  1. Hi,

    I have the business medium version, everything is great!

    But I have a question, i was wondering if it was possible to delete bulk bookings, say if I wanted to delete all booking from 2019. Currently the only way I have been able to do this is by going on each page on the booking listing page and selecting the ones I want to delete, which I can only do 1 page at a time which is quite time consuming so just curious if there was a way to do bulk deletion for specified dates or something to that effect?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    • Hello.
      You can define to show more bookings per page at the Booking Listing page, like 100 and then delete them.
      You can define showing them this number of bookings at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking admin panel section.

      • I tried that when I save changed it says updated successfully but nothing changes on the booking listing page still only 10.
        I even tried logging out and back in and still the same.

  2. We're running tours of our factory and we'd like to have multiple bookings (2) for the same time slot, with a maximum of 10 people for both bookings, i.e. maximum of ten are taken on the tour. Is there a way to do this?

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion bellow.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      In lower versions of Booking Calendar possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

  3. I wish to place the availability calendar without booking form, for all my resources.
    But when I place it (with Elementor) always the booking form shows up.
    Now the shortcode showing up is: [bookingselectlabel="" first_option_ title="" nummonths=2 type=""]
    How can I delete the booking form, I only want the availability calendar.

    btw, I use the Personal Single Site version.

      • I did that now, but then only one calendar shows up.
        When I say [ [bookingcalendar type=""] I get no calendar at all

          It’s not correct configuration.

          In the type parameter you need to define ID of booking resource that you want to show. Check booking resources at the Booking > Resources page.

          One shortcode will show only one specific calendar. So please use several such shortcodes.

  4. I have setup booking to try it out, but i am only using it as a mobile platform, but no matter what i do i can not get the booking to work with only one month? If i say showing 2 month there is no problem but if i say 1 month it will not work 🙁

    Can multiple currencies be used on the one premium account for different resources or forms?

      If you asking if it's possible to purchase some type of "voucher gift/code" that possible to use by some other visitor for making booking payment for booking of this other visitor. Then it's does not exist by default.

      But in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version possible to use coupon codes for discounts (including 100% discount).   7. Hello, I purchased Booking Calendar Business Medium Multi Site version for 5 sites). I installed on the first site and did all necessary setup. Now Calendar I have to install on another site and I wanted to know if it is possible and how to import all the settings so as not to do everything again? That is, resources, reservations, and everything in between.

      Here is general info about migrate process (in case if you will not make fully identical transfer).

      According transfer of the Booking Calendar Data.

      1) Please backup and restore to the new site the DB tables that is starting from the "wp_booking" term, for example using the phpMyAdmin tool.

      2) Also you will be need to backup and restore some records from the wp_options table, where option_name fields are starting from the "booking_" term.

      Helpful tip from video guide. In the old database you need to execute this SQL in your phpMyAdmin tool.

      SELECT * FROM `wp_options` WHERE `option_name` LIKE 'booking%'

      After this you can export SQL file for importing in your new database.

    At the bottom of the selection the fields are too small and the input fields are also not 100%. How can this adapt to you?

  9. I realized that the dates in the confirmation mails are all of a sudden in English (whereas the rest of the email - and the plugin - is German). Where can I change the language of the dates for the placeholder [dates] so it looks "right" again?

      You need to activate this option “ Use localized time format”, at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Admin panel section. This option useful only, if you have issue with translation of time format. If you activated this option, at some servers possible issue with "Daylight Saving Time" - booked times can be later on 1 hour.

    how do i add more availability within 1 time slot?

    i only have 2 time slots per day but would like 20 availability within them 2 time slots?

    i have paid for the buisness small plug in
