  1. Buenas tardes, necesito conocer el dia y hora en que reservaron las personas. Pero mi asistente de reservaciones me da la hora incorrecta, como puedo solucionar esto?

      1) Please note, currently communications or support possible only in English language.
      2) Please open the Booking > Settings General page and be sure that this option "Use localized time format" was UNCHECKED, at the Booking admin panel section.
      Save changes. Make new test booking.

  2. for some reason it's only syncing 1 event from my calander

      Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

      Export.
      Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/Booking Calendar is generated .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some services (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system, does not depend on the Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force the import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed for making imports.

                  this shortcode only for the showing of calendar. But not for the import events from the Google Calendar.
                  Please check my previos comments, about how to start import of events into your Booking Calendar from the Google Calendar.

      1) Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.

      2) Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
      Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is ‘sending emails via php’ option and it can resolve that issue.

  4. How can I see which WordPress user approved (or rejected) a particular booking request?

      Currently this feature is not available in the Booking Calendar.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.

  5. Hello!

    Is it possible to automatically add three days to a users booking?
    I'm renting out equipment that has to be quarantined for three days after booking. So to make sure no one books it for three days I'd like to add the three days to a users booking without doing it manually.

    After installing plugin Booking Calendar to Wp I get this message, when I try to test booking system, if it is working:

    I am using the booking calendar free version (Version 8.7.10) in my website. I made my website using Elementor. It used to work very well. However, now I find it doesn't show the calendar now, just show the words 'powered by booking calendar'. I tried to deactivate it and activate again. It didn't help. How to resolve this problem?

    • Hello.

      1) Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.7.10
      In case if you are using the paid version of Booking Calendar, then you can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      2) After this please clear browser cache. Andonly after this please test your calendar.

      Otherwise most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
      You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
      You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
      If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.

    I have the small business version. I'm working on it but I'm finding some difficulties:
    I'm trying to use the shortcode for the timeline which display days with hours booking.
    In general I have no problem in displaying the hourly calendar, but I can't limit the days.
    The calendar is displayed vertically long, with all the month displayed. So I have around 30 lines.
    I'd love to display one or two week, no more, so the calendar is not so high.
    How can I do? I tried lot of shortcode, and also yours: [bookingtimeline type='1' header_title='All Bookings' scroll_day=4 scroll_start_date='2016-11-17']
    But without success.

    I would like to configure a booking form to show and calculate:

    Ticket cost at morning: 5€ ticket cost at evening 6€ for adults and children.

    How can I shot total cost hint and add total cost to payment request email?

    I've tried to do a form like this:
    In form settings:
    radio button rangetime with two option 5€ and 6€
    select visitors "1" "2"....
    select children "1" "2"....

    In Advanced Costs:
    rangetime line 1: 5€
    rangetime line 2: 6€

    in each visitors (and children) field. ([rangetime]*[visitors])

    Is it correct?
    What shortcode I must use to show total cost in realtime and in payment request email?
    Why in booking list I can't see total cost ( I see 0€) and how can see it?

      1)Open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and set cost per 1 day.
      2) Set cost for your booking resource as 5 EUR per day
      3) At the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page configure for rangetime
      rangetime Line 1 = 0
      rangetime Line 2 = 1 eur

      4) for visitors configure it like this:
      Visitors:
      1 = 100 %
      2 = 200 %
      ...
      7 =700%

    When trying to hit save on this page: page=wpbc-settings&tab=form
    I'm getting a 403 Sorry, your request has been blocked by BitNinja Server Security.

    Message: Why have I been blocked?
    The website you tried to reach is under active web security protection to prevent cyber attacks. Your request triggered the web application firewall system so the request has been blocked. There are several factors why a request can be blocked, such as SQL keywords, malformed requests, and some specific words.

    I don't get this message on any other save or create.

    Why is that and how to solve?

    • Hello.
      You are configuring the booking form with HTML tags and some other symbols. So probability your other plugin block and do not allow to save such data to database.
      Please recheck more with support of that plugin about the reason of the issue.
