleting a booking only editing. I am currently using version 8.6
Any help would be appreciated

After editing the booking, this edited booking have new hash and thats why previous hash does not active. After editing you are receiving email about this and there can be new link for editing.
After editing the page is reloading in case if you are have showing “thank you” message or you have set redirection to the “Thank you” page.

I have not set a redirection up. But after an edit I get a thank you message then it refreshes and shows the "wrong URL hash, your has has expired message" which doesnt look great to the customers. Can I get rid of this?

I've got the business(small) version of your calendar - I like its functionality but am struggling to do two things.
1. I need the [dates] shortcode in my New(Visitor) email template to only show the date not the time. I have check in/ check out time on because I need it but do not want the time shown in email. E.g
How it is now : Your booking is processing for July 5, 2020 10:00 - July 5, 2020 12:00
How I need it : Your booking is processing for July 5, 2020 - July 8, 2020
2. Is there a way i can modify the layout of legend underneath the calendar? It currently has Available, Unavailable and Pending all in one line and underneath that is the Partially Available. Is there a way to make font bigger of the Legend or alter the font size or block size of legend?

In next update of Booking Calendar will be exist new shortcodes for emails, like this: [check_in_only_date] - [check_out_only_date]
2) You can re-configure CSS of such elements in the {Booking Calendar Folder}/css/client.css file

Hello, I am running Booking Calendar 8.7 on WP 5.3 and have noticed that when I select a timeslot and book a reservation (both from the publicly available calendar or from the admin panel) that the timeslot in both the confirmation email and visible in the admin "Calendar Overview" section (when you click on a booking) shows +5 hours for both the start and end times of the timeslot but not in the orange blocks that show the startdate + starttime - enddate + endtime. The selected timeslots displays correctly on the publicly facing calendar when the user hovers over a day that has a reservation.

Also recheck your timezone at the WordPress settings General page.

1) We what is the fastest way to book specific time?
We are open each friday from 8 to 12 with 8 possible times (8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 ....etc.) When customer comes without booking and we have free time (let's say 8:30 and customer came 8:27). We had accident where someone who was on his way booked the time (8:30) right as he came (8:29). Is there any way of fast booking (other than admin panel)? Without actually filling the form?
2) Some people book and don't come. Is there any way to check if the customer came in plugin or not?

I'm sorry, I worded that wrongly. After clicking autofill, it fill fields and for example number is "admin" and that's problem as it doesn't pass validation. I want to change that after clicking autofill it will be "123456789" instead of "admin".
Unfortunately it’s does not possible.
If you click auto-fill button all form fields filled by “admin” value as blank data. You can edit such values from the Booking Listing page.
Or Otherwise please Use standard adding of new booking instead of using auto fill button at the Booking > Add booking page.

1) You can activate this option " Auto-cancel bookings " at the Booking > Settings General page in "Auto cancellation / auto approval of bookings" section.
So if the booking is not approved, and do not have the successfully payed status, this booking can be auto canceled after specific amount of time.
But you are need to be sure that all "good" bookings have to be approved or have the successfully payed status.
Because if you are using the PayPal standard integration and your visitors is made the payment for the booking, but do not click on the "return link" on PayPal site to your site, so Booking Calendar do not know that the payment is successful, and this booking can be auto canceled with that feature.
So sometimes its possible that the successfully payed bookings will not have this status and that's why can be auto-canceled, if you do not approve them.
Ideally (for PayPal) you will be need to activate and correctly configure the PayPal IPN system, at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and in the PayPal account. So in this case the PayPal have to send the messages directly to your booking system.
2) Also please note, this info.
The initializing of auto cancellation process is start working (checking about possibility to "auto cancel booking" or "import some bookings from Google Calendar", etc...) during moments, when some visitor is visit your website.
If nobody visit website during "1 hour" (or other period of time), so system just does not start script for initializing checking about import (auto cancellation, etc... ) some bookings. In this case, you need to configure CRON script at your server. Currently its working with pseudo-cron functionality:
WordPress Cron is what many people refer to as a “pseudo-cron system.” The difference is in how UNIX cron and WordPress Cron take action. A typical UNIX cron system runs in this order:
A time tied to an action occurs.
Cron runs the action tied to that time.
With WordPress Cron, it works a little differently:
A visitor comes to any page on your WordPress website.
WordPress Cron checks each cron event to see whether the scheduled time has passed.
If the scheduled time for that event has passed, then WordPress Cron executes any actions tied to that event.

Ah ok..I use Stripe in test mode. Actually, doing other tests, I noticed that sometimes the system cancels the reservation and sometimes it doesn't.. and the site is currently under maintenance. So I hope the problem is resolved when I publish it. Thank you
Is there a way in the Booking Calendar settings to all the guest to pay an amount other than the deposit amount (for example, they could pay the full amount if desired)? Right now, only the deposit amount shows as the amount to pay using Stripe or Paypal and you are unable to change it unless the booking listing is changed.

You can activate to show both "Deposit" and "Total" booking cost payment options at the Booking > Settings > Payment page in Payment Options section.
But please note, its does not work for the Stripe payment system. Because of restriction of integration of this payment system, its possible to show only 1 payment form of this payment gateway at the page.

Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not have the statistic functionality, yet.
You can export exist bookings to the CSV file (by clicking on Export button at the booking Listing page in Actions toolbar), and then open this file in MS Excel or some other application for creation some type of reports after this.

../wp-content/wpbc_csv/bookings_export.csv
Please recheck that this directory is existing, otherwise please create it.
/wp-content/wpbc_csv/
and recheck if you see there exported file bookings_export.csv
2) Please try to delete this ../wp-content/wpbc_csv/bookings_export.csv file in your server directory, and then try to create new export.
Such issue possible because such directory was not created during activation of plugin, because of conflict with some other plugin.

Is it possible to put in emails the number of nights? [dates_count] available. [nights_count] possible? Or something like this [dates_count]-1?

Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions only in case, if you will use this shortcode:
[nights_number_hint]
,at the booking form and in "Content of booking fields data" form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
