  1. Hi I would like to confirm before purchasing, on the purchase page I saw this message: Booking Calendar Business Small (single site usage) - Updates and Support (6 Months Subscription)
    US$74,50 every 6 Months. First 6 Months Free.
    Is it a once of fee of $74.50 but for the support and updates for the first 6 months it is free and after the six months it is optional to continue with the support and updates? If so what are the fees to continue with the support and updates?

      Yes correct.
      If you want to continue revive updates and support after 6 months after purchase, then you need to seat activate (checked) that optional subscription. It will charge each 6 months. The cost for specific version you can check at the purchase page during initial purchase. Usually it’s 50% from original cost (without other discounts). So in your example for Booking Calendar Business Small version it’s $74,5 USD

  2. Hi, I just purchased the booking calendar but can't seem to find the place where I can insert the order ID to upgrade the calendar to the version I purchased. Where do I do the upgrade?

  3. I have Version 10.Business.Medium.MultiSite.9.6.1 and WP Booking Manager. How do I set up the calendar to automatically export to Google Calendar? I know how to do this manually but have not found a way to automate it after any changes or daily. Thank you.

      Booking Calendar is generated .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some services (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system, does not depend on the Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force the import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed for making imports.

  4. I am facing an issue where my pending emails are not sent at all. I have my payment request, admin,pending and approved notifications enabled. I receive all of the emails except the pending one despite it being enabled.
    My Booking calendar version is: 9.6.2

      1) Please open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and be sure that the "New (admin)" and "New (visitor)" email templates has been enabled and you have defined there correct email addresses.

      2) Otherwise not delivering emails, can depend on the different items. Please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      In most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.
      We can recommend to install and configure this WP Mail plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
      but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/

      Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
      SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
      This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
      The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails. 
      The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.

      It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.

  5. Dear support,

    I'd like to kindly ask for your help importing data from Airbnb. If I place a shortcode with a link to import ICS, as written by you, a list of bookings that are on Airbnb will appear on the page. However, I don't want to list these bookings under the calendar, but I want these bookings to be directly imported and displayed in the Booking Calendar itself. How do I achieve this?       1) You are using the wrong shortcode.
      You are using the .ics events listing shortcode: [booking-manager-listing ...] instead of import shortcode: [booking-manager-import ...].

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when a visitor opens your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcodes to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.

  6. Dear support,

    I'm contacting you on behalf of a friend's customer who's having issues with booking calendar and integration with Stripe.

    When in the Payment section the following option is NOT SELECTED
    Check this box if you want to show payment form only after sending payment request by email
    It works fine.

    However, when I check the above option, my admin requires to send an email to invite customer for payment. When user clicks on the page, the following error occurs:
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

    And then the following error when hitting the payment button
    ?booking_hash=e727916ae79e0b4a63cd71353ceb0f7a&booking_pay=1:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpbc_stripe_payment is not defined
    at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (?booking_hash=e727916ae79e0b4a63cd71353ceb0f7a&booking_pay=1:1:12)

    and nothing happens, the page doesn't redirect to Stripe.

    Please advise if you can reproduce and fix the issue?

  7. Hello,
    I just bought the Personal version.

    Here, people can rent a boat and a fishing pier. I would like the boats and fishing piers to appear in a separate category or in a separate calendar. Someone can rent a boat, someone else a fishing pier, someone even both.

    Is this possible?

  9. Unfortunately, I have a problem. Your plugin conflicts with our motopress.com accommodation booking plugin. When yours is activated, our accommodation reservation does not work.

    Is there any solution for this?

    • Hello.
      Please open the Booking > Settings General page in "Advanced" section and then click on "+ Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading" to expand additional settings.
      Then activate this option "Load JS and CSS files only on specific pages".
      After this specify the Relative URLs of pages, where to load plugin CSS and JS files - in other words the pages, where you want to load the calendar from the "Booking Calendar" plugin. In this case, plugin will not load own CSS and JS files at all another pages at front-end side.

        then find this code:

        • Thanks, it's fixed thanks to the first step. However, if I modify the php file, the calendar does not look good. It looks like this now: https://www.balaton-fishing.com/csonak-es-steg-berles/
          If I make the proposed modification, it will shrink to a small size.
          One last thing... How can I make the "available", "pending", "busy" signs appear horizontally and not vertically. And not to be in a frame.

            Do you use shortcode for the calendar legend at the Booking > Settings > Form page or simply activated it at the Booking > Settings General page ?

            I need access to your page to test your legend items relative to css conflicts.

                For example:

                2) Relative issue with Calendar legend.
                Please open the Booking > Settings General page in "Form" section and replace this shortcode:
                [legend_items is_vertical="1"]
                to this one:
                [legend_items]

                You just need to remove the is_vertical="1" parameter.

                Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
