  1. Hi,
    I'm using currently the free version of booking calender. It is only possible to book 1 year in future. Does this limit exist also in premium versions? Couldn't find it in the comparison.

      Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Calendar section for the option "Number of months to scroll" set "2 years" or more.

    • Hello.

      Its seems that previously, your custom booking forms have the issue during saving (was some error ),
      or you are having some plugin with restrictions about saving this data.

      Please try to reset your exist custom forms (in case, if you was previously saved with errors your custom form).
      Here is possible workaround about this, its will remove all your exist custom forms (and you will be need to create them again).

      You can open the Booking > Settings General page and in "Help section" click on "Reset custom forms" button,

      OR

      you can open this link:

      http://server.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbc-settings&system_info=show&reset=custom_forms#wpbc_general_settings_system_info_metabox

      of course server.com replace to your website DNS.

      After this try to create new custom form again at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      • Thanks! I didn't couldn't find the "Reset custom forms" button, but the link worked, after resetting my custom forms I can create new forms again.

  4. Hello,

    we are using the MultiDomain Version of the plugin and I am wondering if the following is possible.

    We are having two pages were the same booking_type is included, but on one page the user should only be able to book in the months august and november and on the other page all months are possible.
    Is this possible?

    Is it maybe possible to config the calendar to show only these two months or another way to block the other ones.

      Sorry, with one booking resources (at 2 different pages), does not possible to show different available dates in different months.
      Its possible only in the different booking resources - calendars.

  5. Hi is just installed bookingcalendar bussiness small, but having trouble booking.

      It’s seems that you incorrectly configured times at the Booking > Settings > Form page

      or in case if you have activated change over days the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section.

  6. Hi, i'm using the free version of Bookings Calendar and running the latest version of BeTheme (v21.5) from muffingroup. When I activate Bookings Calendar it causes the BeTheme Options within the admin menu to disappear. There's normally a menu item called BeTheme which has access to the theme settings etc just underneath the Dashboard admin menu item. As soon as I deactivate Bookings Calendar it appears again. Is there anyway to resolve this conflict?

  7. I have insert a widget booking form in the right side of my website and It works but the button of search is black and you can not almost read the word seach and also it apear a code " noresultstitle="Nothing Found" searchresultstitle="{searchresults} Result(s) Found" ]

      Its because of CSS conflict with your theme. Please make this fix.

      then add this code to the bottom of this file:

          1) Its seems like some issue of not correct configuration of search form shortcode: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-search-form/ (please recheck about the correct configuration)
          2) Or you have used in the configuration of the search widget some non standard symbols, like ] or " or ' in some terms. Please recheck it.
          3) Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
          Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
          If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
          We just need to find the reason of this issue.

            You were right. I haven't created a page called search results and instead I have written the shortcode directly in this space.
            At the moment the configuration of the widget its like this. Tell me If I should modify something else.

            Title of search widget:
            Search availability

            Title of search results:
            {searchresults} Result(s) Found
            Please type the Title of search results.

            Nothing found message:
            Nothing Found
            Please type the message ,what is showing, when nothing found.

            URL of Search Results*:

            Please type the URL of the page (with [bookingsearchresults] shortcode in content), where search results will show.

            Another thing quite curious is that when I have inserted the link where the search results should appear. Now the button of search is again in black.
            But only on the widget not on the homepage.
            Any idea?

    We have 2 custom forms for booking resources.u
    If a user needs to edit a record from the Admin, it always loads the "default" form. Operator needs to remember/know which custom form was used to create the booking, select that form from the dropdown an then edit the record.

    Is there a way for the Edit action to auto load the proper custom form without having the user to select it?

    • Hello.
      During visitors editing of own booking (by using link from emails), such visitor have to be redirected to the correct custom form of specific booking resources.
      You just need to be sure that you have set specific custom booking form “as default” at the Booking > Resources page.

    I am using calender booking Version 9.Business.Small.SingleSite.8.4.3 has been expired for few months ago.
    I would like to buy the same package, how to do after buy the new one, shall i deactivate the old one and deleted? and then install the new one?
