  1. I have deleted the resources list and now all my bookings have disappeared, when I looked in settings and searched for lost bookings it shows them in a list but they all say 'RESOURCE NOT EXIST' How do I get back to before I stupidly deleted them?

  2. I have done that but I still have no calendar on my page when I look whilst logged in it says 'Booking resource does not exist. [ID=1]' although if I log off and look at the site it is still there?

      Import.
      Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

      Export.

      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

    can you please advise on the following, a customer made a booking using the plugin and while the customer said payment was made via Stripe the status on the back end remained as "Unknown" - how is this possible?

  6. Thank you for your reply and I will look into this.

    However other payments are going through.
    The customer has sent me a screen shot from their bank account that they did make payment but it did not translate on the booking engine status.

    Any advice is appreciated.

      Did you check my suggestion about the [bookingedit] shortcode configuration ?
      Otherwise send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Also send screenshots of Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Payment Stripe page configuration. Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

  7. Is there a way to just block off a couple hours on random days at random times, without self booking an appointment? I just want to be able to make certain time slots unavailable for clients if I have a doctors appt, or need to handle something outside of the office. Is this possible? I know i can book my own appointment and fill the slot that way but then it gets all jumbled up in the Booking Listing area.

      The only way todo this, it’s to make blank bookings for these timeslots at the Booking > Add booking page.

    We are currentyl using a Medium Business license of your plugin. I'd like to ask if there is a way to achieve 2 things:

    1. I'd like to display an alteration of a date inside one of the mails to the customer. Let's say the chosen date + 7 days. Is this possible?

    2. I'd like to display a button inside a the pending email that allows the user to accept their own booking. Pretty much the user can in this way accept to the terms of a booking like this. Is this possible to change the state, or does this require custom page, where I change the database manually?

      1) Can you explain in some example ?
      I do not sure that I have correctly understood this.

      2) Unfortunately, it’s does not possible to have a link for changing status of booking for visitors.

        We use the plugin to book "operation time" for a 3D printer of sorts.
        If the client picks a date, or several dates, we'd like to display the date the client picked. plus the time it takes for the model to print. Which we will simplify to +7 days.

          1) Its possible to show the selected dates (in the booking form in real time), in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. You can use these shortcodes to show the selected dates (at the Booking > Settings > Form page):
          [check_in_date_hint] - Selected Check In date. Example:11/25/2023 [check_out_date_hint] - Selected Check Out date. Example:11/27/2023 [check_out_plus1day_hint] - Selected Check Out date. + 1 day Example:11/28/2023[start_time_hint] - Selected Start Time. Example:10:00 [end_time_hint] - Selected End Time. Example:12:00[selected_dates_hint] - All selected dates. Example:11/25/2023, 11/26/2023, 11/27/2023 [selected_timedates_hint] - All selected dates with times. Example:11/25/2023 10:00, 11/26/2023, 11/27/2023 12:00 [selected_short_dates_hint] - All selected dates in "short" format.           Unfortunately, its does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar.

  9. Hello,
    I've bought the Business small plugin because it was written that the customer could choose the hour of start and hour of end (of a lesson for example). But I don't see this possibility, and I don't even see the possibility to book several hours at the time on the same day - for exemple, 9:00-9:30 + 9:30-10:00 + 10:-10:30.
    If it's not possible, this version has no use for me.

      It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small version.
      You need to use in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page fields Configuration for the start and end times selection like this:

  10. Is it possible to set the booking up where a customer can not book within a certain time from when they book? For example, If they go to book their appointment at 1024 for a 1030 appointment on the same day will only give a 6 minute notice of booking. Can it be set to where they cant book within say 30 minutes of the time they are booking?

      Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
