You can insert the booking form into the password protected pages (it’s standard functionality of WordPress). And then inform password to such pages only for your registered users.

For some reason the calendar is active...but anyone other than admins cannot place a booking...any pointers?

Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

I'm currently using MultiUser SingleSite 8.7.6. All functions that I've tested so far appear to be working with the exception of the Search Availability form. I've simply created a page and embedded the shortcode on the page to search for availability: [bookingsearch searchresultstitle='{searchresults} Result(s) Found' noresultstitle='Nothing Found']
I keep getting "Nothing Found" from my search results.
Is there anything that you could additional recommend to determine why I keep getting "Nothing Found" for my search results? I've been working on this for days, and still can't get it to work. Greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.

1) Where did you inserted booking form shortcodes, like this: ?
[booking type=2 nummonths=2]
It’s must be in content of the post or page. It’s have not to be inside of the metaboxes or other sidebars or widgets.
Also such shortcodes must be for single or parent (with specific capacity) booking resources. Not child booking resources.
2) Do you see founded posts or pages with booking forms at the Booking > Settings > Search page, after you have clicked on “clear search cache button”?

i have requested support a few weeks ago and not reciieved any answer,,, our calendar is not send the booking requests to our email, i have changed the email to another and it works fine, but it will not work with any emails with our own domain name. i used to work but stopped in november, please help, what is the problem here.
I'm using Version 9. Business.Small.SingleSite 8.5.1. Purchased just over a year ago so its out of the support period (and is also not the most recent version) but posting in case you can provide some suggestions (and also to give feedback).
I have encountered 3 issues and have work-arounds for two of them but not yet the third.
Unresolved issue - pressing the 'submit' button is not leading to any action. It was previously working OK with test data (Stripe and Paypal) some months ago but not now with live data. I wondered whether there was a misconfiguration with one of the payment gateways and have restricted payments to 'cash' but still nothing happens. Any suggestion what I should try next? Work around 1: I was finding the 'email' field pre-populated with what I guessed might be binary (eg "admin@
"). Eventually solved by renaming 'email' variable to something else (eg 'client_email') - possibly conflict with reserved word?
Work around 2: At one point in testing the calendar stopped displaying due to Java errors (the rest of the form remained visible). I concluded that the only change I had made was the number of test bookings on a particular day. I deleted some of these bookings and sure enough, the situation resolved itself. I have attached the java error messaging below. My calendar has only one resource which can be booked in one-hour slots between 9AM and 5PM. I had I think 4 consecutive slots booked when the error emerged.

Clients can book the same time slot over different dates. When I export to Google calendar a booking is entered by the first date and the last date within the booking. So below 5th - 21st May, Not seeing the un booked dates between

I know I can use the CSV or ical which picks this up, I was hoping there was something I could do to have the Add to google Calendar work for this type of booking. Thank you

Unfortunately it’s does not possible to export to google calendars the timeslots for the different dates. Such times will be defined as check in/out times for the different multiple days during export process.
