I need more than just a name for the resources. How do I add a description and image to the resource so that the client knows what they are getting? Can I add a field to the resource that is not shown on the website but the value is included in the booking email?

Booking Calendar is pure booking system. It’s does not contain description or images about the booking resources. You can insert the booking form for specific booking resources into the any post or page and inside of this post or page add the photos or write some description.
Is it possible to make a shortcode or something like that to highligt all the changes in backend, when a customer make some changes for the booking. Today I get an email showing the new booking, but I don't know which changes they made - if it is the date, number of items, visitors or what the changes is?

Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

Hi, we have the booking calendar Business Large version 8.5.1
We have recently had two bookings automatically approved in the calendar that weren't paid for. Both bookings said they had been paid for via Stripe v3, but the payment hadn't gone through successfully. Many people are also calling us and saying the website crashes when they try to pay, although some bookings are successful.
Could you please advise how we should look into these issues?

Its seems like conflict because of loading of other version of Bootstrap library. You can deactivate loading of Bootstrap library by Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, by checking this option “Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End” after expand of this section “Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading”. Its can fix some issues in your theme (if you have some), but its also be reason of not showing mouse over tooltips in the Booking Calendar at the front-end side.

Disabling Bootstrap loading on Front-End fixed my issue, and I actually don't need tooltips to show. Thanks. Maybe in a future update, I can re-enable it.

We use filters to disable some time slots on certain weekdays. Those slots are then disabled for booking, but that isn't directly visible in the calendar itself. Is there an option so apply those filters as if those times were already booked?

Unfortunately it’s does not possible.
It’s only possible if you will make blank bookings for those time slots at the Booking > Add booking page. You can make fast booking in 3 mouse clicks by using “Auto fill” button at the toolbar at Booking > Add booking page.

You can start start time, and duration of time field (which can be hidden with value 30 minutes) in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

Good morning. I would like to submit my requirement and ask if it is possible to implement it with your software and in what version:
I have a driving school. My need is for students to book the course that is paid for in the office, therefore no online transaction is needed. These courses are for example:
Monday - Wednesday and Friday
15-16 17-18 18.15-19.15
A maximum of 7 participants are expected due to space constraints and coronavirus regulations. After the 7 participants it must NOT be possible to book in that specific session.
Students can register the day before, for the day after but NOT beyond. Therefore they cannot book for several days or on any day of the week, but exclusively for the day following the booking.
Would it be possible to put these limitations with your plugin?
If it were possible, and it would be very nice, the possibility of sending an SMS confirming the booking. Not necessary though.
