Is there a way to modify (add new) booking statuses? I have a booking served by third-party companies and I'm searching for a way to notify them by email when a new booking is made. Is there a way to do that?

Unfortunately in actual versions it’s does not possible to add new status from settings.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

You can activate to add the captcha at the Booking > Settings General page in Form section.
Please note, in the paid versions of Booking Calendar you need to add this shortcode [captcha] to the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page, as well.

Please be sure that you have correctly configured the Times fields at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
1) If you are using the Booking Calendar Free version. You can check how to add and configure timeslots in the Booking Calendar Free version here https://youtu.be/-pOTMiyp6Q8?t=28s
2) If you will have some issue, please try to uncheck checkbox of sending emails ( you can find this checkbox under the toolbar at right side).
3) Otherwise most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.

2) Otherwise Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
3) Finally check about conflicts, like in description in my previous email.

For balance payment, is there a way to not have to fill balance manually in the bookings list ? Considering the total price is already known, balance will be (total-deposit).

I am using Booking Calendar - Small Business version. The business needs to stop bookings for certain months as it is seasonal. How do I set up the calendar to show only specific months and not allow bookings for other months, or even parts of months? I have checked the FAQ and the support archives and cannot find an answer to this question.

The cost of upgrade from lower to higher version of Booking Calendar is little higher than difference in cost between 2 versions.

You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

I think I may have found a bug. When creating a booking from the admin form, emails are sent even when I uncheck Send emails checkbox in top right and Send notification in bottom.
2) Also please be sure that you do not activated this option “change booking hash after approving booking” at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
Create new test booking and then test editing.

Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
Otherwise Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

we haven't changed any plugin and how could a plugin affect the backend of your plug-in?
there is no other plugin loaded in the administration of booking calendar...
however I deacteavated all other plugins but it still doesn't work...
same with the theme.

1) Please open the booking Listing page, then click on Trash button, and after this click on Delete (from trash) button near your specific booking.

2) Also please be sure that you do not activated this option “change booking hash after approving booking” at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
Create new test booking and then test editing.
