Hi,
I am using Business Small SingleSite 8.7.10.
Is it possible to have different days unavailable for different resources in the calendar (instead of a general setting of unavailability for all resources)? For example, for resource #1 having Monday and Tuesday unavailable, whilst for resource #2 having Thursday unavailable.
Additionally, it seems that when I try make a booking, it makes the whole day booked (on the client view of the calendar) instead of a partially booked even though I have used the [rangetime] shortcode. How would I be able to fix this?
2) Be sure that you have correctly configured the time slots at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-timeslots/
Kind Regards.
when i got a booking, the client get a mail.

Hello.
It’s seems like some blocking at the server side. You need to contact support of your hosting about that.
Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.
Kind Regards.

Hello!
I have Business Large 8.7.6 version.
I want my customer to book 3 consecutive full days in the calendar, and I want to have 1 day unavailable both before and after the booked dates.
I have timeslots enabled this way in the booking form to have the before and after days working: <div style="display:none;">[select rangetime default:"00:01 - 23:59"]</div>
Here's my problem with the unavailable days before and after in the calendar, when
Type of days selection in calendar: single day
= booked days and 1 before and after unavailable, like I want it.
Type of days selection in calendar: multiple days
= booked days and 1 before and after unavailable, like I want it.
Type of days selection in calendar: range days
= booked days and 1 before and after are red in the calendar, BUT the before and after unavailable days CAN BE SELECTED!
If I have the 3 + unavailable days booked in the calendar with
range days
and I change the
type of days selection in calendar
option to
single
or
multiple
, the unavailable days before and after can't be selected, so the problem seems to be with
range days
option.
Can you help me fix this?
Hello.
Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder}/js/wpbc_times.js
if ( ( my_timerange_value.length > 0 )
&& ( ( bk_days_selection_mode == 'single' ) || ( bk_days_selection_mode == 'multiple' ) )
){ // Only if range selections exist and we are have single days selections
and replace it to this code:
if ( ( my_timerange_value.length > 0 )
&& ( ( bk_days_selection_mode == 'single' ) || ( bk_days_selection_mode == 'multiple' ) || ( bk_days_selection_mode == 'dynamic' ) )
){ // Only if range selections exist and we are have single days selections
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.
It worked! Thank you once again, I knew I could trust you, my heroes.

Hello.
After visitor submit the booking, system can send email to the administrator (about this new booking), and confirmation email to the visitor.
You can configure these emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
You can define the comma separated emails in the field "To" for email template, that is sending to the administrator at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
But it’s will be the same email that is sending as copy to different email addresses.
Kind Regards.
