Unfortunately, by default it's does not possible to set such preselected dates in calendar, after page loading. Sorry.
Only in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version possible to use links with specific parameters to select the dates, like this:
I Just bought the premium medium version, and Im configurating it. Im not getting how to make the final price showing after the customer selected the dates as you guys have in the videos.
How can I make it happen?
Also, when i activate the emails for new visitors, admin and so on, I got an error and it doesn't send the emails.

1) You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
- option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
- also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.
But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.
It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.

1) Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form shortcodes. You can find there shortcodes for showing dates or some other info.
2) Relative correct configuration of smtp plug-in, please contact support of that smtp plug-in. Unfortunately we can not provide support on other plugins.

I have Business Medium and I would like to display a calendar that uses both the 'weekday' and 'season' configuration.
For example - I would like bookings that start on a Friday or Saturday night to be a minimum of 3 nights, but only if they are during the high season

You can define start weekdays for high season and minimum Number of days selection for high season in the option parameter of Booking Calendar shortcode, during inserting it into the post or page.
Do i need to nest the conditions somehow, because obviously they are in conflict at present

1) You have missed one comma: [booking type=1 options='{select-day condition="season" for="Low season" value="2-30"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="5" value="3-30"},{select-day condition="weekday" for="6" value="3-30"}']
2) Also if your "Low season" dates intersect with "Friday and Saturdays", then you need to create 2 new season filters: "Fridays" and "Saturdays" as "dates range filter" at the Booking > Resources > Filters page, which NOT intersect with dates from "Low season".
Then you will be able to use this shortcode:
Backend calendar and frontend calendar is not in sync. Backend is correct but frontend shows old bookings. I have no cache tools (that I know of). What can I do?

1) Usually its because of cache issue at your server, because of Cache plugin, or because of some cache system/software/tool directly at your server.
Please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
2) If you still will have an issue so then please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
3) The other reason can be caching of the website directly at your server. In this case you need to contact support of your hosting and recheck about the any caching software or tool at your server.

In case, if you are using the Divi or Elementor or some other non standard WordPress block editor in your theme, then you can add the shortcode block to your page, and configure the shortcode manually.

I would like the day following a booking to always be marked as unavailable. I see the setting for that but I don't understand the message 'Important! This feature is applying only for bookings for specific timeslots, or if activated check in/out time option.' How do I activate the check-in/out time option?
I want it to be the full next day that is unavailable, not 24 hours after a booking finishes
Is that possible?

Currently it's works only if you make the booking for specific time slot,
or if you have activated the change over days feature at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section (for such new change-over days bookings).
In the next major update of Booking Calendar 9.8 this feature will work for any type of the bookings (including full day bookings).

Ok - thanks very much. I've activated change over days, and added 2 days to the end of every booking (the day of check out + the following day). Is there any way to disable the half shaded box for the following day? That day is completely available so it is confusing to have it shaded

Shot summary.
