  1. With advanced cost settings, is it possible to set a maximum value for the cost?

    For example - adding on a hot tub would be $75 / night with a maximum cost of $300 even if the stay was beyond four nights?

      I do not sure that clearly understood.
      Do you need to set the different advanced cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page depending From selecting dates in different seasons.

      If yes, then it’s does not possible. Sorry. Advanced cost does not depend from seasons.

      If you need to set some additional cost for the booking, depending from selected options in the select-boxes or checkboxes in your booking form, so then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

      • Thanks for the reply - we're using Booking Calendar Business Medium, and I've added an additional cost checkbox for a hot tub.

        The formula I've used is (150+(([nights_count]-2)*25) to calculate out the price of the hot tub. This works great, but my client only wants to charge a max total of $300 even if the [nights_count] would calculate a higher value. Does that make more sense? I can do it in a spreadsheet by using the MIN formula - can that sort of thing be done here?

          Unfortunately such conditions does not possible to apply in advanced cost settings at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Sorry.
          We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

  2. I have a question about "emails" tab in settings. I am creating this for a business and the "to" and "from" section I put the CEO email. The email goes to him but I also want it to go to his personal assistant as well. The form only lets me put one email. How do I put multiple emails.

    • Hello. 

      You can define the comma separated emails in the field "to" or if you have activated sending copy of emails in these fields at the Booking > Settings > Emails page. 

      For example: 

      email1@server.com;othet-email@gmail.com

  3. Hey! I am not sure which version I need.
    For example: I have 3 different conference rooms that customers can book, but I need to create custom time slots for each conference room. And for each room I need to create his individual time slots.
    So I can't use the same form for every booking calendar.

    With booking calendar business medium using Stripe for payment, is it possible to return to different language successful or failed payment pages? Our site is in en, fr, de, gr
    Also, when testing a booking, in any language, I get the client side pending email in the proper language but I always get the approved email in english - even though I set both email types the same way with the [lang=fr_FR], etc..

      1) From the payment system it’s does not possible to redirect to the page with specific language. Sorry.

      2) Relative emails. Please note, before approving booking or cancellation or sending payment request you need to select specific language for email in the Booking Listing page by clicking on Globe icon near specific booking and then selecting the language (locale), and after this clicking on approve (or other button) for sending email in specific language.

        Relative emails: we are not using the approval process as the booking is set when Stripe has approved payment.
        The approval email is sent automatically , systematically. So, no need for us to go to the Booking Listing page.
        Right now, in test mode, the pending email (that we won't use when we go 'live' - because the booking is never pending) is in the proper language of the booking page but the approved email is always in english...

          Unfortunately, for the "automatic approval email" after approval from the Stripe system, it's does not possible to automatically detect the language.
          We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.

    • Hello.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

      1) Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.7.10
      In case if you are using the paid version of Booking Calendar, then you can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      2) After this please clear browser cache. And only after this please test your calendar.

      3) Otherwise most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
      You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
      You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
      If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.

    I am using booking calender for quite some time on sunsetmarch.nl. And it works like a charm.
    Now I got very excited with your new "Email Reminders" and I would like to integrate email reminders with my booking calendar and when I try to import my booking calendar just using the feature "Booking Calendar Import" I receive the following error message:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpdebk_get_keyed_all_bk_resources() in /var/www/domains/sunsetmarch.nl/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/email-reminders/includes/wpbc/page-wpbc-import.php:1056.........

    And I don't understand what is going wrong.

    I am working with:
    wordpress 5.4.4
    booking calendar: 8.7.10
    email reminders: 1.0
    php: 7.3

      Please update the "Email Reminders" plugin to new update 1.0.1
      We just release it.

      Please check the help section at the plugin website https://oplugins.com/plugins/email-reminders/ on how to configure it.
      This plugin is under Beta status and still under developing, we will provide more helpful info about configuration of the plugin later.

  8. Hello I already install the booking calendar, however, they did not select the days, I can select the days, why is this happening?

    • Hello.

      You have  inserted  the shortcode for only "availability calendar" [bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=1]  instead of shortcode for booking form  [booking type=1 nummonths=1]

      Please open the page with  booking form for editing,  then remove the existing shortcode.

      After  this switch  from  the "Visual" view mode to  "Text" view mode your content editor.

      And then  reinsert  the Booking Calendar shortcode and test  it.

      You need to insert this shortcode: 

      [booking type=1 nummonths=1]

      Please note,  this shortcode  [bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=2] is only  for showing availability calendar, without form,  where you can  not select  the dates.

  9. Hello, i'm working on a WordPress Multisite Network which have 5 differents website.

    We would like to use your plugin, but only on 2 website from that network. Are we supposed to use the Multi Site edition versions (usage on 5 websites) or can we go with the Developer edition versions (usage on 2 websites).

    I'm not sure if the name Multi Site editions means it's specialy designed for multi site network or if it's just a name.

    Can you help me with that ?
