    • Hello.

      Booking Calendar does not support the upload or attachments during booking process. Sorry.
      If you need that visitor upload some file during booking process, then please configure in the email template (that sending to the visitor, after visitor made the booking) some link to the secret page, where will be exist some form for uploading files.

      For uploading files, please use some other plugin, then just insert into that "secret" page some form for ability to upload file by your visitor.

  2. Dear Madam or Sir,

    Although I am using the free version (which suffices excellently for now), I have a feature request.

    The plugin allows for setting "unavailable" days from "today". This is something I would do when I go on holidays. However, to avoid appointments being booked in my planned holiday weeks, I would like to be able to set these days as unavailable in advance.

    Would you consider allowing for a holiday planner in the free version?

    It's possibile to exclude the day of departure from the price calculation ?

      Yes, it's possible to configure it via "Valuation days" at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
      Example of configuration:
      For LAST = 0 USD for selected day.
      where LAST - it's reserved word for definition of last selected day.

  4. Hello everyone,

    I am encountering an annoying problem.
    I changed my theme, and the plugin doesn’t seem to be working properly.
    Here is the page that use the plugin : https://www.soccerclub.be/reser-test

    The error message is :
    Fatal error: Cannot declare class wp_booking_calendar_public_setting, because the name is already in use in /home/soccercl/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-booking-calendar/public/class/settings.class.php on line 3

    I don’t really understand what it means nor what to do… If someone has a guess on how to solve this problem this would save my life as I just spend a lot of time working on the new theme and really need this plugin to work.

      Sorry, but it's not the original "Booking Calendar" plugin.
      It's some other plugin with similar name, that is installed in the folder /home/soccercl/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-booking-calendar/
      Original "Booking Calendar" plugin have to be installed here /home/soccercl/www/wp-content/plugins/booking/

      So please contact support of that specific plugin.

      In the paid versions of Booking Calendar you can use [country] shortcode for selection specific country.
      other way of selection countries currently does not support.

    For Example. I am a buyer i have booked an online consulting with for 11 am on September 7th i want it to reflect it on my google calendar as well. I have activated your small business plan

      Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  7. Hi support!
    Since the update of WordPress to version 5.5, I have an issue with sending e-mail. I have business medium and when I approve a booking, I use the checkbox to send an e-mail to the customer. Since the 13th of August (the day I updated to version 5.5 with WordPress) it doesn't send e-mail anymore. When I send a test e-mail, it works fine however. I have the latest version of the Booking Calendar.

    • Hello.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

        Thanks for the trouble shooting instruction. I already use Post SMTP and the configuration seems right. To troubleshoot I tried also WP Mail SMTP, but the results were the same.

        But I also tried some other things, and that gave some results.
        In Settings I use "Deactivate send email option at Add Booking page" and "Deactivate send email option at Booking Listing page", so I can decide myself when to send an e-mail or not. When I unchecked these options, sending e-mail was working again when I approve a booking.
        However, when I uncheck "Emails sending" in the Booking listing, it still sends e-mails...

        It happened after the WordPress update to versio 5.5. And it reflects on Booking Calendar 8.7.7 and 8.7.8. Before the WordPress update it worked fine on Booking Calendar 8.7.7.

        Can you reproduce this bug in your testing environment?

  8. Hello

    I have an issue with the booking tab system, when i try to click on it to change it from days date it wont show me the scroll choosing tab, i keep clicking on it but wont activate, this is after i just updated the pluggins, before i could choose from what ever date i want to see my bookings now it seems all i locked on the tabs.

    I am wondering if is it possible to fill the booking form with user data when user has initiated session in the portal?
    I am running a club and the idea is if the user already logging they don't need to type their data in the booking form.

      If you have logged in user , and you have activated this option "Auto fill fields" at the Booking > Settings General page in the form section, then some booking form fields, like First name, Last name and Email will be auto filled by data from the user profile

    Is there support for multi-location properties. I want to have two calendars each representing a property that can be rented on my site. Is this doable either with the free premium version?
