I need just 1 calendar. Each day to have 12 spots available for full day reservation. How can I make this happen?

If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day, consider using the Booking Calendar Business Large version. In this version, you can make multiple reservations for specific date(s). Learn more about this feature at https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
In this version, you can set the capacity of the booking resource. Dates in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations reaches the capacity of the booking resource.
Please note that in the current update of the Booking Calendar Business Large version, you can make bookings only for full dates, not time slots. Time slots in this version are saved as data in the database but do not affect availability logic. However, in the next major update of Booking Calendar, you will be able to make multiple bookings for full dates or time slots without this restriction. This update is expected to be released within a month.
If a user books a product, then
1. He gets an e-mail saying that we received the booking and that a confirmation wil be sent - Everybody does receive that E-mail.
2. When we approve the booking through the calendar overview the user should get an e-mail with a confirmation.
Now here only some users get a confirmteion e-mail. I tested it with 2 of my own gmail accounts and another account going through another e-mail server and I do receive the mails.
But some users do not receive it and also do not receive it in the spam folder as they say.
At our host we have an spf record set, our e-mail address is not in a black list, both the booking and confirmation e-mail are sent from the same e-mail address, we use WP Mail SMTP and I do receive Test e-mails...
I don't know what else could be the problem - do you have an idea why people do not receive the confirmation e-mail?

Please recheck in the "WP Mail SMTP" log of sending emails that such emails are really sent to those users.
Otherwise you can check email log directly at your server (probably you need to check it with support of your hosting).

I will explain how to configure it in example of booking whole house (your room) and separate rooms (your beds).
I will explain it in an example of booking separate rooms and the entire house.
Please note, all such separate properties will have separate booking forms with calendars at the front-end side of your website.
It means that you can book an entire house, or specific room in a separate booking form.
So in case if you want to show as unavailable some dates or times in all calendars (booking resources), if some booking was made in only one calendar (booking resource), then it’s possible to configure it with "aggregate" parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcode ( it's possible in all paid versions of Booking Calendar). This parameter makes the dates in the calendar unavailable if these dates were booked in some other booking resources.

Example of configuration:
Booking resources at the Booking > Resources page:
- House ( ID = 3 )

If some rooms will be booked for a specific date(s) or time, these dates/time will be unavailable in House calendar.
And if House will be booked for a specific date(s), then in all Rooms (booking forms), these dates also will be unavailable.

2) Ok, relative booking of specific bed individually. You need to create 12 booking resources at the Booking > Resources page.
Then you need to insert the booking resource selection shortcode, so user can select specific bed (using selectbox) and book it.

And then you can make a new bookings at Booking > Add booking page where You can enter your cost. It is in admin panel.

I would like to ask for help in setting up the plugin, my client, who runs a simple apartment, bought the Business Small version.
The main reason it was purchased is to show the guests in a "triangle" shape for check-in and check-out. So, if someone makes a reservation for a Friday and a Saturday, the system will show Friday as half booked, Saturday as fully booked and Sunday as half booked. This is necessary because check-in is on Friday and check-out is on Sunday.
However, it can be booked from Sunday for someone who, say, sleeps there on Sunday night.
When I select "two" days for booking, Friday and Saturday, the internal reservation shows that only "one" night has been booked.
I hope I wrote comprehensibly, unfortunately my English is not very good.
I would like to ask for your help on how to set up the system, the client does not need to pay, just so that the guests can see the occupancy and be able to book successfully online, and for the sake of simplicity, my client has an apartment.

Thanks for the help, but this is not the solution I was looking for, and I have reviewed the video and the description.
I'm sorry, maybe I worded it wrong.
If the user books Saturday and Sunday, then the reservation should look like Saturday is half marked (because check-in is from 3 p.m.), Sunday is fully booked, and Monday is half marked (because Check-out until 10 a.m.).
So in my case, if the client selects Saturday and Sunday, he spends Saturday night and Sunday night there, and leaves the apartment on Monday, so I want to use the triangles, because the Sunday reservation is until Monday 10 am.
Unfortunately, I couldn't set this up on the admin interface, so I'm asking for your help, which I thank you very much!

1) With Booking Calendar you will be need to select 3 days: Sat, Sun and Mon,
for ability to see half booked date (triangle) in Sun, then full booked date Sun, and half booked date (triangle) in Mon.
2) It is not possible to select only 2 dates (Sat, Sun), and to have Mon as half booked date.
3) For having functionality as in point #1, you need to activate the "range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks" and set minimum number of dates to select as 2 dates there.
Then activate using "change over dates" option.
And be sure that this option "Set check out date as available" was unchecked.
All these options you can find at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section.

unsadly my search form is not working correct anymore, but just on mobile devices. When i select a date from datepicker, then the new picked date will not shown in the input field. Curiously the same config works in the search result page, but only after i selected a completely new date in the search results page. Same behavior on desktop (chrome) with development console at mobile devices and real mobiles like iphone (chrome and safari) and smaller tablets in portrait mode. Can you please help me? 🙁

Unfortunately, no. You can receive this email only from the payment system, which you use for payments in Booking Calendar.
In the Booking Calendar, if you use the Stripe, or other payment system, which auto approve the bookings, after the payment, you can receive only "Approved" booking email, about this.

Dear sir, in search results i use flexible +-2 days. But when i search for today (14/10/23), it giives me also results for the previous days, like 13/10-14/10. But this is wrong, it should only search for today and future days, not for past days. Is there a fix for this?
