    • Hello.
      You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

  2. Hello, I've purchased this pro plugin for my client, but the form was not sending email confirmation when people do bookings, however bookings data log in to the WordPress dashboard

      Not delivering emails, can depend on the different items. Please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      Shot summary.

      Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
      - option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
      - also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website. 

      But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.
      We can recommend to install and configure this WP Mail plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
      but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/

      Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
      SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
      This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
      The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails. 
      The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.

      It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.

    I'm trying to import appointments from google to booking calendar but I am often getting this error message "Dates unavailable"
    Can I find any logs somewhere ? Something describing more precisely the issue ?

      Please be sure that  you do not import this event before (in actual  or some other booking resource).

      How to  debug and check  if you have imported this event or not ?

      0) Open the Booking > Settings > Form page and in "Content of booking fields data" form add this field:
      sync_gid:
      [sync_gid]

      1) Please open your Google Calendar.
      2) Open the settings for the calendar. Check your calendars at  the left  column,  then find your calendar and click on 3 vertical  dots at  the right side near calendar  name. In the poup  menu  select "Settings and sharing".
      3) Now find this option "Public address  in iCal format.  Please note,  you need to  find it in iCal format  not simple google calendar  format.
      Copy  this iCal  url.
      4) Now open the oPlugins Panel and paste url  at  the text  field and click  on Show events button. You need to  be sure that  you have installed the Booking Manager plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking-manager/  )
      5) Find your event and copy  ID of this event as in screenshot google2  (it's just  before @google.com )
      In my example it was 53c3l7s78f8ksrnjj99kt92ilk  (in your situation it will be different)
      6) Then open the Booking Listing  page and make search bookings by  your UID ( my was: 53c3l7s78f8ksrnjj99kt92ilk ) from  point #5
      You have to see where this event was saved.

    I am trying to set up a booking link on my world press page and I cannot. I am trying to follow these directions, but when I select "classic" I do not get the option to select the booking calendar icon. How do I get access to the booking calendar icon?

    How to add Booking Calendar in Gutenberg editor in Classic (old) way?

    Click on "+" Plus button to add new block.
    Select Formatting section and click on "Classic" block, or simply enter "Classic" in Search field. New "Classic" block will be added to the page.
    Click on "Booking Calendar" icon in "Classic" toolbar.
    Configure Booking Calendar parameters in popup dialog and click Insert button. Publish / Save the page.

    • Hello.
      If you do not see the Booking Calendar icon in the classic block then probably it's because of conflict with some other plugin.
      In this case you need to configure the Booking Calendar shortcode manually.

      Example:
      [booking type=1 nummonths=2]

      where

      nummonths - number of the visible months in the calendar. If "nummonths" is skipped the calendar is show 1 visible month.

      type - ID of the booking resource. You can check the ID of the each booking resources at the Booking > Resources page. If this parameter is skipped, default value = 1. Available in Paid versions

  6. I installed the free version on my site. Configured the settings, including setting up the API for Google Calendar. Everythig was going swimmingly until I tried to actually install the Booking Calendar widget into a page. I clicked the blue bar to "Configure calendar." It locks the editor up and I have not been able to get out without backing out or closing the window. I went back and watched the video to make sure I wasn't missing something. It all worked right until I clicked the blue configuration bar. And as for shortcode installation, Your help site info is pretty much useless. I'm considering an upgrade, but not if I can't even make the free version work on my site.

    I'm a bit frustrated. Please help. Thanks!

      Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors.

      Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Otherwise please send screenshot of the page where exactly do you have the issue (which you see developer console with errors).

  8. Hi, I would like to do a integration on a payment gateway, after making the changes to the code how do I upload it to wordpress?

      You can upload it to the plugin folder by FTP.

      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL Buckaroo and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

    i reset my website and i lost the premium version of my booking calender. I am searching in my email for the download link but cannot find it. Please help me. or tell me what should i do next.

  10. I need bookings to be directly completed when a client makes a booking, not pending and needing approval. Is there a direct setting or something else I can do to make it function like this? I am just testing the booking calendar on one of my websites, but if this is available I will definitely use it more widely on my other websites. Thanks for your help!

      In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can activate the “Auto approve of all incoming bookings” option at the Booking > Settings General page in “Auto cancellation / auto approval of bookings” section.

      In this case you will not have the pending bookings.
