  1. Hello again,

    I would like to display a public timeline on a client site for several resources. So I'm using something like :

    [bookingtimeline type='1,2,3,4,5,6' view_days_num=30]

    It works fine, but I need to hide booking details (money, name etc) as they are private (while keeping them in admin panel).
    I couldn't find this after searching the doc sorry.

    It's pretty urgently needed feature, sorry to ask. If I could just disable popup it would be a good start.

    I am trying to set up my booking calendar. My website is a tutoring site and it is offering options of 15, 30, 45, or 1 hour sessions. So I am trying to set up my form so that the parent can choose the time and book that specific frame. Each time will have a different cost amount (15 min for $20...) I can not figure out how to organize the form so that it can block out different time amounts and assign a cost for each zone. Thank you.

      It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions to use start time field and duration of times field with times durations as in your example.

      Please check this General info about the bookings for specific times:

      The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1).
      In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including free version), possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.
      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       If you need to set the different costs for the different selected options in the selectbox (in your case for time duration deletion) then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.   3. Hello,

    I think I found another bug. When making reservation in the admin side, it requires a client email, even when the field is not required in the form and you uncheck the "send email notification" checkbox.

    The javascript console then displays the error :

      Unfortunately the email field is required fields in the booking form. It’s hav to exist in any case. It’s required for later use for sun functionality and some other internal logic.

      You need to set this access at the Booking > Settings General page in "Plugin menu section" for specific Booking Calendar menus. You can set "Editor" or "Subscriber" minimum access level.

  5. Hello,

    Today I found out the day-picker block inside the reservation page was not displaying.
    Updating WordPress to 5.4 has probably caused the issue.

    I get the following errors:
    Uncaught ReferenceError: bk_type is not defined
    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).datepick is not a function

    We currently use Business Medium SingleSite 8.5.1

    Is there a quick fix for this issue?

    • Hello.

      It’s seems that your theme does not load any JS and CSS files.

      Please recheck the header.php file from your actual theme. This file must to have this code:
      <?php wp_head(); ?> before this: </head>
      Its standard rule for the themes.

      That code allow to load the JS and CSS files for the plugins.
      For example you can activate the “default WordPress theme” to test how its working.

    We have now decided to close booking for this month and May (Korona-virus). I found solution you can close booking for max 31 days counting from this day. But that it not enough for end of May. Also I tried to unbox those days from my seasonal calendar, but there was no effect. Any solution for this?

  7. In general settings you can put in whether you want a minimum stay of whatever say 2 nights or 7 nights.
    What if at different times of the year I have different minimum stays or concurrently, say between oct and march you can either stay for a weekend or a whole week, how do I do this. It seems very complicated

      You can configure From, To, Subject and details of specific emails, that is sending after creation or approving or cancelation of the bookings at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

      It’s not the email contain, so here is no reason of opt out.

      Additional you can write clear description about receiving email after new booking at the booking Listing page.

    Is it possible to block the display of the number of months in the timeline? Or simply indicate the days not available?

    For 2020, I will only use the timeline. This will allow my customers to see the days available (I already have a lot of reservations) but I would like that visually we understand that from November 15, 2020 it is no longer possible to book.

      Unfortunately, its does not possible to limit the number of days in the Timeline.
      In your case, you need to make several "blank bookings" starting from November 15, 2020 at the Booking > Add booking page,
      to show such days as unavailable in the Timeline.

    I have several questions regarding "Conditional Days selection".

    Regarding possible reservations, they can only start on Monday, Friday:
    Possible Départure : Monday / Friday
    Possible Arrival : Sunday / Thursday
    Monday until Thursday or Monday until Sunday
    Friday until Sunday or Friday until Thursday.

    Conditional Days selection" are very well explained in FAQ.
    My parameter : Range days selection : Min 3 days / Max 15 days ; the specific days of week are Monday and Friday.
    My option filter : {select-day condition="weekday" for="1" value="4,7,11,14"}, {select-day condition="weekday" for="5" value="3,7,10,14"}.
    Everything works very well for this part. These rules are classic and will really apply in 2021. Unfortunately my reservations in 2020 have already started and it was difficult to respect these rules by phone with customers. My calendar has fairly specific gaps and this for each resource.

    i tried new filters rules : with "Setting the specific start day(s) selection (day(s) of week) for the specific Season Filters."
    {start-day condition="season" for="test-2" value="2,3,4"}, {select-day condition="season" for="test-2" value="2"}

    My idea is to create for each ressource a specific season filter :
    Ressource-1 -> Gap-Calendar-Ressource1
    Ressource-2 -> Gap-Calendar-Ressource2 ..etc

    My goal is to be able to optimize my reservations as much as possible and avoid lots of empty days between 2 reservations
    I have 2 questions:
    Is it possible to apply a season filter to a specific ressource ?
    Is it the right way or are there other possibilities to achieve what I want to do?

      1) Because in 2020 you need to use the "seasons" as conditional days selections:
      {start-day condition="season" for="test-2" value="2,3,4"},{select-day condition="season" for="test-2" value="2"}
      Its means that you need to define as new 2 seasons all "Mondays and Fridays" for 2021. and create 2 new seasons like "Monday 2021" and "Friday 2021" at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
      And then you can use instead of this:
      {select-day condition="weekday" for="1" value="4,7,11,14"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="5" value="3,7,10,14"}
      this parameters in the shortcode:
      {select-day condition="season" for="Monday 2021" value="4,7,11,14"},{select-day condition="season" for="Friday 2021" value="3,7,10,14"}

      2) Yes, you can create the different seasons for the different booking resources. There is no limits how many seasons you can create at at the Booking > Resources > Filters page. Just be sure that these seasons (for specific booking resource) will not intersect with each other, Otherwise its possible issues in days selctions, or rates or availability, if you will use it in a future.

        Ok I understand; season is better as conditionnal day selection instead of weekday for my case.

        I use "Booking Ressources selection". It's the best way for me to allow the client to select their resource.
        Is it possible to apply one specific "season" as conditionnal day selection for each ressource in this code ? I don't want to create one calendar for each ressource, it will be too difficult to visually format my web page. Booking Ressources selection is perfect with dropdown list.

          Unfortunately, if you are using the booking resource selection (like in this example https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/),
          its does not possible to define the different type of days selections for the different booking resources.

          You need to use separate booking forms for each of your booking resources.

          • Ok that's what I thought. Thank you for the confirmation. I'm going to use tabs with buttons to select each calendar instead of the drop-down list.

            one last question :
            For 2021 i will use your parameters in the shortcode:

            {select-day condition="season" for="Monday 2021" value="4,7,11,14"},{select-day condition="season" for="Friday 2021" value="3,7,10,14"}

            For May 2021, i will have specific case. I created Season : "Mai 2021" :

            These parameters will allow for Friday May 21 to select 4 days instead of 3 days as planned with the season parameters "Friday 2021"?

              You need to be sure that days in "Friday 2021" was not intersected with "Mai 2021". So in general you will have 3 seasons filters with days that does nt intersect with each other: "Monday 2021" "Friday 2021" and "Mai 2021".
