  1. Just discovered - the days are there but in white so invisible how can i change the colour?

    • Hello.
I can see your dates as it's have to be in gray.
Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.7.10
After this you need to clear the browser cache. Please do not use incognito mode, just clear browser cache. Please check more here https://clear-my-cache.com/en/windows.html

      Kind Regards.

  2. Hello,

Is it possible to send an invoice after each payment in a reservation, not just the first one ?

    Thanks

    • Hello.
Booking Calendar have no  internal invoice system. You will be need to  use some other plugin  for invoicing.

Or you can reconfigure the email templates (at the Booking > Settings > Emails page),  for looking it like an invoice.

For example,  you can  reconfigure the "Payment request" email  template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page,  and then  send this email (as invoice) for your visitors from  the Booking Listing  page.
      Kind Regards.

      • Yes, sorry I meant email (we send invoices as emails already, thanks to a previous advice of yours 🙂 ). But after the payment, not before. I can't find a hook for that (v 8.7.6).

        • Hello.
Unfortunately, there is no such email template.
You can use "payment request email template" at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, to configure in a way like you need.
And then you can send it when you need, manually from the Booking Listing page by clicking on "Payment request" button.
          Kind Regards.

  3. Hi, I have seen that the Booking Calendar PRO plugin (WordPress) can Export the appointment data to CSV files.

My question is if this export can be done with an automatic CRON process programmed from the Cpanel of my hosting. And how would the syntax of this CRON process be?

    Thank you very much

    • Hello.
CSV export possible todo only manually from the Booking Listing page. Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-listing-video-tutorial/

But probably you was meaning export to ics file.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
      Kind Regards.

  4. We currently use WooCommerce bookings but find it has some significant gaps. We are wondering if the product integrates with WooCommerce (for payments, integrates with orders and integrates with WooCommerce products?) Can you set custom buffers that ONLY get added if there is a booking? With the dynamic booking of multiple days, could I for example do a booking for every tuesday at 7-9pm for 8 weeks? Can I set custom rates during peak hours? (I noticed you can do custom rates on weekends). Can I tack a resource (room type) to a specific product (or service)? We are a community centre that rents rooms for various purposes.

    • Hello.
      >> We are wondering if the product integrates with WooCommerce (for payments, integrates with orders and integrates with WooCommerce products?)

Unfortunately, the Booking Calendar does not support integration with WooCommerce plugin. Sorry.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
Please watch more in this video: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-payments/

If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/

Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.
Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

  6. Hi, shortcode [booking type=1 form_type='reservation' nummonths=2] does not show booked days on front end.

It worked for years until last week so we are wondering what's happening?

We currently use "Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.7.0 ", our server runs on PHP 7.0

    • Hello.
If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well. It’s located at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      Kind Regards.

(the rules for us are the last day of the periode the renter must leave at last at 10 AM en the new can arrive from 4PM)

    • Hello.
Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support this re-captcha in the booking form.
Currently plugin support only own captcha, that you can activate at the Booking > Settings General page in form section.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.
      Kind Regards.

      • The reCaptcha developers wrote in manual:

"Add Invisible reCaptcha into any form

        Just call
        do_action(‘google_invre_render_widget_action’);
        anywhere before form closing tag"

Can I add this feature to a some file Booking Calendar?
        If possible, which file?

        • Hello.
I do not sure about this. Booking Calendar show the booking forms via shortcodes. In WordPress for showing some content via shortcode, it's require to return form as string, so it's not direct writing HTML form. For example in this file: ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php
          you can find this code:
          $return_form = '<div id="'.$my_random_id.'" '.(($booking_form_is_using_bs_css=='On')?'class="wpdevelop"':'').'>'. '<form id="booking_form'.$my_boook_type.'" class="booking_form '.$booking_form_format_type.'" method="post" action="">'. '<div id="ajax_respond_insert'.$my_boook_type.'" class="ajax_respond_insert" style="display:none;"></div>'. $res. '</form></div>';
this code return content of the booking form, but if you just add your code somewhere there, it's will not add your captcha to the STRING content of this form.
          Kind Regards.

  8. Hi,

I have the forms set up however no matter what I try it is not showing the payment page after booking. I'm using stripe for payments but I can't find tutorials or forms for this issue anywhere.

    • Hello.
      1) Be sure that you have set cost for booking resources higher than 0 at the Booking > Resources page.
      2) Be sure that you do not deactivated the shoring of payment forms after the booking process at the options section at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
      3) Be sure that you have activated the Stripe payment system at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
      4) Be sure that you have configured the [bookingedit] shortcode correctly. It’s obligatory for the Stripe. Please check this FAQ instruction how to configure: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/
      Kind Regards.

  9. Hi,

I currently have the Business Small version and have set the booking form with [rangetime]. However, when a time such as 11:30 -12:30 is booked, the calendar overview in admin shows the booking as starting from 11:00. This makes it so that if there is a booking ending at 12:30 and one starting at 12:30, it looks like there is an overlap at within 12-1. Is there a way to fix this so that there are no overlaps?

Additionally, is it possible to limit the range of time show in the calendar overview? For example it currently shows from 12am to 11pm, but I only need it to show from 8am to 6pm.

Furthermore, is it possible to have different booking forms for the public versus the admin? My current booking form allows a selection of a given time and range, but when adding personally as an admin, I wish to be able to alter the time range as I wish.

    Thank you very much.

    Kind Regards.
