Hi Developers,
My Booking Calendar on mobile looks perfect and fantastic, but on Desktop I would like 2 or 3 columns so that a Desktop screen is filled more. Is this possible?
I have now these parameters:
[booking type=5 nummonths=2 options='{select-day condition="season" for="Only Fridays" value="4"},{start-day condition="season" for="Only Fridays" value="5"},{calendar months_num_in_row=2 width=100% cell_height=40px}']
I have 3 extra questions:
1. Is it also possible to add a little space between two months?
2. Is it also possible to make two colums of the contact form? So that I have 2 columns of calendar months and 2 columns of contact form below the 2 months?
3. Is is possible to show 1 month on mobile en 2 months on desktop?

2) Sorry, I meant 1 row with 2 columns of calendar months (I have that now) and
1 row of 2 columns with contact form, just below the months.
3) I came across another problem. I cleared the cash of my mobile phone and now I see that also on mobile I have 1 row with 2 columns of calendar months. I thought on mobile it would still show 1 month, but I hadn't cleared the cash earlier.
- On mobile I want 1 calendar month, or 2 calendar months, but 1 below the other 1, not next to eachother, it's too packed otherwise.
- On desktop I have now 2 calendar months in 1 row, now I would like 1 row with 2 columns of contact form below it.

Please note, Booking Calendar does not support automatic update, you will be need to make some additional configuration with CRON. Please check this:

Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. You can search by booking ID at the Booking Listing page, by entering booking ID in field at the top right side of the page, and then click on "Go" button.
You will see the booking of specific ID.
Please note, you can enter several comma separated ID in that field.

I am currently using the business medium version of the booking calendar and have a question about exporting the ical feeds to other calendars, currently I have is set up with several sites like Airbnb and Tripadvisor without issue.
I was recently trying to set up with another advertising site and was told in exporting the booking with details on the form of the booking such as name address and dates booked was in breach of privacy laws somehow, which I found strange as it was being exported just to update there calendars and block off dates same as there feed when I import and it brings all the information in on the customer also.
My question would be is there a way I can limit what information is shared on the export ical feed or is it going to be whatever is on the calendar?
So basically the only way to do it is to delete the form data that will show on my booking listing page and email templates without going in and changing code on the booking manager plugin?

Just a note to all others experiencing this problem, I had entered this code and it worked flawlessly (after a hour or 2 finding it...) then recently for some unknown reason the code reverted to its original state and everything i did under the support teams direction became undone.
I thought I was at square one again but about 20 mins in to looking through the code i noticed that i could update the booking manager plugin needed to be able to export and import on this program, there newest update at this time 10/10/2019 has the ability to go into the settings of the plugin under the general settings and tick a box that removes details in exported ics feeds.
Huge timesaver and I thought it worth replying too to share this so anyone else having the problem with the new privacy laws when sharing with marketing partners.

My client is currently accepting a 50% deposit from thier guests at the time of booking. They would like the booking system to automatically send thier guests a request for the remaning balance on the first day of the booking. Is it possible to set up automatic payment request emails like this?

Everything is going well.
But we have some problem with emails.
They come with orange message of spam to recipient. But other emails from our site are coming normal.

The marking email as SPAM or not SPAM very depend from the visitors personal actions (what emails was marked as spam and what was not).
I can suggest that you can change the content and/or subject of emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails page
and change the "from email" (to your server email). It can be a reason why the mail system mark this email as spam.
Usually, when visitor once mark the email as not spam, in a future this email will come to inbox.
And of course some visitors can have this email as normal mail and other can receive it as spam, if they previously was mark similar email as spam.
So its very depend from the actions of the visitor previously about the emails and content of the email.
Right now I can only suggest to change the content of email and recheck that "From" address in the email was relative to your website URL.

I am using WordPress 4.9.10, PHP 7.2.20, and Booking Calendar Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.4.4.
I've faced such issue - all my reservations are shown via shortcode [booking-manager-listing] but when I'm trying to import them via [booking-manager-import] two of them can't be imported for some reasons.
I've tried different parameters (dates and optional import conditions) but these 2 reservations are not synchronized yet.
Could you please advice how I should configure [booking-manager-import] shortcode? My last attempt was like:

I'm using booking calendar since 2016, and I found it just perfect for me. Actually I'm updating/refreshing my business and starting some new social marketing actions.
I have 2 questions:
- is it possible to get a list of the e-mail addresses booked a service through BC? I can check the booking details individually, but it seems an enorm work... Can I make it somehow easier??
- Can I set up a different confirmation text after reservation a free slot for a certain type of events? (for example one text for weekday classes and one another for the weekend classes)

Hello.
1) In the paid versions of Booking Calendar, you can export exist bookings at Booking Listing page to CSV file (by clicking on Export button at the Actions toolbar). Then you can open this file in MS Excel or some other applications. In this file you will see all bookings with details (including emails).
